What fractures it?

The question isn't
which path is right
but how to ensure
every path leads
to excellence,
equity,
opportunity.

How to make choice
mean possibility
for all,
not privilege
for few.

The Discerning Eye

In the Gallery of Life, where deeds hang on display,
Not all can see the masterpiece amidst the gray.
For excellence, that rare and radiant art,
It is visible only to the excellent heart.

Like calls to like, in silent recognition,
A secret language, a hidden coalition.
The mediocre gaze, yet fail to see
The brilliance that sets true greatness free.

Upon the mountaintop where eagles soar,
Above the clouds, where dreams take flight so high,
A world of endless blue and golden lore,
Where sunlit peaks embrace the open sky.

Here, courage blooms in hearts that dare to climb,
Each step a testament to strength and will,

In the realm of ebony, a tale unfolds,
Where black wealth blossoms, its glory beholds.
A tapestry woven with brilliance and might,
A testament to dreams and relentless fight.
In the depth of history's intricate weaves,
Lies the spirit of resilience, refusing to grieve.
From shackles of bondage, emerged a flame,
Igniting a fire, defying all claims of shame.

Caring when others think it makes no sense,
and when you are accused of being dense.
Some may even think that you are not wise,
while others may your caring ways despise.

Risking when others think it is not safe,
even when your riskiness makes them chafe.
When others describe you as being mad,
their negative words do not make you sad.
