You can never cross the ocean until you,
have the courage to lose sight of the shore;
well, this quote inspires me to go into the blue,
be it the ocean or meadow- just open the door.
to take a risk and leave my comfort zone,
face the unknown with courage . . .  alone;
there will be danger when I set forth,
but, will crawl if needed to find my true north.

You're not strong enough the Devil said,
to withstand life's storms, and I yelled back
to him, thanks to God, I am the storm,
and that should have filled me with dread,
and may at times in my seeking seem a maniac.
Oh, will bleed my poetic words to transform,
I will take every opportunity to pour words;
and set them free on the wings of birds.

"Life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent of how I react to it." ~ Charles Swindoll

Earth is a template by God created,
wherein I am caught in crosswinds of fate,
praying to powers that be that I may remain elated,
even if soporific soothsayers sorrowfully state that is too late.

"Life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent of how I react to it",
is the telepathic wisdom that one morn did suddenly so dawn on me,
that living in the here and now, if but to God’s will I do submit,
my consciousness is magically untied from mind’s tree.

Likening earth life to be somewhat like a lucid dream,
wherein I am both the actor on stage and director backstage,
enacting my ordained role, I dance with joy atop love’s moonbeam,
to the jibes and taunts of myriad shape shifting forms taking no umbrage.

In silence I invoked bliss magnetism, which now in my heart strums.
I know I am not decaying organic body-mind, I am not this,
so with seeking ended, I am nonchalant to outcomes.
“Made in God’s image, I am love, light and bliss.”

Two powerful words both very shockable.

"You can never cross the ocean until you have the courage to lose sight of the shore." ~ Christopher Columbus
Christopher Columbus opened wide the door,
to see and hear the ocean roar.

"Life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent of how I react to it." ~ Charles Swindoll
In life I will not quit,
for God gave me the wit.

"If the wind will not serve, take the oars" ~ Latin Proverb
Will the wind open the doors?
Maybe showing sea dinosaurs.

"Fall seven times and stand up eight" ~ old proverb
What will be my fate?
Getting back up will make me great.

Each one here has a different meaning,
some from life and some from dreaming.

Inspirational Quotes

"Fall seven times and stand up eight"

From birth till death
Life is a challenge, until the last breath.
Every move,every step is uncertain
At times, life seems like a burden.
We plan for the best to achieve
But,fate may lead us to deceive.
The path may not be easy for all
Some are lucky, but others need to crawl.
"Fall seven times and stand up eight"
To reach the goal, you need to fight.
A failure is not the end of life
Discouragement is just a rife.
Standing up every time and trying again
Symbolizes, how spirit and courage regain.
Every fall, every time teaches what to learn
To achieve success, one has to be stern.
Life is a struggle, full of risks and pain
We have to suffer,strive... to finally gain.
He,who has the courage to dare and shine
Faces all battles, stands strong and fine.
The one who is success keen
Is sure to climb all hurdles and win.
"Spread and split like litter,
still gather courage to glitter".

"NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE, THE WORD ITSELF SAYS, 'I'M POSSIBLE!'" ~ Audrey Hepburn

I saw Mount Everest touch the sky,
and felt my feet had conquered high.
Demons of sadness, grief and sorrow,
whispered deep: "No hope for tomorrow."

People stared like I was ghost and gloom,
my limbs were lost upon a battlefield tomb.
Each door was closed, each path with thorn,
everything seemed lost, the spirit worn.

But in my chest a fire did stay,
with courage, will, I found the way.
For "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE" rings true,
the word itself cries "I'M POSSIBLE" to you.

So why should I hear echoes of "you can't"?
When dreams were sewn within my pants.
Storms came sneaking, stole my breath,
death zone winds called out to death.

Yet step by step, through pain and ice,
I climbed that world’s most cruel device.
And now I sit atop the crown,
feet on Everest, and won’t back down.

My heart beats loud and makes this decree:
"A MAN MAY BREAK, BUT HE WILL NEVER BE DEFEATED."

“If the wind will not serve, take the oars” ~ Latin Proverb

When the gale turns deaf to the compass card,
And the sail hangs limp as a poet’s soul,
We do not wait for the whistling lard,
Nor pray to the breeze for a distant goal.

