Best Infinity Poems

In the land of finite, measurable calculus of existence,
You are a silhouette of mystique, esoteric obscurity,
A symbol ambiguous, living among realm of precision,
Unreachable to quotidian and simplistic enumeration,
Unamenable to honoring bounds of constrained world;
Yet, allured in metaphors, much alike a pretty woman,
Serenaded by poetic adulation in verses of fascination.

We invoke you when enormity we can’t comprehend
Being clueless of its reach or whether its journey ends:
Numbers uncountable, we postulate, seek your vicinity,
Universe we can’t grasp, we claim, expands infinitely,
Time propelling future, we surmise, ticks into eternity,
Whether space or distance you’re un-fathomed entity;
Oh! Infinity, the truth is, we can’t clasp your immensity.

Why, O, why you chase the unknown and the elusive?
Such a dry emotion to be everlasting without feelings!
Being eternal or endless ~offers not a beloved meaning
Unless you can be sensual, evermore of love romantic
Or the vows tolling forever in unbreakable relationships
Or timelessly striving to create treasures of memories
Or a paradise on earth blooming heavenly, perpetually.

Oh! Infinity, be laudable as can be, to instincts of poetry
But, remain true to self ~unknowable, nebulous intrigue.

Infinity In My Hand

Are they mere grains of sand spewed by
the waves of the seas or are they
stars of the heavens washed ashore?

(Written in reference to William Blake's "Auguries of Innocence" -
"To see a world in a grain of sand,
And a heaven in a wild flower,
Hold infinity in the palm of your hand,
And eternity in an hour")

I am not afraid of death, extinction, or eternal night
as once already, I was at the gates of Heaven
but they would not open for me
it was not my time

I heard my beloved ones calling
calling out my name, beckoning, summoning me
but I awoke from this dream still part of the earthly realm
confused and breathing and still within life

My journey has been chapters of a book
some pages so beautiful, full of happiness and delight
some of anguish, grief, deep sadness and sorrow
but each one unique, each one a story told

And when my time does come I will miss
walks in forests lush and rippling waters
lovely birds singing in the tangled trees
the kiss of snowflakes on my face in winter
crunching leaves beneath my feet

I will not regret a moment
for even the saddest experience is part of living
but there is peace beyond the gate . . .

Infinity Feat: Georgeluis

GeorgeLuis: Deep demons breaking my heart
But I'm still smiling, trying to play the part
Time, time ticking in my head
Now life is like walking on a thread
Feeling alone, God send an angel instead
Real purpose of smiling again? Is there new love waiting ahead?

My angel keeps me company
Her love is my astronomy
Knowing every little thing she would do for me
Like I'll die for you, you die for me
I know one day I'll die in your arms
My love is yours and your love is mine
And I hope for you this is not only rhymes
You begin to notice my feelings give energy
My love for you is now until infinity

Xavier: Hopes of something new
No lovers in my view
Though my options are plenty, I'd rather be with you
She doubts we can be serious
My heart keeps me curious
Let rumors hold me hostage, with drama there's no healing us
Tears flow down your cheeks
Your past has you weak
We can take off high speed, leave the baggage in the street
Have I convinced you enough?
Or am I running out of luck?
I'll untwist us from the wire, if we ever become stuck. So what's up?
Attempting to charm, I share thoughts deliberately
My love for her is now until infinity

Infinity and I...

Infinity,an ongoing paradox
there is no end, without a beginning,
no center without circumference,
primordial matter the ancient ylem
or...are we and the other orbs, just
ganglions in the almighty universal mind?
light charged signals of transmission
transient thoughts with a purpose,
...maybe a supernova isn't the end,
could be the spark of a new idea
radiant particles splashing
the fabric of space,like
an artist would on blank canvas...

Infinity...whispers to me,
as I gaze continuously,and says
"the depths of you,is as deep as I..."

and with a sigh...I wonder,
will I ever be able to touch such depths...

I love exploring with you,
searching through those places where treasures are spent
and burdens buried at the benchmarks of new beginings,
no avenue too aweful for our awareness, no bridge to narrow for our skills,

affection with a threat of devastation is the richest,
insurance is safety for the insanity of the insecure,
no need to lend my Love, for we share,
and when there is no more marrow for the morrow
sorrow will be asked to go away
so that our mission may be remembered with pride and pleasure,
let us be foolish as innocence can be before breaking,
we will liberate boundries begging for beauty,
lead me to those high bluffs where danger yeilds to the bold,
you are the sweetest mystery I know -

I sit
Alone in the dark
The finite contemplating the infinite
My mind travels to the stars
Innumberal planets and moons
My World no longer feels so large
It is less than a speck of dust
I travel further
Beyond the stars
To space without end
No beginning no end
Even this void is not enough to hold my God
I look to the microscopic
He also resides in the small
We have only begun to see
The details the intricacies of him
The universes within all worlds
Molecules, atoms, electrons and DNA
His signature pointing the way
Ordered
Divine
It should increase our faith
Nothing came from time and chance
Here I am the finite
Watching the sun rise
Thankful for another day
I know through Jesus I will become infinite
Limitations will be removed
In the future he will help me understand
For now I am thankful for today

Thoughts On Infinity

Infinity comprises that endless empyrean reach of a
True continuous nature far beyond mankind’s ability
To truly comprehend and appreciate the sheer magic
Of the true enchantment and beauty of Almighty God’s
Kingdom of everlasting peace, love, and devotion.

