Premium MemberOUR KELOID HEIRS

They are the fruits
of our sown seeds
in the womb of life;

They are the foot-stepped
followers of today’s times
and its challenges;

They are the precious gifts
that our Creator’s love
has given us to cherish;

They are the navel travelers
whose pathway we must palisade
with love’s wisdom and guidance:-

Let us daily remind them
God has gifted them worthily
To overcome life’s challenges:-

Let us daily remind them
That in the challenges of life,
“Don’t be sorry; be aware:-”

Let’s daily African Proverb them:
“To not know is bad;
To not wish to know is worst:-”

Let us daily aware them:
NI & divine wisdom seeks liberty;
AI can deviously stream shackling:-

Remember, they are our heirs;
The blessed liberators we’ve waited for
To ensure our eyes’ mountaintop prize:-

Premium MemberI know who I am

I know, I know! Who I am!
I walk on through moonlit sand.

My Life, I claim, I claim as mine!
Through trials and tribulations of time.

Autumn's friends are satisfied that I am broken.
Yet I rise in pain without a word spoken.

Revenge! I cried as blood dripped from my hand.
They scoffed at me as I made my stand.

I deviously smiled as their confusion began.
With horror in their eyes, they stumbled and ran.

There is no need to pursue those who are unjust.
For what I have minimally done was a must.

I cleaned the cut on my swollen wrist.
As the moonlit seawater begins to mist.

It was not fear as the mist formed and he walked towards me.
My son, you have done well, and now you are truly free.

Game Over

Do you think I run scared from you?
Do you think that you stand above me in those big boots?
Do you think I cower, trembling beneath a table,
With my tail tucked between my legs,
While you search for me atop that high horse you like to ride?
Do you think in this childish game of cat and mouse,
You so deviously started,
That you are the cat with the sharpened claws
And I am the weak, defenceless mouse—
Fulfilling my only purpose as prey to you?
And in this game that you planned out so perfectly,
You sit and torment me day after day:
Until, in the end, the tiny, petrified mouse
Acts out and bites the paw that swipes at it—
Only for you to reverse the roles and pretend that, all along,
You were the poor, poor mouse; hunted mercilessly
By me: the unruly predator.
So, now, you say the mobs will appear to chase the beast away—
You think I hide with my tail tucked between my legs;
Ready to beg for your mercy—
But I will not bow down to the words you say.
If I am the monster, then let this be known:
My teeth are bared and I am waiting to attack;
Say your prayers and kiss your family goodbye
Because trust me, friend,
My bark is not worse than my bite.

The continuity of the continuation of the continuous continues continually.

“Carry on” was once a reference to a state of perseverance now it is a small bag brought aboard an airliner containing a “comfort” animal.

Cats are not feral they are deviously ingenious entrepreneurs that take over the company.

Timorous Creeds

Dancing to the tune of iniquity,
Deviously artless in their silent retreat,
Elusively lashing out unjustly,
Pelting out timorous creeds;
A casualty in their vapid beliefs,
Brought upon by diligent lunacy,
Primed in erroneous ideologies.

Magician

he wove his spells meticulously
constructed each with loving care
each component ingredient chosen
from the very best that there were
and of course his care was rewarded
his fame just grew and grew and grew
but he had a secret ambition
that only he and I knew

from his inter dimensional office
he could hop through time and space
gloat at the awe and wonder displayed
on his primitive audience collective face
and he travelled worlds and eras
revelled in his universal fame
enjoyed the sense of power
inspired by his worshipped name

but dimension security enforcement
was rapidly closing in on his crime
for his moving skills back and forth
was playing heck with congruent time
he knew his days were numbered
but his preparations were all but made
to achieve his yearned for ambition
the final plans were all but laid

with just mega seconds to its fruition
he was very sadly and deviously tricked
into revealing his current location
and was very quickly nicked
he never achieved his ambition
it remained his secret as well
of course I knew the details
but I promised not to tell

The Greatest Gift

It has been said that life can turn on a dime,
with patients and perseverance,
I know that it's just about my time.

