BREAKING NEWS......
Bye, Bye, Chris Cuomo!
Gee, no tears will be in my ale!
Such be the high cost,
To keep brother, Andrew out of jail.
Now, you can both go to MSNBC!
And with Rachel Maddow ?
You will be twins of news frivolity.
John Malone headed to clean up CNN.
Good luck, Malone, there are more to
fire, for sure, before then.
We need news not mean, vicious
propaganda.
To dance and drink lemonade, finally,
on a truth constructed news veranda.
***John Malone.John was the head of a
huge cable company years ago.
He is a man of integrity. I used to work
for him. Best wishes to CNN.
John runs a tight ship!PR

Crazy Cuomo just molested New Yorkers one final time
(hopefully)
by commuting the sentences of four convicted murderers...
If putting covid-19 positive patients back into nursing homes
wasn't enough(or the subsequent coverup)
or the sexual harassment of dozens of women
this maggot of a human being spilled even more blood
onto the big apple streets...
Governors Whitmer-Wolf-Newsome-Murphy
had similar deadly nursing home Covid-19 policies
where is the outrage from the cricket-throated
Dr. Seuss- Mr. Potato head obsessed media.
Impeach-Impeach-Impeach-Impeach!
You may well ask where am I,
Am I engaged or fully checked out,
Take a seat, happy to clarify,
Placate your mind, dispel any doubt.
I'm Biding my time and that's not a joke,
Giving the old guy time to implode,
He's senile and tired, befuddled and woke,
Any wires remaining will for sure overload.
The Border is crumbling, COVID runs wild,
Afghanistan gone, China supreme,
Kamala in hiding, lost and beguiled,
Progressives now surging their wishlist extreme.
Nancy grandstanding, Chuck babbling loud,
Cuomo shot down, who would have known,
Just goes to show it's good to be proud,
If your cover is solid and not wholly blown.
I'm mulling and watching disasters untold,
Inflation unbridled, crime running wild,
The Media's support from lukewarm to cold,
Uncle Joe's moods ever more riled.
Well may you ask why I seldom now speak.
The answer is simple and easy to grasp,
Time is my friend as you see week by week,
And eventually bites like a poisonous Asp.
The governor’s accusers
Say he acted in a way
That made them cringe and naturally,
He has to somehow pay.
All three of them reported
Language seeming to suggest
A kiss or maybe more would be
Enjoyed at his behest.
He touched one on her back, connecting
With her skin exposed,
Which made her most uncomfortable,
She recently disclosed.
Demands for Cuomo to step down
To me seem out of whack,
Especially when we’ve heard boasts
Of grabs below the back.
Behavior should be judged, of course,
Apologies deserved,
But resignation shouldn’t stem
From three who’ve been unnerved.
The governor should learn from this
And watch the way he acts,
While those so quick to punish him
Should follow just the facts.
KILLING OLD PEOPLE
The Government is dipping
into Social Security now.
That's the reason why
the New York Governor Cuomo
put virus victims in old folk's homes
instead of putting them in hospitals.
It's easier to kill old people that way
and get their Social Security.
The Government is wise
when it comes to spending
other people's money.
If the Government can abort babies,
it can kill old people too
whom they think have outlived their usefulness.

My husband and I have a perfect routine
In the stay-at-home days caused by Covid-19.
Our apartment’s not big – bedroom, kitchen and bath
And a living room – 3 and ½. (Do the math.)
We alternate times in the bathroom, of course.
(To do otherwise might just result in divorce.)
The kitchen’s the same – we just smoothly take turns
At the fridge, sink and stove to ensure nothing burns.
For the bulk of the day, we’re in separate rooms
(It’s not true that we talk to each other with Zooms)
But we join to watch Cuomo* and FaceTime the grands
And have dinner – I hope no one misunderstands…
We are happy together to shelter-in-place
But it’s vital to each have some just-for-me space
So we divvy the day to connect and to part –
Like the governor says, we’re tough, loving and smart.
*the governor of New York
Through it all, this crazy season,
There has been one voice of reason:
Andrew Cuomo, New York’s guv,
A Democrat we all can love.
He gives us info, up-to-date
And all he does communicate
Is done with calm and strength and flair;
Nobody out there can compare.
Yet he is not afraid to doubt
The powers-that-be and call them out.
He’ll challenge, criticize and fight
When what he hears seems not quite right.
To me, the most important thing
Is not the data he does bring
But rather how he gives us hope
Without which, we could never cope.
At the government’s insistence
We must keep our social distance.
Walk outdoors and cross the street
If someone’s closer than six feet.
Stores control who goes inside
So they’re not over-occupied.
Bars and restaurants have closed
Because of contact risks they posed.
Not all people heed the rules
For nothing can convince the fools.
Case in point – observe the clump
Of stone-faced folks in back of Trump.*
*This happens at all of his press conferences,
unlike those of New York’s Governor Cuomo,
who observes social distancing, even on stage.
~ Tears on My Star of David ~
When a Jew is killed or attacked, I don't turn my hapless back.
I take it as an attack on me, and all of humanity.
New York, becoming the new killing fields to do Jews in.
With De Blasio and Cuomo doing totally nothing, quite a sin!
To stop Jew killing or slashing this Hanukkah night!
The Star of David I wear, is my reminder of the affinity I share.
Yes, my Jewish brothers and sisters, I do more than deeply care.
Love, Panagiota

Poem inspired by the hideous attack tonight with a machete by an anti-Semite
on a Rabbi, family and friends celelebrating Hannukah.

Politicized
In an attempt to gain
Advantage by high-jacking grief *
A glaring betrayal of compassion
Cheap predation on emotions
Let justice take its course
And rest in peace

We drove the brand-new Tappan Zee;
It’s modern and it’s sleek.
Only one direction’s finished;
It’s been open for a week.
The other side will join the club
Real soon and when it does,
The river will look very different
From the way it was.
The older bridge looked much as
An erector set appears,
Like the one my brothers played with
In their early childhood years.
It will slowly be dismantled
When the new one is complete,
As the past fades to oblivion,
A sorrowful retreat.
For the future’s out there waiting
And most things won’t be the same,
Like the bridge once called the Tappan Zee,
Which boasts a brand-new name.
But to tried and true New Yorkers,
Any name they tried to pick
(Former Governor M. Cuomo)
Simply put, will just not stick.
So let’s celebrate the opening
Of a bridge I guarantee
That, no matter what the signage,
Will remain the Tappan Zee.
