I know lots of liberals who can’t seem to grasp
That they are in fact the fascists
Because they know they are of the Left
And fascists are of course of the Right.
These liberals I know are all smart,
Smarter than average, smarter than me,
But they are wrong about what fascism is
As they are wrong about many things.
But just as dumb people know they are dumb
The smart know they are smart
And thus think they have formed correct views
When in fact, like everyone, they have just been programmed.

It’s the heyday of the preachers of doom
nuclear paranoia, world goes boom
Open Season to generalize with closed eyes
all righties -- fascists
lefties -- commie drug addicts
It’s a high point for hate
Blacks hate whites
Whites return the favor
Sophisticates choose
to hate Jews of every flavor
As for a President who’s made the borders secure again
and dealt a decisive blow to the loonies in Iran
Half the country views him
as a deranged, soon-to-be-jailed con

Nature Fascists
Those who believe in the sanctity of nature, the survival of
the fittest, and so on, tend to be on the political spectrum
right-wing living off inherited money and believing
it is right for an eagle to kill a rabbit
and they are
right, and of people on horseback pursuing a fox until it
can do no more running and is killed by man`s best friend,
the dog that lacks empathy unless it is a learned behavior
It is a right to tame
nature, but not eradicate it because we
do we well not to harm our future, but farming is needed
despite what they learned, think cattle have to graze to give
milk and meat. The mule has gone, and the tractor has taken
its place, but without sheep and cows grazing in peace and
not knowing its purpose, the countryside would be a place of
fear and wildflowers enjoyed by botanists and goats.
It is the fascist agenda that is scaring the right to
exterminate
what nature lovers think is not worthy of their ideal.

I'm torn across axis yet to exist,
Or had once been, since been replaced,
By a sense of self and lack thereof,
When we, by they encased.
Cleavage adorned in modest terms,
Abreast as if more than one.
Still less than two, duplicitous you,
Less I divide by hegemon.
Senses shook, a daily wage,
Of war: be both me and we?
An ancient oath neither new nor folk,
Balanced in breath and breathe.
But neath the solemn sour safety,
Of comfort feigning folly's fiction.
Forces fractured by focused fascists,
Portent predative predilection.
Between divides by you and I,
A smaller font you'll find.
Who's letters miss the passerby,
But slip into the mind.
Conquered race and gender lines,
Further feathered along behaviors;
Soaked in Sun Tsu solar signs,
Matrimony meets our savior.
Boots worn by oceans born,
Mediterranean leather-flavor;
Curing gold from suckled horn,
Mammalian mouths may never savor.
Viral loads in swarming codes,
Placental detriment,
Tossed up population nodes,
Waning wax and excrement.
I walked into the door,
Shut it hind before the shore;
Horus hocus pocus drawer,
Before I knew internal roar.

Undeniably these are weird times for US all
Maybe they have been for a very long time
Where the hard working and law abiding
Are used and abused, ridiculed and punished
But now it’s beyond weird
Where those who come illegally
Are given a red carpet
Flown around, deposited at five star hotels
Given thousands a month in handouts
And slaps on the wrist
When they steal and assault anyway
In thanks for our kindness.
And when we, bearing the costs, complain
Then we are the bigots, the racists
Fascists, and, well frankly, garbage.
While those who come seeking refuge
Are recognized as the princes and princesses
They really are
In this fairy tale fantasy of El Norte.
Viva la revolucion for it is here and now
Forget your protests
Dance and celebrate while you can
For in the morning there will be work to do
And streets to clean, of all these rats
And their rotting pumpkin carriage.

April 15 Lament Watching the News
While watching the news
I am constantly lamenting
The sad state of political discourse
In these increasingly
Disunited United States of America.
Where we have retreated into enemy tribes
Blue, red, and purple states
With each convinced their tribe
Is righteous, patriotic, and pro-American.
Accusing the other tribe
As anti-american fascists
plotting to set up a dictatorship.
Some talking darkly
about Civil War 2.0.
That is my daily lament
Particularly when insomnia
Steals slept from me
At 0 dark hundred.

Wars follow in the footsteps of men.
Our history shows us the true nature and true meaning of war.
Always denying the truths of what we pretend.
The savage of man is the blood flowing to the beating the heart of war.
Battles raged, laying landscapes of the dead. Wars over centuries galore.
Invasions, tyrants, fascists all evil men always desire to use the power and mechanics of war.
Science won the game, blunt the sword and erased the scribbles of the pen. Creating unnatural power we can’t yet comprehend. Power we now use as a deterrent to war.
When it starts, it’s all over and there’ll never be an us again.
Quite simply put - humanity will destroy itself with nuclear war.

