Depend upon God

Depend upon God. Pt2.

PS. 130:5 I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and in His word do I hope.
7 Let Israel hope in the Lord; for with the Lord there is mercy, and
                     With him is plenteous redemption.
8 And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.

As we wait for the Lord in our season, remember His steadfast love and faithfulness.
To his people. And be assured that he has heard our prayers.
Our confidence shall remind us that he is with us.
6: My soul waits for the Lord, more than they that watch for the morning:
I say more than they who watch for the morning.

And so shall I, knowing that God will return in the morning, to me according to
   to his promises.
For God’s covenant is more firm than the ordinance of day and night.
They will one day pass away.
But that which is everlasting remains steadfast, tried, and true.

The cross at Calvary commands that it’s finished.
And the pilgrim of Zion shall never be defeated.
  By life’s forces of hell.
That is why we have many testimonies as proof.
We, too, must learn to depend on God.

Pescatarian Shark

Someone will get to have me when she realizes she wish she did,
At this point I do NOT care if it is to late for her when she realizes it,
I did what I did,
Kid or NOT,
I am getting pretty sick,
We were NOT designed to live alone,
I do NOT mess with kids,
That can be taken in more ways than one,
But I do have a heart,
I just hope that whoever gets it,
Will NOT have it stepped on again...
I am NOT looking for enemies but friends,
They are the people on whom we depend upon,
In the end I do believe that I am NOT wrong,
This is my plea, hope, and song,
I guess at this point it would be just as beneficial to hit a bong,
The gong could go off but I would NOT go for it,
I NO longer am that into meditation,
A vacation would be better,
Toes in the sand, a girl in a bikini, and a nice glass of gin,
Would keep me grinning,
At that point I would whip out my ID and say that “yes,”
In fact, my name is Glenn,
Yet call me G3,
My friends who hinted that I was too easy,
Seemed to leave me anyways but what I would have to say would be this is NOT the fin...

Premium Member Me--Three Years from Now

Where will I be just three years down the road~~
here, self-sufficient, in my small abode?
a home where others see to all my needs,
where I but follow as another leads?
in Heaven, where I surely wouldn’t be
if Jesus hadn’t paid sin’s debt for me?

If I’m still here three years from now, I’ll write
of life and love. I’ll try not to sound trite.
I’ll still take part in church activities,
each time I can depend upon my knees!
I’ll stay close to my folks and long-time friends.
and cherish them until my time here ends.

Words

If words would wear resistance down,
trust me, I would use them.
Fine phrases mollify that frown?
The agile adverb, the nimble noun?
I would not refuse them!

If poems charmed your soul, you
may depend upon it,
I'd eulogize, extol you,
compel, convince, cajole you,
in silken sonnets.

But what can words achieve?
Nothing, I fear, that matters.
Though I would fain believe
the word webs which I weave
can knit again love's ravelled sleeve,
I'm really not quite that naive.
And so I feel I have to leave
this thing of ours in tatters.

Premium Member Perhaps - A Humpty Dumpty Tale

'Twas in London town (as I recall).
I was just a boy so small.
An egg sat smugly on a wall,
by the name of Mr. Dumpty.

Perhaps, it was Spring or early Fall,
that he held me in his thrall,
the gentleman, I soon would call
(fondly), my friend, Humpty.

Oh, how we would pontificate,
those arms would wildly gesticulate
Perhaps, I could anticipate,
he would be kaput.

But my oval friend with roundish butt,
my warning, he would then rebut,
saying, "fiddle dee dee and tut, tut, tut".
Trouble was afoot.

Perhaps, as he swayed in the breeze,
with spindly legs and knobby knees,
if he'd have listened to my pleas,
I'd have a different story.

Can one depend upon a horse,
with feet, but with no hands, of course,
to mend the consequence of force,
unquestionably gory?

It was so many years ago,
years of counseling, I'd undergo -
perhaps, I threw just a little low
to my friend Humpty.

