a blue speck of yonder eons
my cosmic charisma
in spatial silent spin
immaculate

stream strings wind in rhapsody breeze
through the topographic template
carved of rocks
the sands of time
metamorphosed
mountain peaks rise to sky
write the story of my internal turmoil
moving crust of my past in the chaos of present
the jostling outer visage

I foster diversified life
in patterned evolution
nurture unique possession
nature personified
stride of mankind scripts stark dismal story
usurps canvas of green sustenance
trips my innate balance for civilization progress
contentious

before the calamity strikes
it’s time
I get back the pristine poise
delicate in fragility
preserved for the future

With one humble nudge, o dear reverie

Paraphrasing Non-Literal try
(148: Tagore/Geetanjali/verses)

With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
                               One humble nudge
Every grain of soul, submissive in all,
may bless you in thee, tranquil serenity.

Dense downpouring clouds, thick with a may, rainy day
Humbled with a gentle gesture that long induced, understood
With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
                                One humble nudge
Mind in entirety may place thy soul
                                 to hold thy name, embraced.
Diversified yearning underneath, floating a melody, brimming
Quench the soul in sublimation, to humble beyond a delight
With One humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
The flight of a song may reach the destined
A silent nuance of cozy warmth blessed is she!

A mindful caravan of pilgrims, a swan as she
then the days run through the dawn to dusk, entirety
With one humble nudge, o dear reverie
One humble nudge
My life may serve in flight, delight
Surpassing the grandiose death, beyond, instead.

Cosmic rays catalyzed their mission
Mister Fantastic, Reed, led the group
He could stretch like atomic fission.
He bent and flexed to assist the troupe.

Before, girlfriend, later fiancé,
Invisible Woman made impact.
Sue's force field had significant splay
and her bombastic blasts were exact.

Johnny, the Human Torch, struck a name.
As Sue's brother, he was in the know,
used his powers to generate flame.
His embers turned a spark to a glow.

Oh, the monstrous Thing, friend to them all,
grumpy and grouchy but super strong.
He would have been grand with a football.
Stone-like durable flesh and headstrong.

More diversified team you won't find.
Like musketeers, they are one for all
These are the outcasts of humankind,
when need arises, we give them a call.

Wings of silent pristine perception
Glide through and over
Infinite fields and states of vibration
Noumenal and phenomenal

Shaken is the ground of being
Volatile conceives
Unity diversified
Nothing is what seems

Premium Member Nightly Music

Softly night music
Soothing the mind and body
Smoothing the heart beat

Calls back the old time
Along the motley life lane
Flowers and thornbushes

Few petals flower
Of the seasons and spaces
Heartened to move on

Stoop to cherish
Some on tiptoe to adore
Diversified scents

Soft music recalls
Flower’s color, shape and scent
Omit all thornbushes

In this onetime life
Just sole soft sound energizes
Along humble lane

Premium Member The Apocalyptic Period

Our beautiful blue planet billions of years old
A matchless marvel in the cosmic architecture
Survived eons of trying times in hostile space
Endured the disrupting tectonic turmoil untold.

Fostered the diversified life in the tree of evolution
Nurtured the pristine innate splendor of nature
Amidst the enveloping noxious haze heinous
Of the suffocating industrial pollution of progress.

As the stride of civilization crosses the Rubicon line
The mankind will enter the stark dismal terrain of doom
Trip the critical balance usurping the green canopy
Veil the fragile ecosystem with the smoke of growth wild.

The sustainable limits are being infringed ever so rapidly
After long summer the planet might freeze in extended winter
Caused by the catastrophic climate change looming large
To initiate the apocalyptic period of the fifth season.

Premium Member Rational Man

Up the diversified life's evolutionary lineage tree,
with time a unique species climbed to the canopy.
A perfect blend of functional form and wisdom,
a matchless masterpiece designed in live kingdom.

Beneath the cold cover of austere expression
flow the convivial streams of sensuous emotion,
the embracing ripples of love and empathy
spread on the shore of my soul in eternity.

When all the dreams break and hopes abort,
I seek and get the gift of all-needed support,
embark again on the journey, cross milestone,
for I know I won’t ever walk my life alone.

Behind the deceptive façade of divergent kinds
I have seen the lively portraits of beautiful minds.
Since all humane traits their acumen can scan,
the singular species created is the rational man.

Premium Member Carolina Bay

Enveloped in primitive mystery,
Its natal hour only God knows,
Withholding much of its rich history,
Beneath ceaseless caws of winged crows.

Primeval home of diversified plants,
Laced with Spanish moss-covered trees,
Ancient stage of ecstatic cosmic dance,
With the finesse of flying trapeze.

