How to Make Love to a Didgeridoo 100

She inhales the aurora,
breath laced with frozen with light speed
Pulsar fingers stretch through cirrus gauze,
her bodice bending like solar flares.

Astronaut
A quasar shudders behind her lips,
erupting across the event horizon.

Space folds—
she unspools like a nebula unraveling,
luminous in the underworld
aphrodisiac of your vanilla fragrance

Premium Member Men Are From Mars

Her smile alone, that ONE that radiates uniqueness
bores down plummeting shafts into Earth's deepest
Her beam travels light speed to pierce our blackness
Cupid simply aims, adds us to his lovestruck Harvest

For Men are marooned upon the coldest part of Mars
Like Moths we are drawn to the warmth of her Stars
We rush headlong driving to unknown reaches our cars
Martians all, we leap foreloin in the search of being "ours"

But we know the tempests of Venus emulate their namesake
She needs time to fall Earthbound as a swirling Snowflake
Venus needs to flutter above, then hoover, maybe to partake
Aphrodite, so fragile, so tender her heart, needs much debate

Earthly bound, we can find our Middle Earth, our common ground
Her Goldilocks bound in the correct balance of momentum found
Martians, all you crowd, wait patiently, hush desire's blunt Hound
Venusians, lift your shroud, allow your discretion to come around

Premium Member Vanishing point

Feeling a little cross
I gave out to god
For piling different shapes
upon my hod
To think, we never had
any future plan
So made one up
with the home insurance man

Anyway, I'm covered
for a sudden leak
But excess is high
and outlook pretty bleak
With water damage
undermining my eyes
Canopies atop
fail to keep me baptised

In a world slowly spinning
time arcs from view
I lose my line of sight
as payment's accrue
My policy reneges
states I'm in arrears
Offers me (a one off fix)
then disappears

Like most chancers in life
I accept the lump
My hod full of shapes
forming a concave hump
Light recedes slower
through an inverted mind
Come take a look
I'm not the one praying blind

Still, I could sit with Jesus
and chat all day
Til our questions
compel each other away
Faster than light speed
(dark energy) recedes
To voids so distant
god awful truth precedes

Vanishing points converge
as minds can't make sense
Mine's light years away
nailed to a cosmic fence
Insurance man tries
to sell me empty space
He's the devil
I bought it all just in case!

A Poem Wrote On the Back of a Mind

There must be a wall there,
electric eels scribble upon it,
and rabid are the holes
that go deep into words.

Those words wrote themselves,
they must have climbed over the wall
leaving off-white snail smears
travelling at light speed.

I am done speaking of it,
of this writing
that demands to be dug into silence,
at least
until and when
that next inexplicable moment
learns to speak for itself.

Premium Member Universe

Universe where art thou, if not everywhere
Inside, outside, in between, and over there
Contracting, expanding, blackness upon bright
Traveling at light speed, in stillness each night

Universe where art thou, if nowhere at all
Exiting the shadows, on firmament walls
Takes us for a ride, around heavens above
Seeding humanity’s soul, with hate and love

Universe where art thou, we’re utterly blind
Why give us a brain, only to blow our mind
Holding us together, shredding us apart
Giving life only to die, breaking our hearts

Universe where art thou, big bang or big crunch
Uncaring void, serves an ultimate free lunch
Going through the motions, in control of time
Even more in the dark, since starting this rhyme

The Tortoise and the Hare

"... what I said was, The Tardis... and I'm the heir..."

Much more on the inside than you could ever imagine...

and Siriusly sweet with a passion

The juice in my Driver

is a River in tune

"... light speed isn't quite

what you envision..."

but it's faster than a broom

I'd say

And a smoother ride too,

you can cruise

on the inside and choose

any mind for a wind

you can be

and you can find

any one thing

in any amount of time...

I figure all you'd need

are the keys

and these,

appear

to be

mine...

"... screwdrivers are outdated
to traveling time
any way..."

Life Speed

"... God's Steed..."

when God made Life

a file was sent to be Seen

and Life happens to be

faster-than-light speed

"... the best way..."

is just, the way I am

and so indeed

and in the Light to proceed

I signed my name

on a page of Time

and in one line

found God's aim

"... I'm a lime too..."

and in a sphere of perfect rhyme

We are all on

God's Mind;

"...welcome to the ride..."

