"After Auschwitz, there is no poetry" - Theodor W. Adorno
hope nailed to the cross
mankind at its darkest hour
there's no forgetting
AP: Honorable Mention 2025
Dawn rose sedating,
so calm after such carnage.
Let go, don’t erase.
Courage is action
When terror strangles your heart
You act anyways
Violence subdued, men
Become peaceful, not harmless
Peace is self control.
Love exists only
When acted upon in pain
Love's not without grief.
BEASTS
HORRIFIC YET COOL
CALLS THE YOUTH WITH FANGS
MY DEAR BEASTS
Don't
Miracle Man

Can one word strike fear?
Does fear hide in words like don't?
Another red line?
Drag blade into coliseum gates red,
crimson armor and black carbon metal,
adore my frame as a scarlet knight bred.
Toothy grin, Cheshire eyes, test thy mettle.
Burst petals onyx
Shockwave from footfall rumbles
It’s a massacre
Titan comes through the open maw, eyes glow,
grip tightening on handle, breaths calm down.
Stand before a giant cape, outstretched flow,
smirk plays a curl on my lips, blade in ground.
Juke and roll from axe
Uppercut zenith severs
All fall with droplet
Welcome dear rodents to my ascension…
Last trumpet message
Is cleansing and warning sign
Prepare for besiege.
The children suffer
The foolishness of adults
As war goes tougher.
This is war
Babies just got killed
No justice
For the innocents
Deadly bombs
Blood throughout the streets
Criminals
Are ubiquitous
Poor babies
Are executed
What a shame
The truth is handcuffed
Yet, we want
Everlasting peace
North and South
No justice
West and East
There’s no peace
And yes, no justice
Bloody streets
Civilians are killed
No cease fire
Stop the injustice
The devils
Are roaming the streets
Bombardments
Are ubiquitous
Where is God
In this brouhaha?
Stop fooling
The whole universe
Stop the lies
No democracy
It doesn’t rhyme
With evil
But hypocrisy
Does not rhyme
Either with Hell
Stolen land
Is not an award
A reward
Is complicated
We want
Everlasting peace
By no means.

Toys in the bloody
Dirty and occupied streets
Children are screaming.
Babies are cold dead
B 1 Planes are bombarding
Poor dead civilians!
Bloody streets
It is Hell on Earth
No Heaven.
Human beings
Are cruel and sinful
Genocide!
No Justice
No peace on poor Earth
And no love.
Dead babies
Premature angels
Where is God?
Hospitals
Many dead toddlers
And mothers.
United
Nations are guilty
Weak and poor.
Censorship
Journalists are muzzled
And killed.
Democrats
Please wake up right now
To exhale.
Jo cannot
Silence the good Poets
In action.
No conscience
No humanity
And no love.

See the leaf-off green
The praying manthis lies dead
By the hands of his prey.
Eat bitter, taste sweet
Do this, rewards you will reap.
Fight, savour, repeat.
