Poet’s note: If news reports are to be believed, a lot of suppressed opposition is getting built in China, what with economy not doing well, power shortages, industries in heavy debt, negative GDP, zero tolerance on Covid-19, millions of people under locked down siege, a list is long. Yet, reality in China being what it is, Xi may still win the third term if Party, PLA, Peasants, and Politics continue to support him. This limerick guesses as to how he would be addressed in that case, Xi King Pin?

Our relationship might as well be over
Remember back when we used to plan
