my fiancé looking everywhere for his glasses which are on his head- do I dare tell him?
I was seeking release
Friday nights after class
a quiet drive downtown
never knowing what I’d find.
Music I sought.
I’d driven the street
many times before
but each time was new
as night descended on me.
I was young.
Each waitress met
as if a love or a friend
while I was waiting
for the band to play.
Music I sought.
The blues that played
spoke to every part of me—
I took every note in.
I learned to sing and dance.
I was young.
Away from classrooms
I lived another life
passion found
I learned to live.
Cash Man played the field
Love to wheel
And deal
Until one day
There was no pay
Cash Man did not know what to say
Felt very alone
Picked up the phone
Heard the dial tone
Decided to go back to school
Swam in the alumni betting pool
Won the spreads
No longer in debt
Returned to flapping
And tapping
Dancing around, something always happening
Choregraphing afternoon delights
Providing entertainment rights
Especially when Cash Man is there
Playing fair
Well versed in gaming numbers
Cool as a cucumber
Cannot be stopped
Ascending towards the top
Not thinking bubble could pop
And if it does
We all knew who he was
Cash Man who played the field
Loving the wheel
And deal
California style
Southern California way
Vacations being a stay
Studios where stars are made
Entertainment under the same shade
Scripts lines after another
Blunders through retakes
Dramatics and Comedy combined
Greatness at the center
Oscars, Emmy’s and Grammy’s contest
Who will be on top of the list
A start from somewhere
Action everywhere
Determination and Inspiration
Some make it and some don’t
If it is not destiny, a person won’t
Confidence behind the scene
Script words in what they mean
The effect and Climax
Then the finale
That’s Hollywood
That’s Entertainment
Zany antics from two-year old.
Never a dull moment in this household.
Non-stop entertainment for whole family.

Aerial acrobatics at the circus.
They have everyone in oohs and ahhs.
One slip and fall ~ it’s all over.
Broken bones won’t be the worst of it.
My Aunt Ruby was a bingo fanatic.
Every Friday she'd get her hair done ~
a visit to the 'Strands To Go' salon.
She left feeling like a graceful queen.
Friday nights were sacred at the bingo hall.
She'd pull out her money from her purse
and buy as many bingo cards as possible
then head to her favourite table to wait.
She'd light a cigarette to calm the nerves
and say a little prayer hoping to win big.
Someone had to win the jackpot ~ why not her.
She prepared her dabber and braced herself.
The bingo caller was always right on time.
Her cards always ready and perfectly aligned.
She waited with bated breath for numbers called
loud and clear as they possibly could be.
And so it was that every week on Friday,
Aunt Ruby spent her time doing what she loved best:
smoking, dabbing, and chatting among other devotees
... even coming home odd times with some cash winnings.

I once received awards and lost them its a sad thing.
It would be a blessing to get them back, is the best thing.
Contest publishers,sweepstakes publishers,lottery publishers is the best thing to receive.
So many lost rewards came threw the mail, its a shame i lost them as well. I would love to move foward in the industry and become a representative again as well.
To receive a award is the greatest thing in life i would love to be awarded for great insight.
Might i get this lucky chance to success in the industry is my only advance.
I love the world and what it has,awards can make me free atlast. Lost audit awards its a shame they passed.
Receiving the reward of riches could set me free at last.
