freeze not any frame for life is a game
where tempests ego borne we need to tame
so simply flowing like the morning breeze
each event in time we gently release

Premium MemberI Am That I Am

Line of inquiry:
“a heartbeat pulsating as living light
free from each and every limitation
I Am that dwelling in unbound delight
  the source wherefrom arises creation”

I am that I am, and for sure
I am blessed with a heart that needs
to share my gifts, as to assure
God's light exists in all my deeds.

That light inspires me to fuse
whatever way I can to say,
most often thought of as my muse,
the visions that my thoughts portray.

Creation stirs from special light
and steers the soul and heart to act
and from this source comes inner sight
how inspiration will extract.

And, so my words pay homage to
the source of light that turns my mind
to image life in ways that do
profess the gifts I've been assigned.

Premium MemberWISDOM'S TRAIL

If the narrow trail of wisdom you seek, my son,

And not the broad highway of insouciant life,

From merciless suffering you must never shun

For there endure the truths that make the spirit rife.

Premium MemberThought of the day

as long as we continue to react
all our earth life lessons will continue
only when with stillness we forge a pact
are we then with each breath reborn anew

Premium MemberThought of the day

there’s someone who needs to be met
for business to be transacted
tension mounts but we do not fret
in this dream by God enacted

Premium MemberHere now this morn

if we are to judge nobody
we must also excuse ourself
whilst witnessing dawn and sunset
as earth life flows on by itself

such are musings that today dawned
born in heart, crystallised in mind
vaporised Self is the witness
poised in stillness divine aligned

Premium MemberYou Are My Dream Finally Come True

I was waiting for you for so long.
I knew from shortly after our start,
It is with me you fatefully belong.
Your love reassembled my broken heart.

I studied things you very early on in life knew.
I knew rebirth and star readings are real.
With my soul as old as yours, not much is new.
I know it is when I am with you, I truly feel.

I felt when we met, it was somehow a reunion.
I felt I was meeting an old friend after ages.
I talk to you as though we are in communion.
At times, my soul recalls how we were sages.

I was learning about you for years and years.
I learned how to love and understand you.
I also learned to overcome many taught fears.
Our love is part of good karma long overdue.

Premium MemberRemember Me

Remember me- not how I look,
not how I dress, or fix my hair;
not how I clean or how I cook-
those necessary things, I bear.

Remember me by what's unseen
but comes alive from in my heart-
my spirit of an artist's scene.
With brush and pen, I am a part.

For all these years- they lived in me-
impossible to set aside;
asleep at times, but there to be
awakened- and with love applied.

This part of me set up the rule
to close the door and open it,
providing that artistic fuel
as grains of time let me commit.

Remember me with brush and pen
I share my art and poetry-
and also, mostly, now and then-
embrace real life, most happily!

both the void and the manifest
are verily one and the same
life is a dream lived out in jest
we know it is only a game

each earth entity plays its role
all we do is embrace-release
reclaiming soul’s light ego stole
we flow like the fresh morning breeze

"With death, the winter sleeps. . .
          spring's rebirth promise, keeps.”
                                   __by Poet

It leaves me breathless, how each year
our spring wakes up from winter sleep.
No hesitation, for it's true,
its promise for new life, will keep.

I woke one morning, there to find
by the front walk, buds did appear.
Snowdrops and lavender Crocus
gave birth to prove that spring is here.

Soon, painted landscapes, like a dream,
washed out the gloomy winter view
to leave me breathless in the glow
of pristine beauty, fresh and new.

To breathe the pureness of spring air
     with fragrant mists of perfumed scent;
to feel the sun's refreshing breeze-
have left me breathless and content!

Premium MemberSpellbound by Sunlight

When I was young, I flew a kite
in a field, spellbound by sunlight.
I remember, when Spring had sprung,
I flew a kite when I was young.

An eager boy, I played at ball.
Now, I chuckle and I recall
Ol’ Sol, and summer days of joy.
I played at ball, an eager boy.

With care and hope, I sowed a seed.
I watered it and pulled a weed.
All on a sunny, gentle, slope,
I sowed a seed with care and hope.

The squeezing hands, the golden hair
of two green children laughing there,
as sun lit up her curling strands,
the golden hair, the squeezing hands.

Down, deep within, on the outside,
o’er my life, Sol would e’er preside,
and he still warms my soul and skin,
on the outside, down, deep within.

Our heartbeat stalled for a moment,
whence with life extinguished, we fell
but the Grim Reaper stayed his hand,
placing us back in body shell.

Lost in trance we think not of death,
wishing to live on for all time,
pursuing objects of desire,
heart seeking new mountains to climb.

Befriending the vast, vibrant void,
at source, as the eye of the eye,
becoming the bliss flame itself,
we saw life’s a dream, a big lie.

Who we are is pure living light
and not decaying form of dust;
our quintessence can never die,
nurtured by God, whose touch we trust.

employ mind to navigate life

but to see God choose love not strife

Premium MemberI SEE YOU - I KNOW YOU

I SEE YOU

I see You in the majesty of the mountains,
Your mystery in the depths of the sea.
Your providence every day abounds about me.
I see your power everywhere surrounding me.

I see Your love in the pages of my Bible,
As I read of sacrifice and answered prayer.
Small miracles each day happen 'round me.
I see Your face in each and know You care.

I KNOW YOU

I see you as you go about your business.
The way you live your life is plain to Me.
Your thoughts and deeds are proof that you're My servant,
For by it's fruit a man shall know a tree.

When your time is over there I'll call you.
I'll send a guide to bring you straight to Me.
No need to fear your past mistakes, transgressions,
For by the spilling of My Blood I've set you free.

Touched by the breath of coral dawn
Morning paints stars in amber hues
Gossamer streaks like pink chiffon
Sing a love poem - my heart renewed.
