Climax by Adejola Joseph
Climax
You are my definition of sagacity
African beauty you are a diamond
I love you to the bone marrow
So, take me to climax
One kiss then I freeze
Cloud nine baby
Higher deeper down the tunnel of ecstasy
You are my ecstacy
So, take me to climax
What can I do without you?
How can I shine without your light?
Your skin colour is like the firmness of a ripened apple
Take me to climax
I wanna smooch you till I lose my breath
So, take me to climax
I love Africa
I love black beauty
I love sincerity and genuineness
So, take me to climax
Take me to climax
Let me come inside of you
And produce a seed of destiny
You are my definition of sagacity
So, take me to climax
I love you now
I love you forever
So, take me to climax

The strange caricature reminds me of your odd face,
The twinkling roar clings to your tiny lace.
The way you want to lean on my race,
The sacred passion gives me a new space.
The only path I have seen,
One and only desire you could have been,
One and only proportion you own for the time being,
I am no one else until you see me clearly giving.
The endless life is a paradox of gorgeous wings,
You are no longer out of control for the measured pings.
The unholy genuineness gives me no more rare bliss,
The unknown appetites are the reason for my irregular gist.
It is not common or ordinary anymore,
It is not filled with hate at its core.
It is no longer my salient reason,
No reason can ease my aggressive tension.
Why can I not settle for less?
Why are you not something obvious to bless?
Why don't you know my name until I remind you of the same?
Why can't you see me as nothing more than a dice in this game?

I am not a perfect girl,
and so often I fail with the truth;
I thrive for sincerity, honesty, integrity, openness and for genuineness,
and know what my wisdom gathered says about being truthful
And I know right and wrong,
I know what I have read in the Bible scriptures;
but sometimes I have lied to protect another persons soul.
Have said that I didn't cry when I definitely did,
denied my biggest fear and deep hidden secrets;
and the life mistakes- I made.
Yes, a thing is either true or it is not.
but my spiritual self and soul wavers on this often;
for sometimes the truth is hurtful
like when my mother asked- Will I die ?

Busy as a street could ever be
Everyone's eyes veiled but me
In this busy anthill
A poor old lady gave a shrill
Struggling on a zebra, a daily drill.
As every ant, loaded, hurriedly passed by
To the poor lady I gave a wide smile.
Met by a worn-out stare
I noticed my gesture was to her a scare
"Mom, let me help you cross," I said to her.
Sensing the genuineness in that smile
She handed me her hand, gave a high sigh.
Her panting could not just stop
As if her poor breath was on the cross
Ready to be nailed for crucifixion.
On the other side of the road
The sun shines again, brighter.
Her poor old heart breathes lighter
A weight lifted from her tired soul
And I, too, feel a little more whole.

Genuineness, in a spirit, just glows like a diamond, shining and divine.
Arrogance, to be above the rest, brings to life, absolutely no sunshine
It is not your poetic prowess, that makes you seem so sublime..
Tis your humility, your honoring of another, which your words, enshrine!

A yes or no is imperative; you must be all ears,
Guts must be taught to grab both decisions equally,
Sins are made through impetuousness;
Sit tight, think loud, be gentle with your thoughts;
A journey to the right side of your heart; flows through a tunnel of pity,
Stick with your backbone; strip with a sense of genuineness,
Condense all the haze, decisions made crystal clear like glass,
No guilt and no regrets of your past can interrupt the decisions.
Infer from what the response has served to you, take action.
A yes or no is imperative, can save you from being a liability for yourself,
also for others.

Master Poet - This has been how I have been addressing,
Harry Horsman - who has been, to the verse world, a blessing;
Depth, decorum, delightfulness, and dovish dynamism,
Shines and reflects on his personality like a prism...!
‘A Voice In The Wilderness’, ‘Phobia’, ‘The Old Oak Tree’,
‘Rainbow Ride’, ‘Eyes’, ‘Scars Left Behind’, and ‘You May Not Agree’...
Horsman's works have, images and imageries in plenty,
Figures of speech of all kinds, in him, are cognoscenti...!
In 'An Agendaless Age', or 'In So Many Ways’,
His genuineness, like the summer sun, does always blaze;
In 'Jesus Christ' he sings delightfully of the savior,
In his love for the poor, 'The Gravedigger' finds favor...!
'Death Is Not The End’ - he said, I do not think death has won,
In snatching him off from this world, no great work he has done;
Horsman dwells in the blissful presence of angels and saints,
Physically and psychically, he’s free of constraints...!!!