Infinity is beyond all time, space, matter, and destination.
It is bounded by a mystical aura of a true divine cosmic
Perfection created by the heavenly design and intention
Of God Himself as He has made His revelatory overtures
To each of us for our eventual spiritual transformation.

Infinity oft bespeaks stark images of an endless cosmic vortex,
Punctuated by planets, stars, black holes, comets, and star dust;
When it realistically may be more of a perfected state of a true
Self-awareness and an accentuated level of consciousness that
Transcends mankind’s finite level of reality and understanding.

One day when each of us reach the end of our mortal coil on
This Earth, we shall, in turn, make that final storied leap to the
Heavens as our souls begin their cosmic ascension to God’s
Kingdom, and shall arrive at their ultimate state holy bliss into
The embrace and eternal love of Almighty God Himself.

Sweet Infinity

Infinity beckons taunting
Beyond the mortal ridge
For time enough to really live
Those longings yet to bridge

I wear your symbol
Pierced in diamonds sharp
On my ears that I may always
Remember to hear you with my heart

Your curve that knows no ending dangles
On sterling chain around my throat
A reminder to fulfill
Solemn promises I have spoke

You rest upon my naval
A charm of infinities tease
As outer beauty gives way to age
Sweet time my youth appeased

Your sign never ending
Like fools upon the earth
Inked in red upon my wrist
Hiding scars when thoughts of life seemed undeserved

What is my obsession O'infinity
Our days so quickly turn to past
Within parameters of death and birth
Experiences just beyond our grasp

If I could overstep your boundaries
Place my toes just over your edge
Calculate your infinite zeros
Owning resources for dreams alleged

My learning curve a continuum
Time to get it right
A touch of love a sacrifice
Those things first missed in darkest night

The caress of your face not given
A smile unreturned
"I love you" remains in silence
In ashes lie bridges burned

Infinity... A dimension utterly unknown
I need you not to fly the sky or mountain's high to climb
This endlessness that immortals own
But to see again those souls Ive lost in time

I hold no comfort of heaven's gate or Hell
Though promises of infinity are all too common there
I just want days and nights unnumbered
For in youth we're completely unprepared

For Infinite choices without wisdom
When of passing days we have no fear
But as the end draws ever nearer
Hearts aching for that which we should have revered

Time becomes a commodity
Too sacred now to waste
Remind me always the quickness of a day
Sweet Infinity, it's why your symbol I embrace

Infinity Till Eternity

In the serene nights with starry skies,
With you on my mind, I realize.

Beautiful soul, you're so pristine.
Perfect are you, your love divine.

Oh my dear, you're so adorable.
Each moment with you, unforgettable.

In all our minds, some flaws there are.
Undeniable expectations, all wide and far.

Not even on the west risen day,
Your expectations could I meet someway.

I grieve, I cry, in my heart's uprisings.
Dejection takes control virtue my shortcomings.

My subconsciousness though, in tranquility remains.
Privileged I am, feeling of calmness pertains.

For I've known you, I've loved you, so warm
and deep.
And gratitude for your reciprocation, I do keep.

Name it not, what we have for ourselves.
Why make a bond? When it's us, together it delves.

Let there be spaces yet propinquity.
But I'll be loving you, infinity till eternity.

In the reflection of a golden sunset
Nocturnal blessing of horizon’s vicinity

Far from lamenting a plummeting nightfall
I seem to capture a slight twinge of infinity

In the midst of nostalgic reminiscings swirling
Throughout roam thoughts of affinity

Tacit conviction at a higher level
Yonder awaits a reign of divinity

Premium Member The Infinity Symbol

The enterprise was doomed to irrevocable failure.
He looked at the board and re-examined his formulas.
The astral entities were too complicated for the earthly mind.
The fear of failure did not dampen his complicated theories.
Could it be that some abstract integral was escaping his perception?
The blemish of his calculations was just before his visage.
His aide looked on like a sentry never opening his mouth.
Then he noticed he had inserted the infinity symbol.
Where for Pete’s sake did that come from?
If he entered the machine and pulled the lever
What would be the result? The word leapt into his head.
It would be pernicious conclusion. So he desisted.
No man could traverse time to an earlier time.

Premium Member Dimension of Safe-Keeping

Your father is neither dead nor is he sleeping.
He has traversed the thin line of demarcation
Into a marvelous dimension of safe-keeping,
Consider it a marvelous realm of preparation
For what we earthlings refer to as eternity,
An exciting adventure into the vast unknown
Frightening, our limited concepts of infinity,
Where true being-ness in never outgrown,
The gracious Almighty sits on the throne.
No end to the delights of the ultimate reality
To this place your father has quickly flown
Where he shall experience no law of gravity,
Beyond all fantasies of human expectation
Where no longer is one exposed to weeping,
We might think of it as an awesome vacation
Your father is neither dead nor is he sleeping.
