There’s a war in my chest
with no flags,
no uniforms,
just angels with tired wings
and demons with patient knives.
They don’t scream.
They whisper.
One says "breathe"
The other says "break."
Most days I wake up
somewhere in between—
not holy,
not hellbound,
just surviving.
My smile’s rehearsed.
My eyes lie like a soldier
trained to say “I’m fine”
while bleeding inside the armor.
The angel tells me,
“You’re more than what hurt you.”
The demon grins,
“Yeah… but look at what you’ve become.”
I carry light,
but it flickers.
I carry shame,
but it sings.
And no one sees the toll—
not the weight behind the laugh,
not the war beneath the skin.
Nights hit hardest.
When silence gets loud
and the angels fall asleep
before the demons do.
Some call it strength.
Some call it endurance.
But I just call it unfinished.
Because I haven’t lost yet—
and I haven’t won.
I’m just here.
Still fighting.
Still haunted.
Still hoping
that maybe tomorrow,
the angel gets up first.

Calm entity
entered in disguise,
silence before the scream,
walked in flesh and clotted blood.
No empathy,
no sympathy—
only rage and a ticking bomb.
Each slay, barbaric despair.
Each pulse, a metronome of fate.
Each breath, a ticking alibi.
Invasion. Foul play.
Mind occupied,
inquiring around—
an art of silent prayers
no one understands.
Lucifer commands, all in delusion.
Garnished trophies to remember the names.
No fumbling, no rambling—
only mind-twisted monsters,
carved in bones and thirsty for more.
Breathe in fresh air,
roam through crowded spaces,
slow and calm,
wearing a veil of illusion.
Wearing gloves of blood,
just like you and me—
he vanishes into thin air.
He doesn’t chase,
doesn’t flee,
just the blade cutting through—
then smiles in your mirrors,
Whispers the satanic lullabies,
a cold-blooded monster
burried in a coffin
that nobody knows.

The dawn sky of life splashed blessed beams of bliss
on dream buds that unfurled joy in my eyes,
rapture took me to rare realm I didn’t miss,
cloud of sunset storm heaped at edge of skies.
Splintered by the flicker of tinged twilight,
in spasm vortex I saw my sky decay,
crumble with my dreams in abyss of night,
in dark depth I found the end of my way.
Flushing garden turned to rumpled debris,
the buds didn’t see the new sunrise in spring.
I prayed for God’s kindness to make me free,
I could fly devout on sanctified wing.

Man was forever doomed because of sin.
He could not escape the mess he was in.
Enslaved by Satan, the prince of the air,
condemned by God, His judgment to share.
But God through His mercy, loved us so much,
He sent His own Son our dead souls to touch,
with hands that brought a young damsel to life
and salvage and save us from sin and strife.
When you believe in the name of God’s Son,
lay hold of His grace and all He has done,
you will be freed from the prison of sin,
and new life for you in Christ will begin.
Salvation from sin comes through faith alone,
not through man’s works, but by God’s grace alone.
It was purchased by Christ Jesus alone,
for the glory of His Father alone.
Once you are saved and you give God your heart,
He gives you His name and sets you apart.
To reveal His love to those who are lost,
and let them know He bought them at great cost.

Warmed by your flame I’m sanctified,
the glow waxes as the scent drifts by;
A moment bathed in soft firelight;
Your eyes licked by blazing firelight
with an immaculate kiss sanctified;
Held eternally an instant sails by;
Hearts merge as falling stars race by
every past hour crackles with firelight;
In mere seconds they’re sanctified;
Together we are sanctified by firelight.

SANCTIFIED
I am available, a friend, sensitive, an answer
I love the real, the honest, and Y O U
I have an idea for romance, a poem, a talk
I feel claustrophobic, hot and cold
Afraid of a llamaless world, the ceiling and floor
I would like to cruise, hangout, congregate
Resident of the rain, the Southern sun and forest

The dawn's quiet benediction
sanctifies the soft
drizzle
dripping through the canopy
of that majestic
mahogany,
unto my humbly bowed
head, quietly
anointing me!

How careful was I when I plod my path,
The incident that brought me unto his eyes
For wrong hand has she falling for
Among the many that eyes have seen
Not one whose flames my heart like his
And long upon these terms, I held my pace
Till thus he began to beset me
For feasts of love I have been called upon
And be not of my holy vows afraid
That to ye I sworn, to none was ever said
For I say, this man is untrue
And saw how deceits were gilded in his smiles
Knew vows were ever brokers of defiling
Oh curse is the heart of the adulterous
How mighty then you are
Oh hear me tell
The broken bosoms that to me belong
Have emptied all their fountain in my well
Now all these hearts that mine depend
Feeling it breaks, with bleeding I groan in pain
O that inflected moisture of his eye
O that false fire which in his eye shine
O that false sad breathe his spongy lungs holds
Would yet again betray the sanctified nun.

Jesus death on mount Calvary's cross
given to His father as token of his love
for those He did come to save
fitting them to live in heaven above
In this substitutionary sacrifice
Jesus washed away all their sin
this one act brings atonement
to His own for salvation to win
At this point sanctification began
marking them freely with sovereign grace
filling them with God's holy spirit
desires instilled to look on Christ's face
Jesus atoning sacrifice for sin
accepted by God marks them righteous
justified in the Lord as truly His
saved from past of being unrighteous
Now in the name of the Lord Jesus
God's mercy brings to this state
washed sanctified and righteous
glory to God for He's truly great
('But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.' )1 Corinthians 6: 11 (esv)

Consecrated romance and wishing on our favorite star,
brought me satisfaction to follow wherever you are.
If my dreams come true exactly as you assured,
I will always be by your side, loyal and allured.
You'll be my confidant and I'll be your sweet dreams,
with a love so rich and pure, we make the perfect team.
holy beloved
perfect union of two souls
fervorous sweetheart
Consecrated romance and wishing on our favorite star,
shining over our constellation drifting from afar.
If my dreams come true exactly as you assured,
Come on love, let our existence not be deferred.
You'll be my confidant and I'll be your sweet dreams,
running in the rain as our luminous rainbow agleams.
pure desired hunger
divine sanctified freedom
coveted passion

Dearly loved,
What sort of worship
has been awakened in me?
I am sanctified
with both the rapture
of greeting and meeting you;
And my mind bleeds with that
pain of a separation ;
My body is burning
with the flames of lust;
My mind is glowing
with the light of love !