'Twas in London town (as I recall).
I was just a boy so small.
when I tossed him that ball,
saying "Catch it, Mr. Dumpty"

Premium Member Proclamation Evil

Famine preys upon a desolated civilization
Dying out the old breed new world awaits
What makes one soul defile goodness
The heart, as if it does not feel
Is mankind just a beast of nature's mix
Devouring the lamb like wolf's they are
We are farmers of the nations growth
Sow a seed, pass knowledge not the buck
We depend upon the other to feed world

Kids killing kids,as adult we kill our own
Lead by example, they strip God from belief
Corrupt being of evil's greed run deadly wild
Fight good and evil rumbles the house
Who runs the temple, they fill us with hate
Of their own demise their thirst is quench
Evil of one's heart bleeds its color

Do us good, I think not future at hand
But tomorrow I may not see sun rise sky
A bird in a bath, youngster at play with no care
Tomorrow could end today while love carries on
Give to society what's better, not evil's desire proclamation
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy
nation, a people for his own possession that you may
proclaim the excellencies of him who called you out of darkness into his marvelous light

Absence

Your ravishing my soul and body with the hint of love,
With eyes innocent as a dove.
The reason of my death and my will to live
Is only you..
You're the extraordinary in the ordinary,
And that's how you killed me too...

Like a flame that burns yet keeps me warm,
A raging sea, a calming storm.
You are the silence before the dawn,
The fleeting touch I depend upon.

Your breath is the whisper my heart obeys,
A curse, a blessing, a love that stays.
With every word, you pull me through—
To life, to death, to love anew.

Peace dividends - 2

And I’d end Ukraine war in a jiffy,
It’s just that my idea’s somewhat iffy.
The natural resources
Are not for battle courses,
‘If you feel not so ill
Of it, let’s have a deal:
You give me your rare-earth
To you of little worth,
And I’ll, every weapon
You so depend upon,
It’s fair deal, there’s nothing what so sniffy.

Family Life

The success of a family
Is not based on talent
But by virtue and passion

To make the ties strong
Loyalty is the energy that goes
Everyone's affection keep burning
Cooperation is the connector
That makes every member jive unity

The success and failure of the family

Planning, initiating, and executing fairness
Intelligent, divisive and good governance
In making life, business and relationship
Alive, attainable, sustainable, dependable
Harmonious, relatable and fruitful life.

Fantasy Vs Reality

How can you abandon
The forest for a lame tree
Or how can you really like
A person among the people
Let me tell you my opinion
One time, my head is full of her
From morning I wake up
Till the night I go to bed
I wanna see her again
I tell you, she is my soulmate
I have been looking for
Until, someone open up
My eyes to reality
That love is an illusion
Love is for food supply
It's something I can hold on to
Depend upon, rely upon and survive
A reality rather than fantasy.

Premium Member Loved By You

'His Love'.....is a Love we can Depend upon, it feels good to know this, Amen.

Feels so good to be Loved by You…

faith’s mirror reflects ‘us’ in its view.

Awesome You! …whereby before my birth…

I was prepared for days of sharpened tines

Ere, now in the midst of storms unfold…

You...use..the gale to ring hope chimes

Even the tides that will surely rise

are duly subject to Your command…

Yea, as they surge and break upon me…

because of You…somehow, I’ll stand

There’s pleasure in reading Your letters…

ardent with yearned warmth and fare

Through Your Word…I am taught…

You are Greater than onslaught’s jeer

More than I ever imagined I could

I cling to the promise of seeing Your face…

When in that hour of Destined Glory

You escort me…to that Eternal Place

As partaker of Calvary’s Redeeming Stew…

O God, feels 'so' good to be…Loved by You!

Passing Underneath a Railway Bridge

She seemed oblivious to the smattering of lightly falling rain;
He holding her hand...and as much as his very life should
 Depend upon this.
  Overhead, a commuter train hastening down the clattering track;
And right there, underneath the bridge, suddenly pulling him back,
She halted and gave him a look that spoke so plain.
It was in that moment, head tilted, leaning over...she then planted
  That fatal kiss.
Methinks he would forever more chance the perils of Dantes' Flame...
Even being that it might just be the most desperate of chances
For all things to remain the same.
