Surreal and Daft
One day the family cat, before my eyes,
changed into a woman. Beautiful was she,
and very soon I came to realize
she also could converse intelligently.
She and I hang out now. There’s no doubt
she’s the coolest! Guys think she’s the bomb!
Just one thing about this all I can’t make out.
She’s female, yet as a cat, she was a Tom!
