Discernment In Movement

At the ascension of the crystal
Stair of humanity, I embrace the totality of each step, each more carefully navigated. The creaking of uncertainty and discord from previous steps flashes before my thoughts, as each leg is lifted only to be forgotten amongst the dynamic placement of each foothold, with any of aforementioned merely a faded picture within loquacious movement, but a mirror with no reflection, for there is no looking back into conquered darkness only a transition up the staircase to a familiar void, desolate yet forthcoming At the same time. Levels become legality of stride each one freeing up, making up, reinvigorated me,keeping my mind on constant guard of the attack , for the mountain top, has a valley in which this ascension can't and won't be, nor will it incapacitate, for I will never be God willing a reprobate mind or soul, elevation has its whole. And may this staircase take me to every blessing and aspect earned and deserved, allowing personification in every word.

Triumph of immortality over mortality!
Resurrection of Jesus, we commemorate fondly;
Reassessing all virtues, who, gave new morality...!

Romans and Jews found Jesus pattern of legality,
Paving firm foundations for new values that could lead promptly;
Triumph of immortality over mortality!

Pontius Pilate, with his decorum and formality,
Handed over the savior of mankind nonchalantly,
Reassessing all virtues, who, gave new morality...!

Crowds, who sang hosanna once, now in rough brutality,
Demanded death, though heavenly Father designed so kindly;
Triumph of immortality over mortality!

They crushed him; crucified him with all abnormality,
Buried him in deepest of grave; as though very rudely;
Reassessing all virtues, who, gave new morality...!

Jesus knew, his divine father would reverentially,
Resuscitate him and reassure him so graciously;
Triumph of immortality over mortality!
Reassessing all virtues, who, gave new morality...!

Dissuade

Lonely lost love laid-back,
Loyalty, legality layoff.

Death Dogged down,
Died due for love.

The dissuade love which neither started,
Nor it has an end.

Adjudications

Esteemed personages and jurists
let the oral arguments begin.

Sir, the legality of your position on this
most serious of matters
limps like a drunken duck.

Madam your logic has diminished,
it trips over its own dung,
it bleats like a flea bitten nanny-goat.

Sire, your robes make you look fat.
Madam, your mother resembles
a demented Pitbull.
Sir, your ass requires two chairs.

This case is flawed.
This flaw is the case!
The floor is wet madam, are you incontinent?
Your flapping mouth is toothless Sir.
Gum me !
Go dry your nuts in a microwave donkey breath.

“My respected colleagues,
decorum please,”
pleads another pillar of the law.

Together – ‘Shut-up fish face!'

Long thoughtful pause,
while giant legal minds deliberate.

A deep disembodied voice intones::
"The Supremes have adjourned for lunch."

Sudirman Central Business District

I don’t know why crowd cover this,
Atmosphere full of air pollution
River full of chemist contamination
I don’t know why seedy cover this.

There are buildings stand sturdy
As the inner of economic
As the base of legality
As the nodal of metropolitan cosmic

But slumber still mushrooming
They have and they haven’t contrast
Too hard they are still humming
Scavenged in every time on trust

Let It Go - Give It Up

Our stay in the
mushrooming subdivision
      Ashley Springs
can achieve full ownership only
by meeting the developer’s
latest requirements...
six bushes and two deciduous trees,
keep your garbage can in the garage.

Such restrictions have put the whole
neighborhood in the throes of unrest.
Gears are clashing even as I write.

    To sully the community spirit
in this way evokes emotions which
attempt to sidestep legality.

We more flexible newbies,
about thirty in number now
are pitted against
the established oldies
who could grandfather out of some of
the constraints based on length of residence.

       Solution? It’s our property now!
Mr. Developer. Your raw power gains nothing
by the forcing of personal preference.

My Strayed Lover

The touch of imperfectionality on some naked truth.
It burns deep into the flesh of happiness,
Yet stands smiling at the laxity of frailty.
A drop of legality would have seared the ice.
Some degree of excess consciousness couldn't avail indiscretion.
So selfish I was, struck the baton to revealing.
Tore down the garment of wonderfulness.
If only it had wrath a shield against grievous consequences.
Strayed from the bareness of my palms, my cherished secret.
Caved in the passing-by of history, are acts and actions I adore.
Regrets bid me awareness but I annex consolation in satisfaction.
Springs of flowing emotions seals my loosed heart.
I'm hung to the persistence of negativity.
Sunk into contentions so absurd to gamble worth for kinds.

My Rose Flower

MY ROSE FLOWER:
My rose,
We have been to,
Customary court,
We have been to court of appeals,
It now for us to go and test,
The Supreme Court.
Justice Ben Agbata will be present that day,
So tell me,
How will you strike out the case.
Our purpose of going there is not to sue Rev.
Father,
Ejike Mbaka like Chimaroke Nnamani,
But because I idolize you thee.
Not to see the passerby that there are not present,
But to concubinage you.
My kissing that day will be,
Romance,
While our,
Rings will be thy ally’s ring.
Bother not about the flowers,
For you are a flower already.

