Daily Daft Ditties 3 - Slug Meditations

Once, shell-less snails filled me with terror.
That childish outlook was my error.
Now, I laugh it off with a shrug.
It's just another slug.

Seals and fishes

You look stupid in videos on phones at the start,
you don't look like "Badmans" calling women a tart,
when I see those skits I think what a retard,
and don't you know we all skip over that part.

My son gave me a great grow-box

to plant some veggies, watch them grow.

Tomatoes chosen 'cause they're red;
 
they grew quite fast...but then...oh no!


Their vines at once became alive;

and reached around to wrap my hips.

Got kisses planted on both cheeks

from succulent tomato lips!

It was bought to my attention
I had a rather odd reflection 
When I gave my explanation
There was an order of investigation
It seems my tales of alien penentration
Surely bought lots of speculation
Was it all from hallucination
Or just my wicked imagination

Most of my dreams are quickly forgotten; but this one I keep rehearsing.
I'm not an interpreter of dreams, but  there's a certain direction I'm leaning.

My dream was about a long black snake whose type I could not determine.
I know next to nothing about snakes except maybe the venomous rattling kind.

I used to suck on nickels and dimes

Metals tasted like saltine crackers

Daft Shopping

While walking in  the market  one day
I started talking to a friend we had lots to say
Unmindful of whatever came before  me
Kept walking somewhat straight  with glee