Wildlife sounds echo off nocturnal sky,
Reptilian and mammal zoo,
Fowl in choreographed formation fly,
Seasons clothed in glorious hue.

A Carolina Bay, marvelous sight,
Elliptical dent in the ground,
Cradle of flora and fauna delight,
Terra firma’s majestic crown.

Where the mighty wind blows aloof of time,
Shaking thousands of swaying trees,
Their foliage writing syllabic rhyme,
Composing a grand symphony.

Premium Member Color Blindness

The color of blood remains unchanged,
flowing for eons in the stream of time evolved,
as the ancient singular ethnic ancestor etched
the diverse footprints of humanity on the globe.

The splayed common heredity thriving insulated,
flourished into different lineages of humankind,
the physical traits diversified to get typified,
while melanin played with color on the skin.

Born to breathe the free air of the blue planet,
equality pines under the shroud of deprivation.
The unkind human history gets modulated
with the misplaced sense of superiority.

Evolution produced physically distinct groups,
the construct of race isn’t grounded on biology,
but is a socially invented concept used to exploit
the people of color who are not less human.

In the egalitarian framework the critical paradigm
recognizes the banality of racism afflicting social norms.
People born under the free sky deserving equity
like to see the human race becomes color blind.

A Witch's Familiar

A familiar is an entity that is rather supernatural
Aiding witches with their daily rituals and rites
Giving power to a witches magic and
Protecting her through the days and the nights

Familiars come in many diversified forms
sometimes Cats, dogs, reptiles and birds
Communicating with us through our minds
With a strong connection, there’s no need for words

It is a creature or animal that is drawn to you
You'd think it would be the other way around
The connection created between a familiar and a witch
is through spirit that they are eternally bound

Although some see a familiar as an evil sort
An animal possessed by the devil’s minion
To help a witch do dark magic and evil
And to lead others into Satan’s dominion

A familiar can help a witch become more powerful
Than she ever thought she could be
With a familiar following by her side
Beyond the stars is where she could reach

To a witch, her familiar is a trusted friend
That she can confide in and tell her secrets to
A best friend in an animal type form,
I wish I had a familiar, don’t you?

With nowhere better to go, I nurture home.
Rows of sown seed need me
to sing them to fruition
with the moisture of tender words,
coziness brushing buds
with benevolent thrums.
Following intuition's petition,
pebble stones, thyme whiffs, skipping feet,
flower power spells, and blue bells' ring,
I'm welcomed to the scene:
veggies competing in diversified strides,
flourishing fruit trees with wings it seems,
verdure upstretched to light's extensive dive,
joining birdsong chorus lifts,
with fervent desire to thrive
from life to life like Eden's beginning.
The first ripe cherry flushes
with sun's zingy red depths,
plush with juicy secrets beyond
comprehension's clutch.
I ingest this portion of wisdom
while studying God's living gifts,
with humble recognition,
so much is yet unknown.

Premium Member The Beautiful Blue Planet

Our uniquely beautiful blue planet billions of years old,
formed as a matchless marvel owing to cosmic contribution,
survived eons of trying times of tectonic turmoil untold.

Fostered diversified life in the tree of patterned evolution,
nurtured the pristine innate splendor like a loving mother
amidst the enveloping noxious haze of industrial pollution.

The stride of civilization scripted stark dismal story another,
we’re tripping the critical balance usurping the green canopy,
for progress the fragile ecosystem we don’t bother to smother.

Rampant growth is crossing sustainable limits ever so rapidly,
and to face the bleak future dawning the doom’s day we wait,
as the ravaged verdant terrains inflict climate change calamity.

It’s time the delicate poise of nature’s harmony we don’t berate,
for earth’s precious resources to the future generation we delegate.

Ready To Go Home

The nurse said, “ This will soothe your pain. “
My left hand was connected with Iv.
And, I was observing how
The blood flows through the narrow pipes
A playtime for my very own blood!

The nurses were talking among themselves
Why the veins are not prominent enough,
How I should help them to make it visible
Visible enough for another poke.

I was lying there,
In between sleep and consciousness
I was lying there,
Amidst hopelessness and timelessness.

And I was looking at the
television in the corner of the room
Where life advertises 24 hours
Its diversified colored illusions...on and on.

And suddenly I felt calm, I felt peace
I felt I can lie here and at least supplicate to God
For His mercy, to expiate my sins once and for all.
I was not able to move any of my hands,
One was stuck with Iv, the other one with an oximeter.

Alone there, I felt for a moment that God forgave me, perhaps.
And the nurse came back. “ We are ready to send you home!”
