Les Moore went to the liquor store

But wound up passed out on the floor

Woke disappointed

And quite disjointed

I guess you might say less is more...

Feral Carol
Feral Carol was a dance hall girl.
Up on a barrel, she'd swing and swirl.
She never disappointed.
Her pelvis was disjointed.
And they love it when her tassels twirl....

am I in for a surprise
or am I in for
a disaddointment
I feel disjointed
and my
mind slips away
readied myself for
whatever
sure myself up
for the endeavor
won't let the outcome
have me dismayed...

Cut it apart
Disjointed, dissection.
Like that which came before.

Dissection like that which,
came before disjointed.

Like that which disjointed,
dissection came before.

Dissection, disjointed.

Boated and Bloated
Badly bloated;
Daily devoted;
Silver coated;
Duly noted.
Across water boated;
Ruby throated;
Castle moated;
Around touted;
Poem wroted;
Out pointed;
Available and anointed;
Have been appointed;
Was disjointed.

A Poem About Him
So full of shape is fancy
Mine
A rounded love so complete
Yours,
Disjointed lines
Emotional terrets
Spitting 'I love you'
Unconsciously...
Me,
All too aware of my feelings
Bleeding
I love you more
I love you better
I love you best....

The ‘Wild Rose’ Drifts away with the morning,
tempest howls in discrimination
clouds inconsolable lament,
the creek no longer arid
replenish the river.
There ‘Wild Rose’ Fearful
taut disjointed;
on her way
to the
sea!

Forlorn At Heaven's Gate
their rocket
flight
of blood
ooze of human
dung
of streams of new
generations
emergent new skies
of threats
counterpoints
cata-combs -
the skulls
everywhere!
like the heralds
of the apocalypse
stars are no more
values are gone
with the winds
of disjointed
times!...

Matador
disjointed efforts pulling sinews apart
inside the coliseum of sexual contest
an ensanguined sheet is waved
relentlessly taunting the stubborn beast

their saline soaked hides
give meaning to the matador's intent
without spilling the bull's blood
he sighs with lament...

Long Ago Now Gone
the beat your heart is drumming
is not in time
with the strings
my heart is strumming
a strangely disjointed song
sounding like fragments
of something once familiar
once upon a time long ago now gone
and we fumble along
trying hard not to think
of the two heart songs
horribly out of sync...

Writers Block
Writing is my best release It gives me strength and inner peace

But for some reason this time tonight

Nothing i put down seems quite right!

My prose is disjointed and my rhyming weak

Maybe I just need to get some sleep

To rest my brain and start a new page

To see what ideas I can engage...

A Privilege Trump Has Is Pure Sacrilege
A Privilege Trump Has Is Pure Sacrilege

What I say about Trump's each privilege,
Is that to me they sure are pure sacrilege;
Wants to be annointed,
Even though disjointed;
What is left of his brain is only a smidge.

Jim Horn

So what next will Trump say or do to cause
everyone to freak out?...

Premium Member Cellulite and Silk
Every work of art has a bit of cellulite.
The perspective is off:
a comma misplaced
a disjointed ending to a play
a cracked pirouette
an unexploded ordinance
Every masterpiece has imperfection.

Observe everything from a distance.
Then flaws turn into perfection...
cellulite becomes rippled silk....

Premium Member Overcoming My Mistakes
One, two, three, four,
overcoming my mistakes and more.
When I was young,
I held my tongue.
When I was in my teens,
I could not wear tight jeans.
Working left me so disappointed,
my boss the jerk seemed so disjointed.
Now I am older and I have learned,
overcoming my mistakes I need to burn.

Shadows of the Morrows
men & women
looking at the hills
seas, mounts, vales
green forests of city-lines
& the blue rives & dives -
are these the treasures
of crocodile shells
everywhere
life looks like smooth shadows
in a mirror of morrows
mauled in today's kisses
or some tiny egg-shells
smashed in hasty disgust
of the disjointed hours....

Premium Member Not Writing Today
Our words today are disjointed, banal, bland, maybe nonexistent.
No emotions attached, for words are not even peeking out of crevices.
My muse is apathetic, emotionless, uninterested, uncommunicable.
I sense a nonproductive day, or at least a nonproductive hour or two.
Nothing is written, and I feel okay about it....

Whispered Secrets
Whispered secrets, memoirs on a breeze
Rustling gently through the emerald leaves
Eclipsed beyond departures of the moon
Melancholy memories gone too soon

Disjointed dreams, frail and illusive
Disintegrated, fragmented and reclusive
Prevaricating mysteries do erode
Where whispered secrets once so clearly flowed...

Like An Eagle's Wings
From the grey-leaved tree
Even our giant Iroko
The eaglets with hopeful wings
Flying & pattering with their wings
Drumming like the drums of the jungle
Rhyming with an eclipse of their times
– O, these motets
Of disjointed hours! –
The birds fly away over our heads,
From a forest of omen, with wings
Looking like an eagle’s wings!...

National Garden
Noxious material crowds the air
drestoying your traditional symbols
parts that were disjointed extend everywhere
sectors which can't be setted back with ripples

National garden far east you go
a path filled with rocks above the flood
such rocks capable of tearing heels and toes
but you just strolls along leaking your blood

Adding a red color to the mud...

My Broken Heart
So many dismal pieces my heart has become
Each dying cadence a tribute to its lost integrity
Solidarity is foreign to these islands of straining life
Remembrances of affection like failed ambition
Numbness and dispassion cling to each disjointed piece
And I float on in placid denial of all of the cracks
For it is too late to return…
All of the chasms are irreparable....

Healing Flesh
Do not see me as I am

  Or you'll be disappointed

See instead my wall of flesh

  Dismembered and disjointed

I'll make sure the bones will mend

  And never show their age

Rest inside my warmest thoughts

  Of quiet tempered rage

Discover endless reasons why

  The flesh will always fail

Embodiments of truer cause

  Could look behind the veil...

Inspired Invisible
Disjointed bone witches
Scrape the earth
Looking for the doorway without an entrance
Raven sun birds spiral
in a cloud of light filled dust
The blade of grass wilts and tilts and bends the wind at will
The spectacle king and entourage break necks in loyal nods
The distant dead halted by times sweet lament
And lost all the beginnings
And with the sight to see the part of me invisible....

Rain Drops Fall !

I am so sorry I made you cry !
Sorry for bringing tears to your eye,
expressing how I felt disappointed,
how it was making me feel.
My thoughts of you became disjointed !

I believe an arrangement, whats planed
is one's bond, a binding deal.
A person's word should stand,
be the life's blood that makes them real.
What can I say ?, my Dear, it's how I feel .
