Finite Infinity

The finite infinity
of childhood
the wonder
if you never let it go
if you remember
that you’re forever
just too small to know
if awe and open mind
you are blessed
to not outgrow.

I like this poem - may we all retain some of that childhood wonder.

I miss you! I miss you reading my poems and us being in touch on this website. Nobody really reads my poems.. I did disappear for a while.. depression will do that to you. You are my favorite though. I hope that you reach out again soon! Much love, Anna

I have not visited your work in a very long time. I have been a slacker with poetry and a lot of things. This is the first poem of yours I read (somewhat recent). And MY GOODNESS, I can relate SO much! I love it and thank you for sharing it with others!

This feels timeless. A gentle reminder we can all use. Enjoyed reading your poem, Maureen.