The naturalness will be driven away from thy heart;
All celestial innocence will be fallen down slowly;
Blood red drips of the sacrifice will make colorful
The genuineness of the earthly bed;
The eternal body of time will be withered;
Oh; it’s my 2023!

1 Peter 1 7-9
These have come so that the proven genuineness of your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.
Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy,
For you are receiving the end result of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
For this is available in this moment when God dwells within, we are walking in death until the seed of Jesus is resurrected within one to mold and purify one into a Child of God. : )

Listen to stars' whisper,
All would tell you how for you, I turned bagpiper
Watch closely the moon's smile,
You would discover the genuineness of not been guile
Coz I cannot withstand deception
In your darling cool reception
All angels that truly exist,
Will tell you my love persist
Truly for our sake
Even when it seems to ache
It shall keep singing for us,
Though, each is a wuss
But with you in me
And me in you, it becomes we
Like you're glad to have found me, dearest.
Reciprocal is it, darling sweetheart.

Visiting a church
Doesn’t assure the world
That you are a light,
Your heart – with God, it’s right
Speaking some words
Even though they may be good
Doesn’t assure the world
That you’re living for the Lord
Listening to a sermon
Without ever changing the heart
Never giving back – never giving hope
Promises the world
That you are someone
Who is a pretender – don’t you remember
God knows what you are
Inside, where no one else breathes…
He reveals the true spirit!
It takes more than church, words or preaching
To change a heart, a life, a believer
It takes an honest and sincere hearer
Listening without deceiving – never pretending
Always remembering to pray for His will
Believe in His gift, the whisper of grace…
It takes more than just a walk to the alter
It takes genuineness, authenticity…
Belief that is sincere and gives God the praise
It takes earnestness, seriousness…
Belief that is alive and survives the test of time
It takes heartfelt conviction and openness..,
Belief that promises to follow Him always - everywhere!

Trolleys on a relay
In a supermarket
To lend you a helping hand
To lighten up your burden
But to clear a paradox
PR goes all out to display
The organisation's heart and mind
With tolerance,understanding
Sincerity and genuineness
And to read the public reflections
To read the codes of their hearts
With great patience and perseverance
To see the well beings of
The public,the organisation and the society
On a triple-win-win-situation
Discarding any selfishness,benefits making,mischieves
And any scandals of course

Man loves friends
Babies have toys as friends
Children have peer groups as friends
Young men like making friends
Friends can become spouses
Entrepreneurs have ambitions and dreams
as friends
Stars are friends of the moon
The splendid glow is the friend of sunset
The shore is the friend of the sea
We are friends of our grandchildren
Pets are man's friends
Only genuineness and sincerity of heart
Showing a true love
Only sincerity and cordiality
Is a sign of friendship

People live in their lives in their ways
They create a home where they intend for love to stay.
They create life expecting that life to pay them back.
People smile with accepting eyes but don’t think that these people care about your heart attack!
Don’t think people fight for your worries or your cries.
The one thing constant in all people is the genuineness of their lies.
People claim friendship
But their honour is cheap
When it comes down to taking a bullet
You’ll be the only one left on your street
People claim love but do they ever really feel
People state intention knowing that their promise isn’t real
Statistics say that people kill the people they love.
Perhaps the wall of life is just too steep?
Perhaps the aim of good is so out of touch?
People fool people, night and day.
Perhaps happiness is restrained by the people always getting in the fu#king way.

"Honesty is the first chapter in the book of wisdom". Thomas Jefferson
When I was very young, regardless of society's philosophy,
Our parents taught us that HONESTY was the best policy.
Seems to me, that true HONESTY gives birth to inner liberty.
Seems to me, presently, impression goes farther than ability.
Genuineness is fading, and hypocrisy is hiding transparency.
Seems to me, presently, one's craft reveals less creativity.
Seems to me, presently, an age of falsity and dishonesty.
When truth permeates the soul, it will release HONESTY.
Seems to me that pride and blind ambition ends in futility.
Intellectual HONESTY is the 'high ground' of true integrity.
The lack of common sense, trust, and unity is a travesty.
One's popularity must always be inferior to one's credibility.
