Life Is But A Dream

I spend 80% of the day waiting for you to come home
And the other 20% hoping you won't leave again.
It's never easy
But through the summer's and winter's,
those fresh spring's and chilly fall's
I'll be there.
Right where you left me

The life of a pet is never easy.

LIFE IS ABOUT TODAY , NOT TOMORROW: BE AWARE

Each day has its trials.
Today, shouldn’t be different;
Just give it to God:-
All days are given by God;
And He will guide you through them:

There’s crucifixion;
There’s also resurrection;
And there’s ascension:
All canvassing days given:-

In living each day,
In God’s healing grace,
Give Him the praises:
Parallel in peace and love,
Perpendicular in life:-

Each day we are given,
Just seek God’s navigation:
Jesus will guide you:-
A tomorrow may not come;
End each day in thanksgiving:

Death is fair, life is unfair

It is not a large clue
for the collectives blues
to come from the tools of grim news.

We spoke to authors and speakers
to speak on all who expire
for death is fair, but life is unfair.

He and she, they and I
know of a stars end
and the hearts that burst of thy neighbour
and the rebel who rode into heavy metal
and the victim melted into the dirt.

Our lives are shaped by experience
but our ends are shaped by circumstances
yet we know
yet we don't wish to know.

Premium Member Life is a Bullfight

“Serving two masters one can’t win
The One true God is Savior from sin”
                            Quote by poet

Like a black bull in a china cabinet
One can do much damage in sin
Especially if so lost and focused on
Things and worldly people of passion
That the soul and the Word is abandoned

Life is a bullfight and we all want to win
Satin means to distract derail destroy
But what one means for evil
God will bless for good for
His ways are not our ways

So at times in life one may be the bull
Other times the red distraction
But as we grow in God we will see
How He becomes our salvation
God is the Matador and
He will always win the bullfight

Beneath the stormy sky, the Taurus stands pliant
to face the world with profound inner strength,
confronting life as if it’s a bullfight
where the aggressive world acts as the matador,
flapping the crimson capes of wavering crisis.

Obstinacy fostered as the survival mechanism
turns the bitter fight into a personal triumph,
proving that true power is the ability
to stand the ground until the arena is quiet.

said The Fool to Othello,
and every great actor,
still not listening

Meet me half way through the labyrinth
I am satisfied with getting somewhere

No regrets!

I call spades!

Premium Member Life is a Bullfight

Life is a bullfight
replete with an ugly, snorting beast,
with murderous eyes and sharpened horns,
trying relentlessly to kill you
in the most painful way possible
while your friends and family in the arena,
drooling, laughing, and cheering,
eagerly await the outcome.

Premium Member Life Is What We Make Of It - for Kenna R

As we sit here watching the world go by,
Desperately, we all long to be free.
We see everything and long for the sky.
We just want to fly away and live in the trees.

But she keeps us trapped here, by her side,
Never to experience life on our own.
We are doomed to follow her every stride.
But, at least, we’ll never be alone.

At times, she covers us and hides us in the dark,
But that does keep us warm when it’s cold.
We long for the light and the life of a monarch,
And our story may still, someday, unfold.

We should just be content on being what we are,
Beautiful things for others to admire.
Although, nearby, there may be a few scars,
As tattoos, someone may see us and be inspired.

Life is miracle in motion

For those tough days and nights...

Life is a miracle in motion
By Michelle Morris

There are going to be days
When you want to walk away
There are going to be nights
When you'll feel less calm, more frightened

There are going to be times
When you doubt the reason and rhymes
There are going be moments
When you feel your glow slow

But don't despair, dear heart
Don't despair — not now, not ever
Don't despair, dear heart
God is with you through stormy weather

Life is a complex mystery
Life is a wish for ease
Life is triumphs and mistakes
Life is loss and lucky breaks

Life is a miracle in motion
Life is ever-changing like the ocean
Life is growth and elevation
Life is a blessing for every nation

So, don't give, now, dear heart
Don't give up — not now, not ever
Don't give up, dear heart
God is beside you with every step

There are going to be days
There are going to be nights
But what remains even more constant
Is God's precious light

415 Human Life is Sacred

Human Life is Sacred

“You shall not kill,” God commanded

That is because our life is sacred

We are created according to His image

To kill our body is like to do Him damage

By His breath to live we are able

His Holy Spirit makes us His temple

Our life by God, our life for God!
