Is any thing I say meaningful?
-----------------------------------
we spent many hours talking about
lounging
sorted differences seeking fun
our time for planning had taught us
that our next venture had begun
Words out loud mde it officail
we'd been cordnating things
there is a fine line between prudent
and parinoid
sometime just do your thing
every mention is challenged
an obstacle to overcome
sometimes advice is undermining
you never know where it's coming from
take sometime smooth the edges
done cursed a many still
ask my lord for forgivness
you might think that such is a thrill
Damn the alternaters busted
gotta fix it all over again
you might think I like this situation
trust me it's ah bitter pill
in the weird nothingness
I found some releif
the stress of contridiction
has strenghtened my belief

Years flying by like the days of the week
A blurring bullet train
Moments memories hardly time to cement
A record to fully retain
I understand that being mindful of
The nuance and play of the light
The aroma and sound of each unique event
Will serve to set this aright
In a car crash once I saw time slow down
to a frozen molasses crawl
I know it's schedule is flexible
this thought I share with you all
Languish at a cup of tea
Loiter at what brings delight
Ask what does this moment afford me
cool pink morning star lit sultry night
The laughter of children anyone's
Not constricted to those you begot
Let their merry hearts once again carry you
to places you thought you forgot
Take it in take it all in
Luxuriate in this your life
A caution don't give in to shutting down
Should you be encountering strife
When you in offense shut out the bad
You shut out the good you know
See it acknowledge it let it go
looking for good to sow
Your head will rest light on the pillow
that is not stuffed with regret
Rest deeply knowing tomorrow
Will bring wonders you haven't seen yet
Tasked to continue smooth function of cult compound
Sixteen svelte helpers of mindless vibrant physiche
Hurl their determination found in daily frequency
Milking cows, picking fruit, darning gowns
Draped swathes of cotton smother love worthy curves
Bunches clutched in fervent fists denote proactive
Chores suppress boredom, hours fast elapsing
Hushed among bustle, humbly built church
Rhythmic teat pinching hands press in prayer's commit
Wrists sturdy obedient, cream transform churning
Hundred shelled peas, obligated with urgency
Bound by scripture, called upon to submit
Duty is God's Will, blessed purpose supports hordes
Beauty unrecognised hair spun buns traditional
Released flaxen waterfall for richeous ritual
Sacramental fodder, holiest of whores
Chosen childless worship circle of dedicated wombs
Esteem rodeo results in offspring from Minister
Fallen garland bruised petalled begins her
Observance unto sermons emtombed

Cursed Yearning
In the evening as I reclined,
A screech owl came to my drowsy mind.
He sat upon a peeled elm limb,
And he looked at me, I looked at him.
As I enjoyed the coral sunset,
My owl sat in sepia silhouette.
Morning will bring his sleepy call,
And I'll rise with coffee for you all.
She knew how to live
She had a ‘Ruthian’ spirit
That gave of her self
With a bit question
And discernment
But gave anyway
Her compassion
Controlled the pathway
She choose to travel
Her heart was always vulnerable
For she knew not
How to guard herself
From the possibilities
Of grace
Or the blessings
That poured from the heavens
To fill her storehouse
With abundance,
A love abundance
It was not that she was not intelligent
That she found herself
Oft’ compromised
Because of her heart’s ways . . .
Nay, she did not think about
Closing her hands
To the needy
Or to those who asked
She was a gem
That sparkled
In the darkest of places.
The light shined continuously
From the corners
Of her eyes,
Leaking out
Unto the world of us all
Her smile was blinding,
Her laughter
Moved mountains
Within the spirits
Of all who had an ear
Yes . . .
She had a ‘Ruthian’ spirit
That gave of her self
With a bit question
And discernment
But gave anyway
She knew how to live !

It is time for the crane to speak,
the crow,the heron to say,
The musculature is strong,
the position is right; Fly.

This is our observed phenomenon report.
It appears the earth people have a strange sport.
They swing a wooden stick at a horsehide sphere.
When it goes over the fence, it’s “outta here”.
Move counterclockwise on a diamond-shaped field.
Numbers on the scoreboard, a “run” is the yield.
This is a strange earth custom that’s revealed.
To athletic men, this is a profession.
People pass through turnstiles in a procession.
One hundred and sixty-two times each season,
men wearing numbers participate. What’s the reason?
Non-participating “fans” are spectators.
Sounds can come from the non-participators.
Each can sit and cheer while watching in their seat.
One team has victory, the other defeat.
These actions all occur in the summer heat.
When the home team loses, they make a “boo” sound.
This is indeed strange behavior we have found.
We fight this war as enemies
Yet if we threw away are weapons
We could be the best of friends
We would never know
We fight on impulse
With a fear of slaughter and pain
We came face to face
We did not speak
Only our fears fought
I now stand above you
Then kneel and close your eyes
I have killed you
I search your pockets and find a photograph
It’s of your mother, wife and children
It’s wet
I look closely and see tears
Streaming from their eyes
I fall and weep in victory
We were only boys
Who wanted to laugh and play
And stay alive
Only boys