Many people procrastinate as they sit
and wait for their ship to come in.
I see sails on the horizon, so into life's
ocean, I dive, and out to my ship I swim.

I shall rely solely on faith and the promises
bestowed upon my ancestors.
While others fail to prey but deviously plot
against their neighbor, all the while evil festers.

The tides of our lives are sometimes
rough with a treacherous undertow.
He keeps my head above water, with an occasional gasp
for air, there but for the grace of God, I go.

Ocean of Life

It has been said that life can turn on a dime,

Adrenaline, he’s no stranger;
danger is his middle name.
Don’t fan his flame; you’ll just succumb,
get maimed in some little game.

Embarrassed to say, I had it correct, posted, edited, and goofed the first line. Don't we all do that? probably not... Fixed now. Deviously difficult to me.

Sucking, slurping under my sailboat.
Deviously deciding a dindling,
Grotesque gargoyle giants squind your throat!

Premium MemberKim Rodrigues

Kim’s words are extraordinary, jazzy and fun.
Imagination conjures up grim reaper and crazy lady.
Makes up words like flutterfluffing. What?

Relies on her grandsons to inspire her missives which are fabulous.
Outstanding does not half-way describe her magical ink.
Deviously eclectic, she writes a beautiful variety of poems.
Relaxation of Faerie Forest, she penned for me!
In the fewest words Kim says more than most of us could ever say.
Guessing her next move is thankfully impossible.
Unequivocally thrilling it is to travel to her page for a few hours.
Enthusiastically elevated Eeyore of Eglantine. Yes. Her kind of words.
Sassily slips in scintillating sunlight into her song-like romantic poetry.

Premium MemberCrimson Sky

Under the illusion of a crimson sky
Demons devoured hot steak ale pie
The sky was blue, not crimson yet
What they discussed was a secret you’d bet
Skin pure pale and white
Seemingly staring at me what sight
Restrictions and rules like meanders in valleys
Sing deviously plotting their rallies
Sighs of desperation, disbelief and uncertain times
Hidden agendas of elite and their crimes.
Hand out the dollars, dish out the pounds
Keep deaf ears falling on our resisting sounds.
Keep believing the lies of these clowns
While wearing on our foreheads constant frowns
The demons ate their steak ale pie
Under the illusion of the corruption and lie
The sky has turned crimson from brilliant blue
And the sheep led people do not have a clue.

Dangerously and dramatic, delightful diamond-clad damsels from Delaware
deviously dazzled dashing dapper dweebs from Des Moines.
Deliberate dallying drained the dullards of their discerning dendrites.
Deeming them deliriously and dubiously devoted.

Premium MemberPrecious Petal

From all the precious petals,
adorning my flower garden -
I choose only you.

In silent serene ambience,
your splendour is visible,
through an innocent grandeur.

Captivated by your tender satin aura,
I desire for each blossom to embrace me -
to be caressed by your lusciousness.

But resentful weeds bark like dogs,
their envious eyes deviously praying -
for storms to expose your delicateness.

I know gusts will arrive and abduct you.
Powerless, I will watch you float away -
but I know you will return, you always do

even if it is just temporary.

Premium MemberDelirious With Anticipation

Today's the game America's been waiting for
   The 'Super-Game,' turned festival galore

Fans are delirious with anticipation
At what they'll view on their TV stations

Will Brady finally pass the torch to Goff
Or will he at the vagaries of age merely scoff?

Will Coach Belechick scowl at McVea from across the field
Deflate the football to deviously the victory steal?

Will Gronkowski save New England's day with a miracle catch
Or will Kansas City victory from the jaws of defeat duly snatch?

Tune in this evening for the outcome to finally see
As for me, there are poems waiting to be written --
      this fateful third of February