Fascists today are those who label others fascists.
As Hayek said long ago,
“Fascism is the stage reached after communism has proved an illusion.”
And there are certainly a lot of commies,
at least the wannabe idealistic kind, today
that are upset, in denial or clueless
that their cause is a failure.
Mao and Stalin spent years taking turns calling each other just that,
and they were both right
since the lustrous aspiration of global communism
soon faded into national socialism
which is essentially the definition
of fascism.
But fascists today,
you know, the ones calling others fascists,
don’t know their history.
And the interesting thing about not knowing your history,
besides the fact you’re then doomed to repeat it,
is that you’re also then living
in La La Land.

. for public domain
We shed our blood
among thorns and thistles,
playing at war in fields and hedgerows,
fighting against imagined foes;
and when we fell in feigning death,
we always rose to draw more breath,
to rain hell on our enemy.
We shed our youth
in blood soaked trenches,
lighting up war in fields and hedgerows,
fighting against fascists and foes;
and when one fell ordaining death,
another rose to draw more breath,
to rain hell on our enemy.
We shed our lives
for our flags and countries,
disdaining war in fields and hedgerows,
plowing fertile land for corn rows;
and when we lay down to our death,
our Lord will someday restore our breath,
to shame hell, and our enemy.

The lay of the land
Ramadan is going green; eat cabbage stew before dawn
and leave the cattle feel safe from men with long knives
I think of Israel, a none Muslim state, where the Jews
are demonstrating against the fanatics, who are, at heart
Fascists; the wish is, for them, to extend to lend a hand
to the long-suffering Palestinians.
In Europe, people are tired of the proxy war between
Russia and the USA; they are finally seeing Ukraine for
what it is, a fascist country that, with the help of NATO
Illegally grabbed power; they are wrong to think that
NATO fights for them.
It is with sorrow I see Finland joining the NATO outfit
that will build bases near the Russian border and sow
Discontent in a nation of thousands of lakes that have lived
In peace, with the larger neighbour, since 1954.
One wonders when Germany will break free of chains
Saddled with the burden of the past, weighing them down.
The French are marching in the streets, protesting to
the curtailing of their right; but it is a pointless struggle
unless they – the people- declare a general strike
till Macron’s regime falls.

Strange how we accept the lies.
Strange how we ignore the cries.
It’s strange watching fascists claim their pride for soldiers who died fighting for what they now justify.
It’s strange how we allow the lessons learned in our hard fought history to be snubbed for what the elitists ‘earn’?
Strange how we live our lives, ignoring the plight of our people as long as ‘us’ and ‘ours’ , ‘me’ and ‘mine’ can survive.
It’s strange what we’ve become. Accepting lies and deceit as the word of rule. Accepting the needless loss of so many lives and watching the destruction of our greatest institution before our eyes.
We will be remembered as the generations of life who were fooled, who were weak, who were broken by Tory lies.

Silenced voices, feared by those in power.
Utopia sought, only dystopia flowers.
Protect all speech, diverse and free.
Perception leads to a society that is truly.
Redeemed expression, a beacon bright.
Escorting us through the darkest nights.
Silenced speech, we've lost our way.
Shaping the fascists we sought to slay.

A musk ox was beloved.
Until it busted out of its bird cage.
Shape shifted into the wind...
Open tundra (harsh as it is)
never tasted so good...
but right on cue the wolves moveD on in.
This musk ox wasn't like the rest.
It refused to retreat into a circle.
It zig zagged, would turn on a dime
Gleefully faced the fascists head on.
Much to their chagrin- their blood ran red.
This musk ox never kills, it only maims.
In the name of truth.
The brains of the pack became its eternal playground.
This musk ox never rests.
It's an animal of wisdom and calm.
Marbled with outbursts of playfulness.
It runs on electricity and a pinch of God's barbiturates.

Four years ago on this very day
the Democrats and their proxy media stooges
cried “the election was stolen!”
and “we need to impeach Trump!”
Today the same apparatchiks
and oligarchs and media fawned and gushed
over a corrupt senile swamp rat
and propagandised his coronation.
And all the while Granpa Joe
spoke of unity and of healing a divided nation
and called out “political extremists,
white supremists, domestic terrorism”
Meaning evil Trump supporters,
not BLM or Antifa, just you Trump supporters.
Slow Joe thinks you are all racists
and fascists who need reprogramming.
And so the great purge begins
and woke authoritarian censorship done under
the cloak of moral righteousness
to silence all you “insurrectionists”.
I felt sick watching the old eunuch
with his hand on his bible swearing allegiance
to heal and govern for all Americans.
Real America knows that ain’t so!
Beware the Orwellian deep state,
be afraid of your government more than ever.
The Great Reset is upon us and…
the digital book burnings have begun.
Goebbels would be so proud!
