Life moves ever forward
Every minute that passes
It changes ever so slightly
Stepping closer
Step by step
Til the steps fade out into the night
Millions of them start and end
Like droplets of rain
Eventually they evaporate
Into clouds they form
And soon they'll fall, again and again
Morning dew clings tight
To thin branches reaching to the sky
While gravity tugs down.
Crystal balls reflect the world
While keeping their secrets.
Some round, some oval,
Frosty beads and clear droplets,
Nature's chandelier.
Light breaks through water droplets,
Forming bridges to the sky.
Mirror and lens both,
Each drop shows what surrounds it
And makes it larger.
Some eyes were wide open in awe,
Others are dreaming, half-closed.
Silent talks between droplets
In their world of light
Some alone, some as a community.
Tiny planets in orbit
Around the branch that holds them.
Earth feeds tree roots deep,
A tree lifts water to the sky
Full circle of life.
Liquid jewels of poetry
Write verses without speaking.
Here and then gone so fast,
Small yet holding everything,
The dawn's fleeting treasure.
Ordinary twigs become
Pathways between earth and sky.
Countless shimmering
Worlds in perfect balance hanging
Both nothing and everyone in all.
The beauty of the rain when those crystal drops fall on us, is what this poem is all about.
The droplets fall on me now,
As pure as a plain crystal- Even I do not know how,
They fall on my body,
I wish I was called worthy of it-By somebody.
I feel glad and blessed,
When those crystals on my body-Gets pressed,
I feel relived and chaste,
Forgetting my gender, religion and caste.
They fall on me one after the other,
And are waiting to fall on me,
When they clash across each other,
I could feel from this worldly stress- Fully Free!
Cracks collect droplets,
pitter patter of splashes;
A walk in the rain.
A droplets of seasoning
Makes the food delicious.
A droplets of rain
Makes the thirsty land alive.
A droplets of tear
Makes the soul revive again.
Droplets
drippy weightless
splatter falling raining
soothing misty lightness upon
water
cold water droplets
drip from melting icicles
inside rustic cave
Rain droplets like memories
Drip from the low fog shrouding
Whip-poor-will sings from treasuries
Day will bring out crowding
But all in all, I must breakaway
Say_ believe in old prophets.
The Bible don't disobey.
Hear it_ in all rain droplets

The wobbling droplets are quite happy.
Full of joy and not too shabby,
I hear them laugh.
They are promptly quaffed.

I give my wobbling droplets a shake,
and laugh until my head breaks.
They happily orbit the Earth,
looking down on us with mirth.

The wobbling droplets are enchanting
but they will not interfere with my ranting.
For I have more poems to eject,
that many will not hesitate to reject.

Each morning I find dewdrop beads,
little gems like jewels;
in my garden a dewdrop bleeds,
as a tender fragile leaf feeds.
Morning dewdrops follow no rules;
they need no tricks or tools !
They sparkle in the morn' sunshine,
in a nature romance;
with each sweet flower, bloom and vine,
until with all beauty they twine.
I adore this waltzing slow dance;
this daily happenstance !
Like dewdrops our own life is brief,
each day we hang waiting;
imagine living on a leaf,
where we weep pearls of mournful grief.
Our heart and soul is pulsating;
for life captivating !