We ship the silk, and we grease the palms,
With oars carved out of our grandpas’ teeth,
Rowing through oceans of ticking calms,
And skies of velvet that yawn beneath.

The ocean turns to a marmalade sea,
While jellyfish hum an electric tune,
We row with a furious, frantic glee,
To park our barge on the silver moon.

For what is a zephyr but airborne gold?
And what is a tempest but ego’s draft?
We carry the tides in a chalice of old,
And steer with the madness of watercraft.

So spit in the face of the static air!
”If the wind will not serve, take the oars,”
The currents obey when the fools do dare.
”And muscle their way when the inner heart soars.”

"Nothing is Impossible -the word itself says I'm possible
                      Quote by Audrey Hepburn

I have faith in me

Faith to live a good life

Faith to be a good person

Faith to love my family and friends

Faith to believe in myself

Faith that the majority is good

Faith that the future is positive

Faith that our world will survive

Faith that the sun will rise tomorrow

Faith that good will prevail over evil

Faith to believe in all of the above

“Because I have Faith in me
        anything is possible"

“You can never cross the ocean until you have
the courage to lose sight of the shore."
                   ~ Christopher Columbus

Courage, as a double-edged sword,
There is no way, from start to end,
Your path will be an easy one
On which you can firmly depend.

Your plan includes a goal, for sure,
Yet sometimes one you've never seen.
Great courage relies on your faith
If there's no anchor in between.

Must travel blind to reach your goal.
There's no salvation on the way.
And just plain courage leads you on;
Your inner vision's there to stay.

This faith alone can keep you whole,
And you'll go on to meet your goal.
"Courage will help you find your shore-
You cannot ask for any more."

"Nothing is impossible, the word itself says "I'm possible!"-Audrey Hepburn

Audrey Hepburns's quote
"NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE,
THE WORD ITSELF SAYS "I'M POSSIBLE!"
is a timeless reminder.

When life gives us challenges,
that is half the battle,
as we strive to overcome them
that in itself is the victory.

I live by this quote every day.
"I CAN DO ANYTHING
IF I PUT MY MIND TO IT"
I have accomplished many things
and i have many more to go!

"If the wind will not serve,
take to the oars."
Let the wind swerve and curve,
not sway the way that's yours.
I'll tell you why—
It's up in the sky,
It's in the salmon that defy
the way the rivers ply.

It's in the trees
that bend, not break.

It's in the seeds
that dare to wake,
to an ancient urge
beneath each stem,
not to winter's scourge
that beckons them.

It's in the season
written deep within,
in the seed of reason
where all seeds begin.

It's in the bees
whose waggle tells,
of fields of trees
with flowering dells.

They never wait for chance
to paint perfect skies,
they trust their dance
more than their eyes.

It's in the web
the spider spins and weaves,
not waiting for storms to ebb,
or calm among the leaves.

For what survives the din
is more than what chance buys—
it's the will that lies within
that always yearns to rise.

"For wandering winds will confuse,
and lose direction;
while your oars pick and choose,
each stroke with intention".

STORY TO TELL

In life, everybody
Has a story
To tell

If You’re a Bird, I’m a Bird

If you shrink to compactness, I’ll put you in my pocket
If you grow big and towering, I’ll climb into your sleeve

If you whisper gently, I’ll lean in close, intently
And close I will stay
A whisper away

Because you are me
and I am you
And whatever you name me
I will answer to
And if you can fly
I can too
If you’re a bird, I’m a bird

Premium Member Where Is Zero?

Where’s zero? Really. Where is it?

If there are, and I mean that if. If there are any positive “numbers.” Where are the negative “numbers?”

The quotes are for another day.
But numbers refer to “points” of an infinity. There are no numbers in infinity, not even a “one” or a “zero.”

What!?! How can we measure anything, including “time?” There I go again, with the quotes.

From what exemplars can anything be “measured,” gotcha.
Where would we be without water? There goes the metric system. Where would we be without ammonite fossils? There goes a stone weight.
Without dried barley grains, well, there goes the inch.

It has been said, and mathematically proven, that all is “one.”

What if there is no “one?”

Well,

Everything just is.

We just is.

Does that sound familiar to anyone?

"I am that I am." Exodus 3:14
