Premium MemberCorrosive Faith

The force of desire
stalks the very boundary
of my confidence.

In simple wanting
do I trespass on taboo?
How will I then learn?

Even in fantasy
my corrosive self-distrust
twists erotic vision.

Corrosive Love

As I gaze upon your ghost-like skin and silken hair
I am reminded of those halcyon days we spent
Working in the fields. From row to row we rent
Weeds from the earth, nurtured the trees with care;
But something else bloomed then too. I came to bear
A most tender affection for you. The nights spent
Laughing, sweating and drinking together bent
My nature, my cold pride thawed in the June-night air.

But it is an affection I know you cannot return.
Your azure eyes may light up for me, but I ken
Whom they burn brightest for. Among all the men
Of the world, your heart does not yearn for a one.
So, to preserve the smile on your face, I must relearn
My cold pride and reign in my heart till its hunger is done.

Corrosive

The angst I'm trying to supress
Same as what you freely express
Bile's what I see when you undress
My ***** mode on button, don't press

Your so-called charm, so corrosive
Your so-called wit, not impressive
Daily default mode, offensive
Now I know why you're defensive

You don't know when and how to quit
With your ill ways and your ill wit
Stop saying love is what lies spit
Lie after lie, you don't admit

Premium MemberYour Love Is Corrosive

Your love is corrosive
Caustic
Eating away at my sense of worth
Scathing
Your words
More so your silence
Burning away
The tender fibers of my heart
And I smile
As I’m being eaten alive...

Vitriolic embraces
Scorching simply because
They are too brief
Too perfunctory

Erosive kisses
Eroding my passion
With their simple pecks mockery
Instead of intercourse of lips and tongue

Acerbic love making
The smell of my burning flesh
Lingering after the brief encounter
Of two bodies devoid of souls

I’m being reduced to nothing
Acrid tears burn down my cheeks
In the destructive light
Of your “love”

Salty Corrosive Tears

All of those salty corrosive tears,
falling, over so many wasted years.

Causing so much heart ache, and pain,
love, and dreams, gone like the rain.

Oh! If only into the future we could see,
then those salty corrosive tears,
never would, a memory be.

Tango.

one step away from argument, words resting in your dirty
mouth, a simple movement of the tongue away from

even when it expired & began to reak of law, He left it
_______ alone. some things don't develop past consideration:
it's taken too long to decide; eradication; everyone cried.
