Premium Member Angels don't cry (Engel weinen nicht)

Remember, I am always
There for you...
And in thoughts we are
Very close...
Don't cry anymore, it will pass.
Because we will meet again...
Oh please, just laugh only once more
So shining like ...
The starlight...
Because everyone knows...

             Angels
                      Don't
                              Cry.

Melancholy

Melancholy is a dreary morning;
hidden within our souls
like mist spread over the marsh—
upon the stagnant waters
and the treetops
that refuse to drown.

The Rise

The boy who carried night within his chest
Once believed the road had reached its final bend,
Convinced that silence was his only friend,
And traded all his tomorrow for unrest.
He could not see the dawn through heavy skies,
Nor count the hours that waited to unfold,
Lost in a tale he thought was fully told,
Watching the shadow grow before his eyes.

Yet morning broke the perimeter of shade;
The quiet road stretched out and did not fall.
He learned the weight of years can shift and mend,
That every solitary ghost must fade.
Standing in light he never thought to call,
He sees the start where once he feared the end.

Star Stain

Will stars stain the sky?
When the universe doth spin
Widdershins all night
Will streaks of light fill the sky
As they attempt to slow down?

Conversations of Consolation

Debt has shaped most of my sorry life
Shaving it off year by year
Thanks to my devoted wife
She is a gem in her own right
No more tears of shame
My frame of mind feels just right
I smile these days
You can just feel that inner peace
Once I was in a situation of helplessness
Sleight of hand and a twist of fate
With my ex it felt like
On a bed of nails she makes me wait
The kind of man I was
I waited
Trying to convince myself to endure
My hands are tied
My body bruised, she got me with
Nothing to win and nothing left lose
I tried to end it all
I took sleeping pills
Tried to give myself away
Those were dark times
I was a car wreck lying upside down
It took some soul searching
But a wise person said
‘change your world’
I vamoosed the chance I got
Literally I went away
Only with the clothes on my back
What a relief
It cost me relations with my kids
Hell they might feel that I abandon them
I will cross that bridge when I get there
Late uncle Stan
Already called me out on it
Nothing witty to say back
Already to far gone
Careful of who you give yourself away to…

A Lost twinkle in the eyes

Picking the pieces of my life
Never I’d imagine experiencing so much pain
I'm leaving my past identity behind
Creating a new one this time
While loving against the grain
Dancing with death
Has made me disillusioned
I'm appearing to live my best life
Or is it just an appetizer that’s rife
I've been cut to the bone
Got to convince myself
That it was not carved in stone
Am I this fool
For loving so hard
A wise man once warned me
He said
‘careful what you wish for and then some you don’t want’
Now I don’t want the world to see me
I'm very private person
Coz I know that they won’t understand
The way I live now, it is a sin, so sweet and true
Always wanting more, I’d
Leave you longing for
All you see is a wheelchair man's smile

Shining memories

Be happy. Don't be sad
Think of all the fun you've had
Keep them in your memories
They are like the victories
You accomplished every day
Keeping the dark clouds away

Premium Member Autumn Breath

Autumn exudes divine Artist’s glow
Red leaves blend with gold heaps below.

Nature shows midst radiant bliss
Grand iridescence sight can’t miss.

As hues change, distinct in each strand
Orange foliage sheds green brand.

Blest to expose much blessings flow
Fall’s yields abound against dearth blow.

Marked well by colorful harvest
Exalting God’s perfection best.

Possessing awesome beauty’s worth
It’s a marvelous season on earth.

Bestowed with thanksgiving cheer
Autumn’s breath bursts hope, divinely near.

Premium Member "Give Yourself Props, And Notice"

There long ago was soul,

Daring and bold,

Who shifted more weight than was told.

They made available themselves props

For the battles they immobilized and noticed

Their power taking hold.

Give yourself props, don't delay

You've achieved every step of your way.

When you delay and take heed

You'll see your own bull's eye

Has carried you day after day.

"Give yourself props, don't be reserved-

You endured what they swore you'd deny.

When you stop and take note of the strife you

Out-wrote

You'll see you're the reason you fly

Give yourself props- funny thing

How we clap for the minuscule of wins.

But the truth that you miss is you've

Interacted all this-

With grace that deserves violins.

Sorrows of a Midnight Man

"Please don't
make me
block you,"
he said
in spite.

Now why
would you
threaten me
with such a
good time?

If an Aries
ever tells you
this it's all
by divine
design.

Perhaps you
should live
a happier life
and be a bit
less uptight

"Twin flames"
are unreal
this we know
to be true
and right.

Who knows why
you're so
desperate for
a woman's fire
at night.

Premium Member Come the Morning

Have no fear, my friend.
This is not the end
For the sun shall rise come the morning.
Though you were told lies
And tears fill your eyes
Broken hearts will mend come the morning.

Wait and see.
All will turn out for the best.
You’ll agree,
It’s not needful to protest.
What you can’t change…
What you can’t fix…
It might seem strange,
But every plot must have its twist…

Do not fret, my dear
Though the end seems near
Still the sun shall shine come the morning.
Things will be just fine.
It’s all by design.
Shadows disappear come the morning.

Just hang on.
Hope will once more be revealed.
With the dawn
You’ll escape this battlefield.
You will have wounds…
You will have scars…
You’ll lose the moon,
But find the brightest of the stars…

So, again, don’t fear.
To this thought adhere:
You will see new light come the morning.
Hold with all your might
For I will help you fight
Til better things appear come the morning.

Got a dirty room to broom
To make it spic, span, zoom
Tumbled on the greasy floor
Pale flew here, broom yore
Glad, a pretty nurse came to groom
