As the messages quietly sync, I feel the deepening absence of replies,
An abyss slowly swallowing the denial from a heart weary of waiting and longing,
My greatest fear, the unknown truth, now takes shape in the light of day,
Coming to claim its rights, a bitter fruit of uncertainty that can no longer be avoided.

My boiling point’s hit third degree;
‘Lying swathed in euphoric slick.’

What’s up with no resolution? 

Left an out of sync melody,
finish every strum that you pick;
I am aware your humor’s wry,
but so is my ammunition;

I’m what you need to amplify,
don’t you dare mistreat my passion.

Am I out of sync, am I somewhat behind,
Feeling puzzled when jokes, I can't find.
Did I do wrong in following my parents' advice,
In discipline and politeness, did I pay the price?
I wonder if I'm not in tune with the times,
Or if my upbringing's made me miss life's chimes.
But maybe in my values, there's something I've

Sometimes I want to see you
Just see you walking by
Sometimes the streaming's not enough
I need to see you with my eyes

Like now I'm sitting by myself
I really want you here
Just to be and talk with
Just to know that you are near

The time, it passes slowly
I only see you now and then
But in a flash it's

If I was a form of poetry 
I’m not a haiku or sonnet;
More like a brand new remix,
just what I want to be;
Inventing new rhymes 
reversing lines,

Stop by for a drink
    Relax, and let us toast ~
  as glasses we clink
    and of good times 
         we think ~
  The Gift of Friendship!

my yearning afire
a deepest desire
I pray and aspire
could I but inspire
the one I admire

we both perceive
come to believe
never to leave
or to deceive

together
we weather
forever

Love In Sync

Two souls mixed in tunes,
Rippling chords in harmony,
Strumming the same song.

Rhythmic love notes,
Vibrating flames of passion,
In synced hearts of pair,

We sing vows of love,
Pitching notes of high and low,
Not to bounce off key.

A Prayer

Well paint me grateful! 
So acclaimed 
my gladdened heart 
In my modest abode 
abundance dwells 
and I abound in peace 
Content to yield 
to the universe's lead
All I ever need 
readily resides in me
In this belief 
my entire trust I lay
The only snag 
an itch I can't reach 
brings me down 
to my knees in

Heart In Sync With Soul

Enthusiasm paraded out pores fingers
Prancing into the world with a soul of its own
Excitement was generated at various places
The heart in sync with the soul, spiritual happiness
There was a quickening, an all knowing, an inner peace
But more than that, 
There was life, love, and purity of purpose
Which lasted through the plane of earth existence
Absolute sheer
