Premium Member Today It's All About Collaboration
Whatever happened to competition
  Educators today stress collaboration

The students learn how to cooperate, to get along ~
When they go to work, it's "Do your job" or "So Long"...

Premium Member Thanks
For hundreds of Moons
Save all the Summers,
You engaged young minds
One youth at a time
Teaching new students.

But that’s not all,
You mentored young
Teachers, with pride.
For many years.

Excellence,
Scholarship,
Legacy.

And now,
Retired.

Thanks!...

Oh, say, tis not so!
The brilliant Bard has to go?

    Mistaken educators, mindlessly think,
His golden pen was filled with racist ink?

Cancel culture, at its utmost worst,
For his masterful, classical poetry, I so thirst!

Of the People
Our future he impacts
Social issues he just stacks

He gives educators the axe
Keeps piling the load on our backs
His stance on illegal immigrants lacks

He took a loose stance on tax
Mud slung, he seldom retracts
From his vantage point he acts

Lives in a mansion while we live in shacks
 Lots of promises, few facts...

~THE USA NATION~

Observe, the very last of boys and girls.
Teachers decide now if they might be birds?

Educators, these, are also high above you.
Parents’ rights are summarily eschewed!

The once proud Red,White and Blue nation.
Now but a raging transgender sensation!

Premium Member Red Moons Rising
Many blood red moons are rising!!
Is this natures phenomena
Or strange events to make grown-up
Seek arms of her loving mama?

Some say that the world is ending
While educators claim to know
Ingredients it takes to make
This impacting, heavenly show.

The entire world will be watching
The magnificent scene to hail.
When its done I hope I'm still here
To report the miraculous tale....

Thank you for taking the time to show me how to write. Premium Member beat them to breakfast
Free breakfast for educators all week the TV said
We ran toward the restaurant, all teachers willing to be fed
I beat two cars that were as blue as my car is red
We got in line, but I was ahead

I waved at them, to show no hard feelings of course
One of them gave me a head-nod like a stuck-up horse.
The other one ignored me, he is not friendly, Mr. Borse.
He also has other bad qualities according to an unreliable source....

Dark Memories
Today I was
     thinking
   about the martyred
Yiddish poets
   Only know a few phrases
of that language
but I feel that poets shouldn't
be shot
POETS SHOULDN'T BE SHOT
and if you ask me why
    It is because they
are the educators of
     mankind's feelings
          The only ones
who keep the
     flame
     burning
when shadows cover the
      minds and souls
                of the pouplace...

Premium Member Silence Is Not Golden
Along with Church and State
it is increasingly obvious
that Education must share
the same taboo (Ignorance
planted in fertile minds
will grow, and in short time
such evil will show throughout
a culture and its government)

Youth has no voice
other than those it is given--
easy prey for a Union
of Educators who have
lost all Moral Compass
and Honorable Spiritual
directives, while the good
teachers remain silent
to a fault…....

So Many Identities and Possibilties
Ladies, we are more than
our hips, thighs, booty, and our
breast size.
We are more than the color of our
eyes.
We are more than the length and
texture of our hair.
We are mothers, nurturers,
educators.
Survivors of deadly diseases
and survivors in life.
We are Adam's Rib
designed by GOD
put on this Earth as
our husbands backbone.
We are not allow ourselves
to become disrespected
nor should we disrespect anyone
else.
Women, so many identities so many
possibilities....

Premium Member Dont Get It Twisted
If I spoke eloquently or dotted every
“I” and crossed every “ T.”
Would you notice me?
What if I told you that I came from
an affluent family, would you look at
me differently?
My background shouldn't be an issue.
Why do you treat me like scum and
think you're better than me?
I come from a long line of educators
that are very wealthy.
Oh now you want to get in my good
graces.
Back up off me, I'm from da streets
and don't get it twisted.

The Educators Within
There is a voice within us all
Some don’t hear, some do
But if you listen very hard
Then they will speak to you

They speak the wisdom of the world
They help along the way
They offer words when times are tough
Upon those darkened days

Some speak sweet, some are strong
Some can be quite mean
Though, try to listen when they speak
They’re a lot more than they seem

Do not suppress them, for they’ll die
To never again return
Keep them going, listen long
They teach a lot, so learn...
