Chain Letters as Desire

Instant the command
As decisions
In labouring the fields
A civil war of family's avoiding
Yet the enactments mimic
As bond as surety
In financing burdens
One wishes not to carry
Carriage as stable
Nightingales lost fables
Ferry in twist
Smirking gentle and smits

To the good Friday of Ireland

10-6-2025 Side: B

Sneezing again,
Somewhat lost control over me.
Again.
And now the seasons changed,
Summer’s walking out on me.
Again.
The nicotine chain,
Forcing down another twenty.
Again.
Wheezing refrain,
I feel the rain pouring down on me.
Yet again.
Reminisce again of the roof above,
Something that once held over me.
But the sky now drops tears,
Joyless tears,
Again.

Love washed over me.
Again.

Pointlessly in love,
Your eyes never hold on to me.
I’m just pointlessly in love,
Washing my memories with golden relief.
The gold shines above,
The sky sing songs bittersweet melodies.
Now,
Again.

Premium Member Country Road Food Chain

Yowling and howling late at night
Meeting of cats by the bright moonlight
Wild yipping and one long scream
Coyotes cornered something by a stream

It might be a cat, it’s a sacrifice
Excited yipping announcing it is nice
The food chain is alive down my country road
A long black rat snake just ate a toad

A broken chain or A cursed covenant

A court-ordered fist full of responsibility.
An anonymous man, unraveling beneath the weight of his own faulty circuitry.

Infidelity sparked a chain of conformity—one so unfortunate, it defied precedent.

His kin, stripped of their once-rooted masculinity, wandered into an unfulfilling life.
When faced with strange anger, they clung to a mask—gleaming with false superiority.

Only a fool’s bargain could birth such a belief:
That fatherhood was never his choice,
But a manipulative ploy by a siren
Intent on masking her own deceit.

Though her intentions seemed dubious,
He clung to his delusions.
He chose alliance with a malicious visage—
A portrait of discontent and whispered wishes.

He refused to relent.
But in doing so,
He became consumed.
Exhausted by the very aftermath
Of the rattled child
He once claimed to care for.

I set you free and watch you fly
No longer bound by what we thought was strong
Though in that act, I knew where I belonged:
In the ground, beneath the sky

My shackles broke, a crumbling wall
In freeing you, my spirit found release
A bittersweet and unexpected peace
Though unchained, I mourn the fall

We both are free; no regret I hold
The cost was high, but freedom's worth is more
Though solitary now, we can explore
A revised future: brave and bold

Decades a midwife a definer of rights written so patients
And authoritys both knew their plights.' Un-jabbed 2020 up
Till today, yet prosecuted by N Z jacinda aderns machine which stated
She had to pay? They tried to bully and really every sick trick.' Even forgery of her signature, i think they were a bit thick? Well its all turned turtle, and they're panicking now..
The genocidal mantra.' The outright lies and deceit show

Premium Member The Food Chain

The lion and the Zebra in a duel of life
The hunter and the hunted
As spectator in the food chain
It can be daunting and also haunting

A run to catch the prey
Running away from the predator
This is normal in the Serenegeti
Survival of the fittest in the grasslands
It5the food chain making its rounds.

May we be thankful for the gifts we inherited from our ancestors
that never ending chain of people who came before us
their gifts of love and joy and laughter….
they left us before passing on…

And may we be blessed that our love and joy and laugher
can be found upon the chain…
long after we are gone.

Food Chain

Small fish eaten
By big fish; big fish caught by
Fisher for dinner.

Premium Member Chain Wire Fence

A tall, chain wire fence
surrounds the perimeter
of the power station, casting
its evening shadow over a wide
bank of grass leading down
to the river. Sometimes I sit there
just to listen to the sound
of the wind make music through
the wires.

It is a soft, melancholy music
that carries a certain sorrow.
Uncoupled from a name,
it seems a composite
of the sadness accrued
in the wordless wells of the soul
that finds voice here.
It has a strange attraction,
an addictive beauty

which keeps me coming back
though each note strums
a nerve giving a little hurt.
At times I can almost hear
human voices weaved
into the music, a tone
echoing out of places
made restless with longing.

It is the music that lovers make
and gently plays at the center
of all good art, sad prisoners
of time, composed by the heart
to mourn when what is loved
and what is beautiful in this life
passes from us,
and let go.

There was a big party for smiling groom
Ceremonial before his wedding at noon
The men celebrate
The smallest handcuff made
Is the wedding ring he will wear will soon

Gummy on solana

In the realm of Solana, a gummy's in charge,
A silly meme that's living large.
It's making folks rich, breaking the mold,
Turning regular folks into millionaires bold.

A funny candy leading a financial spree,
Who'd have thought it? It's wild and free.
But in the world of crypto, anything's cool,
Even a gummy making people drool.

So chuckle along with this sweet little treat,
As it rises up, making finances sweet.
Breaking the rules, one chew at a time,
In crypto's world, where fortunes climb.

Broken Chain

I love you earnestly,
That it takes my breathe away.
I love you passionately,
That it clouds my sight.
Honestly!!!
I love you fiercely,
That even my heart can't carry the weight.
But, unfortunately
I gotta let go of you
