Not The End

To show His love,
Our God did send,
His one and only Son,
To save from sin,
We mortals hear, that,
"This is not the end."

Yes, We offend,
Our God above,
Yes, we were born in sin.
Please, God forgive,
We’ll make amends, since,
"This is not the end."

We travel through,
This life we wend,
With Son of Man as Friend.
We have no fear,
Since He is near, knowing,
“This is not the end.”

And we have learned,
Faith, Hope and Love,
Of all our fellow men,
Must be secured,
On these Life depends, for,
“This is not the end.”

This life on earth,
With such few years,
Know death it will attend.
Yet we have Faith,
And Hope is dear, that,
"This is not the end."

And when the veil,
On life descends,
And closes out our case,
We'll know for sure,
That Truth endured, and,
"It was not the end."

Age's of Time

Ages of Time…

We split it into fragile parts,
Seconds, minutes, hours,
Measured life in numbered beats,
And called this structure “ours.”

Yet time won’t count what we keep,
It does not rush or wait,
It passes beyond our grids and lines,
Unaffected by our fate.

Time was never born of clocks,
Nor carved by ticking hands,
It stretched before the stars and earth,
Not ruled by human plans.

It runs its path, it never stops
Unbroken perfection, vast and free.
Yet never a glimpse has been seen by me.

Premium Member Denizen of Infinity

I dwell in a place remote,
where the graph meets the asymptote,
up through tree leaves near the sun
where death and birth are seen as one,
or in the horizon on the sea,
this denizen of infinity.

He needs her,
more than he knows.
she chases away the demons
though only temporarily.

The long day
pushes him to darkness;
though she retrieves him,
he returns to life
never quite the same.

Their journey is endless.

Premium Member Limits of Infinity

It's comforting to shrink
Down onto a hard white surface
Ant-sized, running,
Dust for pebbles

Sunlight through glass
Clear boundaries
But room to move
Safe from sweeping forces

Go ahead and ask.
Answer: it's drying out
Direction evaporating.
Clear sky's a cage
See the giant birds
They're not happy

Infinity is always ...
Just beyond the Event Horizon ...
Never ending with no beginning ...
No Omega. No Alpha.
... always in the now.

Galactic infinity

Futile is the sun to a heart in awe
And trivial is the Moon's cosmic fame

These worldly voices to me are noises
These flowers are like invisible stars

For what is it that the galactic infinity contains...
Nothing, but your face to keep me sane

What brings me joy is a Pair of those hazel brown eyes
And a warm melodious smile that makes me fly

For we are one in every realm
Transcending worlds, Entangled in love

Enantioming in shadows and light
Or so I thought............

Premium Member REACHING TO INFINITY?

I yearn....thoughts toss in my mind snapshots of the past return
I want absolution, such I crave
An equilibrium before I’m in my grave
How can I best hold a true course?
I feel dammed by past misadventures
Wrong reactions made
That caused a barrier, that emotions cannot simply invade
The erroneous thoughts a lame tongue
There is much I would do and much I would make undone
And so I pick up the threads of prayer
Aware of many losses, how might I dare?
Alone Christ’s blood that judges me not
His truest love it can be my lot.
Beyond all mischief, despite all faults though great & untold,
He has endless vaults; his compassion is forever.
I’ll kneel awhile or on my mattress truly seek his side
To let his blood renew my all
Help me Jesus, please don’t let me fall.

Doctor, I'm in trouble deep,
thoughts of infinity disturb my sleep -
and the issues of our nation,
like healthcare and inflation.

The doctor said, "just be chill"
and handed me a bill.
The "you owe" figure did inflate -
in the box, a sideways 8.

Stay Tuned Until The Infinity

Your laughs and chaotic teeth,
Pretty how your eyes squeeze!
Lookin' you from far and away,
To close and echo all the way.

Love to be an idiot, you smiled!
Your smile always makes my day.
Your lovely threats to slap me,
A hope to meet but scares me.

Tie your hairs, before I fall apart.
Let's wait to frame memories,
Again, at once, before the eternity,
And stay tuned until the infinity.

Premium Member Finite Infinity

The finite infinity
of childhood
the wonder
if you never let it go
if you remember
that you’re forever
just too small to know
if awe and open mind
you are blessed
to not outgrow.

One word encompassing all
