Red Moons Rising

Many blood red moons are rising!! Is this natures phenomena Or strange events to make grown-up Seek arms of her loving mama? Some say that the world is ending While educators claim to know Ingredients it takes to make This impacting, heavenly show. The entire world will be watching The magnificent scene to hail. When its done I hope I'm still here To report the miraculous tale.

Most people think that only children get scared, but in a situation like this, adults can be afraid, too. I'm glad this red moon did not bring the end of the world with it. You wrote very well on the subject, Joyce! Congratulations on your win!

Dear Joyce, I fear that your metaphor of blood red moons and dire warnings by scientists may be true. Too much war, people living in poverty with no hope and neglect of our environment will all come with a heavy price. Very unique and well-crafted write. Wishing you success in the contest, dear. Love, Carolyn
