Best Waggling Poems
Back of my heart I yearn
Even for a glimpse of your shadow returns
It is being long past years since we met last
I am on one side and you’re on the other the world vast.
I was sixteen and you were eighteen I think
Every morning you pass our lane your bicycle bell rings
With my pony tail waggling I run to the gate to see your smile
For me it was worth one’s while
Some days you bravely ring our bell, study notes to my brother
Or call him to play cricket in the field not farther
I knew these crafty tricks played to see my face behind the wall
No matter what, your visits never fail during the holidays fall.
I still remember the day the first pimple sprouted on my face
The day you planted a kiss on my left cheek in such haste
That was real fast no time to see my blush
Paddled back your bicycle in sixty miles per hour rush
You won a scholarship and had to leave to some country far
The very first love note with a rose bud the maid brought so fast
“Please wait for me I promise to marry you sooner I return”
My eyes damped and my cheeks flushed could I wait until he returns.
Time passed on so many hills I marched
I am a mother of two boys and you are a father of three girls I heard.
Our lives go on in two different casts.
You are on one side and I am on the other this world vast .
I still yearn even for a glimpse of your shadow returns
i've seen it several times
someone motioning, flourishing
waggling, swinging, curving
hunching, moulding, stooping
pulling shapes, a twirling
a form, a delineation, shadows
fingers, tree branches, winding creeks
sometimes a head inclines
obstructing the cityscape
what are they listening to?
what are they talking about?
we've done it, we've become greenwood
sometimes a jungle
i've done it alone after dropping you off
cold storage becomes publicised
i've done it
i've done it, yes, i've cried in
the car
alone
I wish I was a wee Willy Wagtail.
I've always wanted a tail to wag,
and Willy, really struts his stuff, just so.
With a wiggle waggle
a parry, on garde, touché!
"Now that's a Tail!"
Willy Wagtail is willy-nilly, with attitude!
Flitting onto branch or wire
waggling his tail all about,
so bossy and belligerent.
"Hey what's your game?"
"Can anybody play?"
What a pussy is my pussy cat
soft, silky, shiny n delicate
touching her makes me feel
mouth-melting goody chocolate
she would purr, turn and mew
warming herself up and me
she wags her tail up up and down
like a waggling kite flying free
she would push and rub my hand
when i gently scratch her back
i would poke her erect ears
her smooth contour i would track
Her claws are hellish razor sharp
but she'd never swipe at me
she and i share innocent love
together we play with joy and glee.
when i hold the pussy in my lap
I could clearly feel her heart beat
her throbbings are like a virgin bride
her bloom would feel like gossamer treat.
By mazhur
I saw a tap-dancer with
Squirming sheaf of vigor
Toes tapping as if dancing.
Is he hoping for a rendezvous?
His Dachshund-clan romance?
Prancing around like ponies
With gentle nose, silent eyes
With sweet licks and nuzzles.
Care free clan, if they like it
It can never be of anyone else.
If they take it anything from anywhere
It’s theirs and of nobody else’s.
The four legged hairy puppets
With all the fascinating features.
I don’t think a dachsie thinks of money
Or fame or other worldly pleasures
But thinking of the pure love of God
Remembering always those moments
By waggling his tail with pure love and joy.
When He made him to brighten up
The day of Adam and Eve and then
Christening them as “dog”, a reflection
Of His own as one looks into the mirror.

~when honey bees dance
waggling provocative tail…
queen bee smiles sweetly
In Honor of: `A Rambling Poet ~
Haiku Me Some Nature, Please
By John Moses Freeman
Honey Bee (Apis mellifera)
The honey bee, Apis mellifera, is one of several species of bees
that produce honey.
The waggle dance, an elaborate series of movements by a worker bee,
informs other bees where the best sources of food are located.
waddle along wise women
whisper this wayfarer’s wishes
with will and warmth
wind your way- waggling wheels
whiz this way and wear my wit to my wiry wonder
wiggling wave wash my wits
weave my words like a wreath
and wedge them on my winsome would-be
wag my wealthy words whirling wind
waft my wonderful words to my waiting woman
Oh,no!not again,my book is in a mess.vomits of inks all over my notes.
My pen is drunk again.Stench!,stench of vomits everywhere. As it wobbles
from line one to line four...No!no matter what I must finish this piece,so
that I can have peace.I`m writing a Sedoka to a wonderful damsel and....
the ground is spinning,I`m feeling very dizzy; Hiccups.....hic...cups this is
frustrating,oh! it`s not me,it`s my pen....then I travel to the world of
extreme bliss where I`m married to a princess in a golden castle....
with plenty cattle...the sky is blue as the flowers bloom and the stars
are sparkling;Oh,yes!I`ve been here before~the apex of glory...
cool cosy water fall touching my head....De ja vu ~~de ja vu....inks
dripping on my feet...Ha!my pen~~I jerk back to life....thick inks flow
out of my drunken pen forming a sea of water on my notes.Oh!smell
of whisky fills the air.......my Sedoka is ruin.Ha!my princess in the Ca..
cas..tle..;Wha..t an illusion..Staggering..waggling...rambling, my pen
moves along.........
I would like to remember
what it feels like to dance,
as I shuffle through streets
devoid of romance.
Shimmying and shaking
Grooving and gyrating
Wriggling and waggling
Bopping and banging.
Perhaps I will discover
the rhythm of soul,
the flow of jazz,
the moves of funk.
I may find hip-hop
stomping on a street,
or run into ballet
bouncing to the beat.
Ballroom might chacha
while swinging with salsa.
Foxtrot might samba
while rocking with rumba
I would love to spend
the coming year
dancing around people
without any fear.
Dancing with myself

