Oh, say, tis not so!
    The brilliant Bard has to go?

    Mistaken educators, mindlessly think,
    His golden pen was filled with racist ink?

    Cancel culture, at its utmost worst,
    For his masterful, classical poetry, I so thirst!

Shakespeare: Wrong country; wrong color; wrong sexual preferences; wrong vocabulary. Poor chap never had much of a chance, did he?! As the wormy world turns, Pangie. Shakespeare's brilliance certainly made him 'inequitable.' Can't we just put him down the memory hole, topple his statues, and pretend he never existed?! ~ Woke Wolf

Dont give people ideas. Worse, GW, where was he on the White Scale. He would have to come back from the dead. And must apologize for being white! Hope the UK still respects the Bard. But the worm of hating whites is international. Never learned lessons from AUSCHWITZ....OMG...Pangie

More will be banned, agreed. Publishers will not even publish books unless they follow the party line.(You can figure out what that is,) Robert Hinshaw said the Bible is next. I agree. Some do not get read here already. I am sure that will be banned. Yes, I remember Twain being banned. One blowhard TV news channel who does narrative, not news...wants three channels who does cover all news taken off air. We won't be free long!! Our children? Who will take a stand, Robert! Oh, I do agree! The sonnets and plays are incredible. Public schools are losing their minds. They are asking the youngest if they are sure they are boys or girls? And if white,which of eight kinds of white? Then, to Apologize for having white privilege? I know many white poor kids. There are bigger questions in life than color! Nobody will ever be equal. I will never be equal to the Queen of the UK or an Olympian. For equality try Cuba or China. Meanwhile. We raise a society on political correctness. Meaningless trash. Pieople in the USA are color insane right now. Othello is an example of racism here. Weird, eh! I have no idea where our country got nuts in the head. Its oK now to kill white people? Our VP saves people from jail time. Other things about the Bard upset the cancel culture. Gees...Pangie.

Ugh, and double ugh. He addresses the nature of man. Problems of his times in many ways like our own. His Poetry a way to look deep into the mirror of our own souls. And that writing, modernists, turn their noses up at? Sad. The Bible...some wild things in the Bible. Man was sinful then. I think we out surpassed them. We already have no prayers in school. Worse, the antipathy to the AMERICAN flag. It's burned regularly at cancel culture protests. Peace marches ended in the 70's. It's all nothing but destruction of cities and harming others who DARE think other than the MOB. Pangie
