Singapore
they put me in a rest home to get some rest,they sent 2 skinny 90 pound attendants to my room,they say we gon flip your mattress and they flipped me right.off my bed and now i can-t reach my panic button near the bed cause these 2 can't lift me back on mah bed..please tell me how i will git some rest if i can't reach my panic button for them to send me someone else. Is this.a rest home,let me call my sister viv,she dropped me off at the wrong place.

Press your luck, if you want to —
false bravado can only cover so much
Twitchy touch get shaky in the clutch,
‘nother slinger paid: No can do
Poster child ain’t cash on the barrel head,
the hired guns come and they go
Some draw fast, and others slow
Can’t get the Judas reward if you’re dead
Chase the rope ... life last longer that way
Swing the holster over the saddle,
stone hands can’t spur skedaddle
Press the panic button, then start to pray
Red buttons on a Simba cat white coat,
stained reputation gotta go get dirt buried
Guns & Roses: Cold viols getting married
Press E button down as last blues note
B-e calm and composed,
E-arly eighteenth of September;
T-hink normally of the situation,
H-orror won't do any better.
P-ush no panic button,
R-emain firm and focused;
A-llow the truth to speak,
D-evil's deceit is
O-bvious.
P-ush no panic button,
I-n spite of the threat;
L-et not your mind think
A-bout fear, woes, and fret.
Z-one of risk and danger occurs all of a sudden;
A-rm your heart with faith, push no panic button.
P-ress not the panic button,
R-emain calm and composed;
E-motions not in control
M-ake ears and eyes closed.
E-rrors are not made,
S-econd morn November;
T-hough clouds are dark,
R-ain won't harm the river.
A-llow your life to brave
D-istress on your horizon;
A-llow not hands to quiver, press not the panic button.
Election called to hurry up Brexit
It's like a fire alarm for a speedy exit
Panic button pressed or what?
Many people fed up with the lot!
Maybe a coffee will help the stress
Don't get hooked, baristas will be less
Proud nations heading for divorce
Bullying action now coming into force
All we want is a better life
Not Listening to bad news and strife
So listen hear politician
There seems to be something you are
missing
Good old honesty and Integrity oh no!
We won't see that in your Manifesto!

Pushing the Panic Button

SMOKE ALARM
why so sensitive?
panic button set on high
smoke clings to my mind.
Panic Buttons
guess what? there is no button
It comes out of the thin air
It doesn't matter "where"
I have studied the chemical reactions
that happen when the panic button is on
run
run away....."to where, where"?
and you're not thinking
you are panicking
breathe damn it
Breathe
and the more you say it to the overexcited brain
the air
is just gone.
what's wrong with you? Pull yourself together
shoot, did you try "yoga".
ugh.
Little do they know that I do
know!
the whole body systems reacts
to danger
"real" or not.
Say you live in a world where you never feel safe
Say your nights were about "Should I feel afraid tonight"
Say your life has always been this scenario.
Panic.
Don't wonder "why"?
Don't ask me "why"?
It is a lifetime story. Tell me?

I am waiting…
Should I take that leap of faith
or push the panic button?
I am pretty sure if I choose the latter
no one will even notice.
Stress has me in a suffocating breathing pattern,
taking shallow breaths in an endless polluted sky.
I am in a pool of people also searching to escape,
arms flapping to keep from going under again.
Drowing, yet not being quite sure
I want a lifeline tossed my way.
Darkness doesn’t always show up at night,
it may appear in broad daylight,
in nightmares that seem more real than reality.
What year is it? Somehow it doesn’t seem to matter.
Pain is just another symptom of fear
in a lopsided life that balance eludes.

There is a special calm when you step upon the shore...
If the night was dark and you had only one oar.
There are times on life's lake when the storms blow and rage...
It can happen in our youth and even old in old age.
Things can be peaceful and quite then suddenly the waves appear...
And your heart becomes instantly gripped in fear.
The panic button is out of reach...
Then suddenly Jesus says, " Relax my child and let Me teach."
There is a special calm when you step upon the shore...
Especially if the night was dark and you had a broken oar.

the enemy comes to kill steal and destroy, he tries to trip us up in many ways
if something was on your mind wouldn't you love to be able to push a panic button for help to
make the feelings go away, imagine this is your panic button GOD will take away all our
fears all our panic all our frustrations, when any bad feelings come just Stop and think open
heart and pray, and it wont be long before the enemy is long on his way, God is the answer
to everything all we need to do is just stop and let him help in the good times as well as the
bad. the enemy loves it when we Hungy, Angry, Lonly or Tired, God taught me today how to
stop before being brought to a Halt, satan bites the dust again, he lost I still stand strong and
firm. Amen.
Oh so rapidly everything slips through your fingertips
Things so out of reach
One moment you have it all
The next you just don't
One second you're doing just fine
The next you're spinning into oblivion
One moment you have control
The next it's all lost
Weeks pass, you still don't know the day
You're on self destruct mode
There's no panic button
Just the self destruct
Oh so tempting.
I'll just leave your hand hoovering.
