Drac, Wolf, Frank, and Claude
Listen to poem:
Drac, Wolf, Frank, and Claude
Bela to Lon, doubtless psychosis,
Karloff insert he needs hypnosis,
those three murmured on,
awe night till scared dawn,
Rain unseen flights for diagnosis.

Iris
Through an indecipherable swirl of color,
A sweep of waving leaves…emerge.
Somber tones depict a tenacious iris,
Weathering the storm.

Breeze
Unassuming breeze
Refreshment for the weary
Anxiety blown
Walking swiftly, windswept hair
Wonderful, free of worry.

Cancan In the Sky
Moulin Rouge in the sunset sky
The clouds hold their skirts and kick high the cancan
The hill where I stand
As Montmatre
And I in some small way
Like Sacre-Coeur
Look on affected by the scene
Pierre August Renoir or Claude Monet
Would paint this
Were they able...

Above the Broad
Jean Claude was staring at me Hmmm
from the balcony. Oggling all he could
peeking at the girls; posing with aplomb.
He raised an eyebrow. I thought, should
I raised the anti, laughed, jiggled some
and got a rise, I well understood
Jean Claude was staring at me Hmmm....

Found the 'outside' mor his scene
Monet quickly became a fan
Claude taking aboard the views of this man-
And so ,Impressionism began

Clawed Claude
There once was a lion tamer named Claude
For twenty years the cheering hordes he'd awed
He had been bitten and mauled
But the mad crowds he enthralled
Alas, Claude met his doom when he was clawed!

Vignette-What's In a Name
Often a parent cannot know
What seeds of anguish they do sow
When a name on offspring they bestow
Teased by army pals whilst abroad
Oscar ,became Claude !
This soldier, painter ,who changed his name,
Later found world-wide fame;
So if you find an Oscar Monet, today
Keep it safe, don't throw it away !...

He Called Me a Limp-Clod
He called me a limp-clod.
What is it?
I have no idea.
But it made you mad?
I am furious.
I could hit him.
Can we ask him?
Okay.
What is a limp-clod?
A limp is my best friend and a clod is his name.
Your name is Claude?
Yes.
Are you still mad?
Not as mad, but I have not slowed down yet.
Understood....

Red Dawn
The fact that I feel like writing again. Yes, feeling much better! Here’s a limerick:
RED DAWN
Fair wind, this lass, Sally, set sail abroad.
With her, in red dawn, like lobster - her Claude.
A torrent did steer
and kicked at his rear.
So quickly the tides turned against this broad.

Claude Kirchner's Super Circus
I enjoyed Claude Kirchner's Super Circus TV Show as a child,
but the end of his show was something that I would always dread.
He always ended every show with the following vocal style,
"It's now time for all good boys and girls to go to bed,"
and that's all my parents needed to hear him say.
They'd march me off to bed right away....
