Premium MemberGreen Man of the Golden Stars

The rocky road made good sense to get here.
Life doesn't slow down, but speeds on like fire.
She remembers how life always appeared
When the Green Man always for her enquired.

He was the one who showed felicity
Back in the woods of mythic wanderers.
It didn't matter his ethnicity
He became a mystical conquerer

Wandering through the elemental fields
Where spectral skylights sparkled at twilight,
Revealing truths so environmental,
Dreamy ancestral visions bathed in light,

Ways that can only be told in stories
By golden stars and observatories.

The Animal Trap

The animal trap
The artist the athlete the strength of the human condition
The leaders still fight
Those inner demons
Dance death into extinction
Loves only threat
Humans were a joke
Then they reached Olympus

Take the waves thrashing the ships
Be the conquerer
The life that takes
The world remakes
The feeling so hard and dark
At Attention stands the demon man

We can walk in the footsteps of tortured and striped bare
If you can show you care
We never support
A gun
A good reason
A promise to kill us

Beyond Her Scars

Beyond her scars she is an overcomer
who had withstood every javelin
the enemy had pierced
against her since the day she was born

Beyond her scars she is a conquerer
who never allowed her wounds
she suffered in the flaming fires of
disabilities, anxieties, insecurities,
toxic friendships, abandonment
and societal pressures
to keep her from striving and
perservering to fulfill her God given destiny

Beyond her scars she is a queen
and the daughter of the eternal King
who no longer defines her by the scars
that are tattered upon her dark toned skin
but a victor whose scars are covered
in the bandages of his everlasting grace
where she is now forever at rest
at the comfort of his eternal bedside

Hero's With Zero's

I know of a man down the street
At first he sounded like a myth
For what is being told of him
Is that he's a conquerer,
Not of kingdom's, but of hearts
Which is hard cause heart's out here are cold
With some having walls too high from egos
But he single handedly made those heart's beat again
By giving when he should be the one receiving
Being good to people even when they treated him badly
And he did so expecting nothing in return,
He's a hero in this parts,
A hero with zero's

A Friend So Real And Does Not Pretend
A Pal One may not want To Unfriend
A Chum worthy To Recommend
A Friend That'll Stay Till The End
A Pal Easy To Comprehend.

A Friend So Cool, Calm And Classy
A Friend So kind And Fine
A Chum So Truthful;
In Him possible Confine.

In Which It counts In My Coronary Heart
I Do Cherish Our silly Thoughts And Talks
During Our lengthy walk.
Bruh, I wish You A Birthday
Devoid Of Gloom But Glee
A Birthday Spiced And Flavoured
With Gaiety, Hilarity And Jollity.

Happily Ever After

I’ve cried tears so heavy they left track marks on my cheeks,
And I’ve loved so deeply that Ive lost myself,
That’s my curse my cross to bare,
No half measures
No ing about
It’s all or nothing or what’s the point.
I commit to become a conquerer,
Im not willing to be conquered -
I wear my warpaint with pride,
And tattoo my heart on my sleeve for all to see,
I’m not hiding -
Come at me if you wish,
But be sure to finish me,
Because remember - I am cursed,
I play nice but I dance like a devil,
Deserve me and I’ll never desert you,
Love me and I’ll fill you heart forever more,
But the day you disregard me,
I will drive my will into heaven and hell to make sure you regret it,
You won’t see me until it’s too late,
Im not one to turn to despair,
I’ll turn to anger and fill with rage,
I’ll let the hatred consume me until my eyes bleed black joy at the thought of your whimpering carcass laid at my feet,
This is what it’s like to be cursed,
This is how I handle rejection,
So don’t go there,
Spare yourself my wrath,
If your not up to the job,
Don’t make me your happily ever after.

Enjoy Newness

Seed
has to die for Plant to rise...
Cloud
has to burst for Rain to fall...
Waves
have to cascade for water to be Shore ...
Mountain Peak
has to surrender for mountaineer to be conquerer...

Plant
yields fruit...
Rain
keeps existence alive...
Shore
defines limits of ocean...
Mountaineer
conquest inspires to defy odds and win...

Transition
is ordained Nature's cycle...
Autumn, Spring
both inject newness...
Enjoy Newness
Cause that's Nature way of Life...

Premium MemberInvisible

I sit at the table, an invisible guest. I speak yet no one is able to hear. Louder voices rule the day as the guests hang onto every word. For I possess not the proud demeanor of a conquerer, I have not been gifted with a regal presence. I exist on the outside of the fringes, my power exists within a quieter realm. I observe the small, what lays beneath the surface, subtle nuances, the unseen details. I feel the significance within the spaces, for I am not designed to entertain. I relish in my anonymity, for observation leads to discovery. I feel the significance of the lesser guests and watch them as they imagine their time. Unlike them I do not desire a spot light for within that light I may lose my power.

Woe In Our Lives

Whatever you do, don't let go...
He's going to arrive soon – don't be overwhelmed
Whatever you do, don't look back
Woe is embracing our lives
Don't let yourself turn to black
Keep on track...

Woe is dwelling in our lives...
Lurking in every corner
They sprout from the ground like jagged knives
Wait until the dark tides
Pass through us...God's still protecting our lives
Whatever you do, don't doubt Him!!

Don't be a forlorner -
Be a conquerer!

The Rain

Falling ever so gently
My tears mix with the rain.
It foreshadows
the coming pain,
the past pain,
the present pain.
But I know
these unexpected storms
only water the conquerer within.
So these trifling setbacks,
shouldn't make me cry at all.
But they do.

Dominion

I remember taking Grandpa to the train, (Repost)
Marvelling how anything so huge,
Bellowing steam and smoke and cinders,
Could be controlled by men.
Then while flying in the war,
I marvelled that insignificant man,
Could conquer anything as vast as the sky.
Then I watched as Armstrong strolled on Luna,
And marvelled that limitless space was not,
For it too had been conquered by man.
How strange then, for me to realise,
That the heart of man, invincible and more,
Conquerer of all that stands before it,
Can be reduced to less than a gelatinous mass,
Unable to stand or even to try,
When faced with the love in a little girls'
smile.

Value

A fading whisper of elegant devotion;

					...memory.

A simple dedication of the purest form.

The desire to be of use,
to those that you love.

To wonder where your cards will lay.

					...mystery.

						...destiny.

These are things that instill value in

		...Life.

Things that will make you push on,
when your muscles seize;
The thoughts that compel you
to chase what had been thought
to be impossible.

			...And yet, they are overcame.

It's the simple nature of love
that I value.
The essence of what keeps this
world spinning on it's axis.
It's the courage of the meek,
The grace of the powerful,
and the mercy of the conquerer.

It is a mother's love,
and a father's guidance...
It's life's lessons...

Those with these things will live
rich and fulfilled lives,
for value is not found in possession;
But in the soul.

Ultimate Conquerer!

Don't despair; God is here
Instead of moaning let us cheer!
Ho who conquers everything
And to death - where is the sting?

State of Silence

when an ambitious hand
and a rushing mouth
cast a canopy of ramblings
or utter distress
and anxiety spoills the ground,
the state of silence
from she we think is a fool
 is an answer to wisdom
and a conquerer of might
for where does the slow movement of a cat leads the ratty rat?