Bar Elenus Ogeche will,
Read out the case outline,
But Hakunamatata will blow the whistle like referee,
Bother not about the papers to be spent,
For I am like Soludo.
All this will I do because of thy beauty.
Your body is as beautiful as the queen England,
While thy lips is as sweet as honey.

Plea Bargain

PLEA BARGAIN

If justice can be carted away on a platter of gold
And repaid with a moribund emerald,
Then let Law swallow its loquacious pride—
Let the rays of the sun drop its shines
Let the glitters of the moon hands down
And let the twinkles of the stars un-twinkle its prickles.

At the marketplace of ignominy
Law traded its most valuable destiny—
A penny paid in exchange for quashing mutiny
A hominy given in exchange for shrinking felony
A litany offered in erasure of criminal sanctimony

Mutiny for a penny
Felony for a hominy
Sanctimony for a litany

Justice is the end, the fabrics and destiny of Law
If criminality can be bargained to legality—
A poplar will soon turn an undergrowth
A mountain will soon turn a rock
An ocean will soon turn a river
A tree will soon turn a stalk
An imago to a pupa
A pupa to a larva
A larva to an egg
An egg to an atom

And what is left of Law is a shadow of its true self.

Mutiny for a penny
Felony for a hominy
Sanctimony for a litany

For Humanity

Lo! The universe
How primordial beauty!
Mankind is superior in style and activity
Different in size, shape, color
How true the complexity!
Lord wants us to comprehend His unlimited diversity
But humans mistaking start mistreating
But, Merciful Lord takes care of all His beings,

I love mankind
Whatever may be their race, caste, creed, color or size
I ask for their proper demand
Not for mere sympathy, charity or privilege,

I have my association
With the rights defrauded and in their lonely world
Where legality, justice is forced sunk then
Illegality, injustice strongly and gladly got raised,

I have fixed my position
In the groups of all mess and general people
With oppressed, depressed, deprived, road-trodden
So, I have some questions to the power leading people,

I am always with
The people for rights, legality, justice start every inch fight
From the hands of power abusers, torture, betrayal, intrigue
Conspiracy, anarchy, treachery, tyranny, hypocrisy and cheat,

Being human I deserve humanity
Righteously for all and for everybody
Up down, high low, superior inferior, ably disably
And I always expect it from all, for all and everybody.

Unrisen Horizon

Take off the glasses and
look at it closely, the infant
universe of the ?
receding age.

I said, weapons should not
be allowed to speak, cheating
the all terrain of
humankind.

The legality has to be
defined to earn the daily
bread for impregnable
hunger.

Whatsoever, there was no
precedence to take the occult
into the homes of non-
committal voices.

You become the temple
without god, who was
waiting at the gate.

Computer Rule

Some say computers will replace the human brain,
Making it irrelevant, a museum relic, and obsolete.
Nothing in humankind’s experience will be the same.
Even exceptional minds will be unable to compete.

Those who hold that view cite signs now apparent—
Millions put on the street by computer technology.
The trend they say is unstoppable and transparent.
Microchips and cyberspace will trump our biology.

But from whence will computers get their morality?
Which is not to say that humankind’s is flawless.
But there is the issue of the intricacies of legality.
Could computer control be clinical if not lawless?

All of this despoilers decry as the stuff of inanity.
Computers do only what humans code them to do.
But visionaries like Kurzweil have all their sanity,
And computers that rule could one day come true.

Same-Sex Marriage

Years ago a marriage couldn’t
Join two different races.
Still some people hate
What that legality embraces.

Now today, the fight goes on
With gays who want to wed.
Those with hatred in their hearts
Protest these laws instead.

Why anybody cares what others do
Remains a mystery;
But loudmouths love to spew their wrath,
With precedents in history.

Today we’ve learned our president
Has made a risky move,
Endorsing same-sex marriage,
Which so many won’t approve.

I heartily applaud him
And I’m glad he took a stand.
Perhaps this huge announcement
Means that change is close at hand.

For those who argue natural law
Should not let gays unite,
They have to face that fact, to most
This is a human right.

A same-sex couple in your midst
Will not pose any threat;
And if you choose ignoring them,
They wouldn’t mind, I’d bet.

So kudos to Obama
For his brave and bold decision.
Equality is closer now
To what we can envision.

Executors Mare

Death assured, the shame of hanging
Teardrops, sighing as we say goodbye
Like departing lovers;
Murder is committed
Though couched in legality
”Though shall not kill”

For the freeman is not free
Whose life and in death
Is a TV soap opera

The people shall shout

Like the Jews during Christ’s trial
’Crucify him; crucify him.’
