Instigate Poems

Premium MemberI never heard of Tariff until recently

For those who liberate the caged bird,
They also liberate themselves.
Individuals who instigate conflict for,
 Monetary benefits will ultimately undergo reformation in due course.
History often repeats itself many times,
 Yet some individuals fail to heed their warnings.
The Great Wall of China, was damaged by workers
As they were trying to make shortcuts to get to the other side.
The Trojan Horse was constructed with strategic thinking.
Similarly, the Berlin Wall was built as a barrier.
Today marks a competitive phase between
Temu and Shein are notable entities in the clothing industry.
 It remains to be seen if they will address the challenges and opportunities within the sector effectively.
The term "Tariff" has become familiar to me over the past few months.
Shall we worry about them; shall we give in? shall we seek solutions?
Only divine wisdom can guide us during challenging times.
For those who liberate the caged bird,
They also liberate themselves.

Premium MemberPoetic Podcast Episode 31

I’m all about being free
to make decisions for my body;
I may not partake or need it currently,
but I get to choose what’s right for me;
Yes on four and yes on three;

I’m not going to say it gently
to conform to ANY part of society;
I may not be the one to instigate loudly,
but I can become a wildfire when need be;
Yes on four and yes on three;

I’m baffled by all the dialog lately,
to say you know best offends me greatly;
I may belong to a different ideology
but we must be free to disagree;
Yes on four and yes on three.

Such an array of complex verse,
orchestrated by a few crazy poets;
Catastrophe of emotions
instigate more than a few masterpieces;
Engage to inspire that’s the goal,
tighten a skill release a breath of words;
Yank along a heartbeat and write,
over and over again;
Feathers and ink join in a light
succumbing to a prompt or a soft purr;
Eloquently they swirl it all together,
catastrophe of emotions;
Rare phrases revitalized
each with a brand new twist,
tantalizing other poets to
learn what this group is all about;
You present a poem to earn a spot,
perhaps twenty lines, perhaps not;
Unequivocally your work,
unequivocally your soul;
Unconventional ways to think
result in classically avant garde;
Rambunctious just like kittens,
feisty when excited about something;
Encouraging the group to stretch
constantly from their norm;
Together a poetic tour de force;
Pulling a group into a round robin,
out of nowhere they find a home;
Everyone welcome just bring a pen,
take a try at a masterclass;
Society of secretly puuurrfect poets.

Lies And Rumors

Never underestimate
How the way you instigate
Trouble every single day
It is making blue skies grey
For everybody that you meet
There's a cloud over the street
That you're always walking down
It's affecting this whole town
Every word you say is truthless
You are rotten really ruthless
Telling hurtful painful lies
Your ready to criticize
Anyone crossing your path
Leaving a whole aftermath
Of destruction hard to fix
You keep playing these mind tricks
That are so very unkind
Leaving a big mess behind
What's making you act this way
You need to stop before the day
Your taught a valuable lesson
By someone who isn't messin'
Around with your kind of crap
You will push them, they will snap
Maybe then you'll realize
Spreading vicious rumor lies
Will finally get you in trouble
Busting open your safety bubble

CRY OF THE SIMPLE MAN

I wail the cry of the simple man
Who toils night and day
Ne’er knowing that disasters can fall
On those who have no worldly ax to grind

Cries can be heard throughout history
Not by those who instigate the killing fields
But by those whose hearts are not moved by mayhem
Or blood splattered on children’s prayers

How far we have come in the centuries since time began
And war only tells us how far we still have to go
To unspoil this earth we received clean and pure
A planet graciously given to us by the universal Divine

Man! Man! Humanity! Where is your intelligence?
Has the promise of conquering fictional lands infiltrated your mind?
Lands never yours only felt on your brittle mind of yore?
Has your ego been blinded by your need to satisfy an insatiable avarice?

War, the bane of Man’s darkest side
War must end or the planet will have the last laugh
No man can survive such calamitous chaos
man's nine lives are about used up and there are no more

And if Man can't stop the insanity
maybe only God can save him … MAYBE
if God has a mind to
if He is not pissed enough already.

Premium MemberThe Jaguars Dripping

After stepping out of the forest river,
                               the jaguar’s dripping.
So subtle, the drops, so clear, they nearly disappear.
The painting looks real, but the frame is too small
to depict the mass - don’t tempt your safety with touch.
Funny, the puddle that forms on the art place floor.

A slippery slope to instigate an investigation. Instead,
carefully slide your feet and plant them beside the vegetation.
The jaguar might look the other way. He sees his next victim
approaching, encroaching, crouching, couching his fear.
The curious fellow touches wet paint…
                         and just like that, he ain’t…

Premium MemberAttentively

Allow what is complex to unravel
it may repair what was left crumpled;
Imagine the power of romantic ideas;

Just one kiss could instigate ideas;
Pain dissipates and will deftly unravel
giving flight to hope that crumpled;

A cautious repair to what was crumpled
be patient listen to those shy ideas;
Allow a sensitive soul to slowly unravel;

Attentively unravel those crumpled ideas.

Monster

DO NOT PROD THE SLEEPING BEHEMOTH

For in his wake, all donned in hope
Torn enraged to tattered shreds of cloth
Matters not to the blood lusting oaf
Crimson tinted visions
Through obstreperous milky orbs
View a costly vital decision
One any could ill afford
Be urged to tiptoe in silence
Round the pent up snoring goon
For he's dreamt for moons of wreaking violence
Drooling over your doom
I beg you leave slumbering demons in peace
If he could he would beg you the same
For all who've succumbed to his clenching of teeth
Have lived not to surmount the shame

Premium MemberSpringtime's Wench

In the dusting of the Springtime
Fate spawns a tale of passions need
To instigate with warming touch
The flowering of longing seed

Love’s tenderness adrift and pure
Awaft on every evening breeze
Sweet scented thoughts of yesterday
Soft whimsy’d memories to seize

Awakening a season’s lust
For life entices springtime’s wench
Bathe in my gentle falling rain
Our humid passions let us quench

In the dusting of a Springtime’s
Sweet scented thoughts of yesterday

Premium MemberJust One Breath

A knife in the heart can hurt,
just one breath from passing out;
Sunshine will never reach you,
your precise weight is too much;
Feelings instigate collapse;
Darkness is soothed with a touch,
within pain there is rebirth.

Premium MemberTwo Children of God

They are both children of God
Their perspectives are totally different
One is emotional due to hearsay
The other is irritated due to the other’s overreaction
I am the peace maker
This is what I am on earth to do.
I have to gnaw away at the chaff
Until we get to the truth
God wants these two to be friends
He is ready for word peace
It is up to me, so I begin working the rumors backwards
Reminding them if they did not hear it or see it, it might not be real
It takes me a long time.
When I get to the person “who doesn’t remember who told them”
I usually understand who the instigator is.
I cannot prove it, but they know that I know.
It oftentimes makes them less likely to instigate the next problem.
Is this enough?
It’s all I have.
It’s what I can do, and so I do.