Up To Here With Christmas

I'm up to here with Christmas
My cheer is wearing thin
I'm close to going crazy
And I'm wearing a fixed grin

I said this year would be different
I said I would be organised
We would keep things simple
And just enjoy the Xmas ride

But, as is usual for me
I find I'm in a terrible bind
Now it's midnight Xmas eve
And I'm fifty jobs behind

I'm madly multitasking
Cooking all the food we need
Packing up the car and
Gift wrapping at light speed

At some point in the near future
I'll know I'll collapse and blow a fuse
Next year will be different.....
I'm going on a cruise!

Premium Member Spooky Action At a Distance

Einstein’s numbers predicted it.
Alas, this classic physicist rejected it.
Tiny, entangled particles in mutual dependence
Separated by the longest distances.

Spooky action at a distance,
We cannot grasp this miracle,
Yet, science verifies the fact.
Objects the size of Buckyballs
Can link trillions of miles apart.

This communication or teleportation
ten thousand times faster than light!
Yes, au revoir light speed,
From your limits are we freed!

Spooky action at a distance,
Engineers dream of quantum computers.
Might we also harness this quandary
To reach the outer edges of space?

Might this anomalous principle
Account for certain sky visitors,
Objects authoritatively recorded,
Abruptly perishing in our clouds?
Spooky action at a distance.

Premium Member Angel Riding a Skateboard

Angel riding a skateboard
downslope on the highest mountain
in God's creation,
wings folded in to increase speed,
approaching the ramp at the end
the heavenly host hold their breath
as the angel reaches light speed
and jumps high enough to land
at Heaven's pearly gate.

Premium Member A Cosmic Journey

Taken a light cosmic journey in a
hyper-luminous light vehicle.
I view space grandioso of "light bulb,"
blue big blazing bedazzling beacon;
a brilliant bright behemoth blistering.

Warp to a Pulsar star:
I view its pulsing light;
projecting prominently, its
pinpoint precision is like an atomic clock timing

Light-speed to:
Magnetars: mighty magnetic magnets.
Neutron stars, neutralizing objects.
Quasars, with their active-galactic beams
beaming like a gama-ray space spot-light laser.

I sling past Black-Holes that warps space-time:
they bending back all light matter,
behind their total black darkness horizon capture.

I continue warp-speed throughout space with
the use of fusion and some anti-matter.
I, a frontier intergalactic astronomical time and space traveler.
Homebound now; this of sometime in the far future.

Money Money Money

Money is a rabid dog
that does not need affection ...
If we throw a bone
farther, farther
it will fetch indefinitely ...
For some money
it's a distant past,
for others it is future ...
money for savings
rides a bicycle ...
money for speculation
at the light speed ...
Money is a ship
manned without pilot
automatic ... needs
operator ...
Money waits and
fosters crises for
snap up capital and
accumulate...
Money has the
maxim: "luxury is right"
for those who have it, naturally ...
Money dresses up as a tycoon
when the business is wasting ...
and banker when the case
is to catch money from others ...
Money is not an instrument,
he is the boss ... the most
well served finer he treats ...
Money is to enrich the rich,
and to impoverish the poor ...
Money when it is called capital.
is a predator of economies ...
society cannot control it
and choking alone ..
He is Robin Hood in reverse:
steals from the poor to
deliver to the rich ...!

Premium Member Zenith of Design

Can a god build walls on the horizon
Hang chandeliers from zeniths above
Let the ocean drain into the nadir
Turn platitudes of doubt into love

Can a god look west, to watch sunrise
Go back in time, see humanity evolve
Walk barefoot across the suns corona
Make reason, meaningless to resolve

Can a god bring order to happenstance
See through charades of pantomime
Grow vaccines on earths magnetic field
With a mere thought, distinguish design

Can a god travel faster than light speed
Cross our galaxy, in the blink of an eye
Throw caution to the winds of tomorrow
Leave us dumbstruck for pondering why

Can a god see through endless darkness
Bring a smile to a heartbroken face
Take delusion, and banish it forever
Whisper in a dying ear, your soul is safe

Can a god truly answer all questions
Is it meaningless to pen poems of trial
If a god comforts through your prayers
Who am I, to cast doubt or denial