Yorkshire Tiger
On the prowl
A jump to hunt
A run on the street
Howling and hissing
At every stray
That you meet
Yorkshire Tiger
Proud and strong
With a hardy stare
Quite vicious and long
Yorkshire Tiger
Adverse
To many of your kind
With that long standing tail
Prominent waggling behind
Yorkshire tiger
Your coat so shiny
It sparkles
In the days blazing heat
Strutting up and down
The filthy street
With eyes
Of golden pearls
With feet sturdy
Silent and discreet
Yorkshire tiger
Ears that twitch and stand
To attention
Your presence
Worthy of a mention
Yorkshire tiger
Purrs and purrs
At home
He is quiet
He no longer
Spits and slurs
Nor hiss's but he will defer
In the company of his queen
When in his vision
You are seen
He changes
He is sweet natured
Not mean tempered
In any given way
For you are his one and only
In the moment of today
Yorkshire Tiger
He grasps you while he may
Softly claws you
In the kindest way
As if to say
Love me
Hold me
Take care of my life
I hold you dear in my heart
If you do the same
I promise we will not
Have any kind of strife
Yorkshire Tiger
Gentle your soul is to mine
I shall sit with you
And I shall dine
I shall play
I shall challenge your character
If you learn and still be true
I'll be that goodness
of sweet nectar to you.
Written By Sarah Linklater
When will she learn to play, to rise the spirits?
Ancestral spirits yearn for the old glories -
Where forth the strength occupies vacuum;
Despair filled it well!
Let's dance to the sonorous voice of the strings
Let it call out the feeble days
Renounced with a tether that blows the mind
Shattered it seems - the fire
The lights it shire!
Let's dance to the rhythm
Waggling tails
For hunger of it, our souls cry out for!
As I wonder about with a weary waggling weak tail,
looking for a peaceful perfectly polished place to rest,
since I have no more real relatives,
I seek solace in science as a solely secured
scheme for my soul;yet, peace eludes me,
I was born as a guard dog;
An Alsatian!nosy,nasty and naughty,
When my original flamboyant fine fellow was still alive,
I reigned supreme;swimming,skating and skiing,
we do things in common like twinkling tolerable twins,
Playing at the park with plenty pretty primitive children,
It was a full fun fair and I became a friend to a flaxen ferret,
who harmonized my heroic hard-edged heart with her
nice nifty nature; I fell flat for her,
engrossed in this long lasting leisure or pleasure , then came
one dark dry day that disaster struck which was despicable,
I loss my entire family ,friends and no foe; oh,Frank!
in a careless crash that crushed the car,
Since then,I became hopeless, homeless, helpless and heartless,
Lord!let them live in liberty in life beyond.

Gray lines become fragmented
twisted around each beat
that pings within this tinman
with stones upon my feet
washed white walls
plastic virgin talks
split tongue keeps waggling
while the Holy Ghosts walks
peppered in pretend
pin it to a shoe
the worth of three words
and your promises, not you
St Valentinus honoring day
I was pompous since a week
Lovers feast with kisses in hay
But eventually Despair strong and love meek
In shadow, no surprises
Blatant thoughts got me carried
Heart melted like melancholy hospices
Either I can b in love, or I can be married
It was just a day dated fourteen
I did my usual chores in saunter
Though he could have expressed umpteen
My tongue waggling in banter
Nevertheless hopefully for the next year valentines
Surely my husband will propose, singing love hymns.
The gulls are soaring
Diving for food they’ve located
The beach filled with dead crabs
I am a sailor in the night watching the star
confuses my mind so tired....so tired.
White clouds covering the blue sky
Enchanting me making me dream
Yet when the moon
And the clouds disappear
The dreams turn into a nightmare
And hard it is to understand.
I Will search for tranquillity
I shall locate the ship before it leaves
Where will I search?
This is I, this is me, this is life;
Noah's Ark in the mist of the horizon
I swim, fast and faster
I will climb the ladders of rope
I will congregate with life...again.
The dog and the barks at me
Waggling their tails in joy
I pat their heads
They bite my soul!
The Tom cat shagging in contempt
The female cat screaming with pain;
I watch.....Nature taking place
I am stunned and confused
As playfully they lick each other.
The bull is lying on his back
The cow feeding her calves
No time to drink milk said I
Grapes of divinity shall quench my thirst
Whilst drunk I search for a goat.
With a heart that loses its thumping
The lungs stops me breathing.....
For a while....
The horse, the mare, the donkeys
Crunching damp straw
The rain still pouring down
And I am still thirsty,
As the birds and the bees make themselves known.
Earth and sea are one
A city has been lost to the dolphins
As the sharks bite through the boat,
My house is now empty,
The family no longer waiting
How hard it is to be a good
How easy it is to be bad.
