Gathering fantasies over here
Dog day stories having much cheer
Berries get loving stomp
Barbera wine we want
Arming our heart feeling cupid's spear
Another spring
Counting rings
No longer dark
Dog days wait, for their bark
Signaling life has been in bloom
And soon
A beautiful reality will arrive
You do not really die
Glorious sunshine
Photosynthesis dines
Fed well
From nature's magic spell
Can't you tell?
Arbor figure matures
Always sure
About wilderness’ door
No one ignores
Relaxed, whistling tunes
Branches dance and swoon
Turning everything green
Shade is an escape dream
Then things turn
Brown and burn
Chilling breeze sighs
Giving a ride
To the foliage who occupy
Twigs ready to say goodbye
Fall scheduled to begin
Giving the end
A win
Low temperatures chattering bite
Haunting the cool night
Crumbled leafs descend
Crinkling no bend
Completing their beauty rein
Realizing it's just a plants game
Meeting with the rake
Realizing the bag is ready to take
Them to the disposable bin
No need to call a next of kin
Since they will be shred
Rip and dead
Until spring
And another ring
Appears
Exclaiming the tree is here
Giving a reason
To celebrate each season
Letting the seeds
Do their deed
And grow more trees
Winter cold bitter
Escape icy elements
Ruby red warm fire
Embracing the home sweet home
Illuminating loves light
Romantic tapping;
Sends us inside, for napping
Shower happening
Body long gone
In a tomb on the hill side

When you want to see clear

when she wanted to truly think she sat in a garden of flowers
spending an entire day there, up to eleven or twelve hours
the faeries and damselflies graced her with ideas galore
she was greeted by buttercups, snapdragons, and petals more
she brought a notebook and jotted ideas down for a bit
Perhaps took a nap, or brought a project to knit
She was loved in this garden, they cherished her so.
When she returned to her family, she was relaxed to and fro.
Sometimes one can get a bit nervous at times
One can start to feel negative
Sometimes the butterflies come in
But we must search within
There is no reason to fear failure
Sometimes when you are too scared to try
Just remember the reason why
The reason that you waited so long for
For you have come too far
Sometimes we are better than we realise
Stop and smell the daffodils
