Scarlet dawn’s amethyst dye engraves vermillion sky
Embossing amber dreams upon nightmares of night
Blushing rosily on ruby arc, glinting mountains high
While reddish filaments woven in lavender float by
Scintillating morn in golden glimmers of daylight
Scarlet dawn’s amethyst dye engraves vermillion sky
Autumn’s crimson leaves fall, rustling languid sigh
As daybreak adorns lilac in brushstrokes of delight
Blushing rosily on ruby arc, glinting mountains high
Where dreary dull dissipates as cliffs of hills beautify
And awed eyes are drawn to eagle’s majestic flight
Scarlet dawn’s amethyst dye engraves vermillion sky
Enticed by sparrow’s quest when robins trills a reply
Enriching brilliance of aura, motifs in mauve excite
Blushing rosily on ruby arc, glinting mountains high
When panoramic passions of fall endearing vibes vie
Embroidered in patterns floating on iridescent sight
Scarlet dawn’s amethyst dye engraves vermillion sky
Blushing rosily on ruby arc, glinting mountains high

"A glance at the magical hues splashed into sky at dawn
Paints a picture of hope in my mind's blank canvas" ~ quote by poet
At the southernmost tip of The Peninsular India,
where the three seas meet at the 'Triveni Sangamam',
the blue waves hum in a surge of excitement,
gurgling, tossing and tumbling,
awaiting the most spectacular moment;
Anticipating the arrival of her Prince of Charm,
the somber sky yearns for his first touch at dawn;
The mighty golden white ball ascends slowly
with his steps steady and gentle - and sees
his beloved - ravishing - and blushing in vermillion hues
immersed in waves of euphoria
as the rising sun's first ray kindles her gloomy spirit;
with a special glow in her face hitherto not seen,
the sky welcomes her beloved with a vermillion smile;
Cherished by the warmth of the sun's magical glow,
the dreamy sky displays hues of hope;
In a rhythmic ballad, the waves of the three seas
sing in chorus, their tale of love.
Note:
Triveni Sangamam - A beach at the southern tip of India in Kanyakumari, where one can witness the sangamam (meeting) of the three seas: The Bay of Bengal, The Arabian Sea, and The Indian Ocean. The sunrise at the Triveni Sangamam in Kanyakumari is a spectacular sight.

Hair
a deep vermillion
with just a hint of orange
reaching almost to her waist
such shiny waves and curls
'twas the envy of other girls
but often they would call her names
their jealousy knew no bounds
it made her cry
she wondered why
her locks of deep vermillion
with just a hint of orange
instilled such hate from many
but despite the names they called her
she rose above these bullies
her deep vermillion hair of red
her crowning glory
she turned his head
now all grown up and so in love
with babies of their own
not one
not two
but three
and all with
hair a deep vermillion
with just a hint of orange
reaching almost to their waist
they love their shiny waves and curls
despite the envy of other girls...

Brilliant brushstrokes of a masterly mind,
golden glimmers of a scarlet sunset emerge
glinting glorious gossamer glow...
viewing vermillion twilight poignant portrait
etch enchanting serene solitude,
peaceful Palms sparkle tender tranquility...
opalescent ocean inspires bliss.

THE VERMILLION LOSS
vermillion
sun rise pants for new day
clouds dally
grief
wears dry eyes
stunned
blue hour blues
Dusk weeps for each lost sun
midnight dreams
vermillion
sun rise pants for new day
clouds dally….
on the loss of my mother

Haiku
The heaviest of heavens pluck the heart
Drawn of bittersweet figures of delight
As with your shadow with these she did play
Different flowers odors do seem
A little bit with the others in hue.......
Saturn lays at the doorstep of love
Hath a spirit of love in the youth
When proud pied June, dressed in all its warmth
The roses so red blooms with sweet sweet smell...........
Cruel of souls of the wicked do play
Cast away cold this frightful day
What more is there to offer
What more I do pray...................
It's quite a burden I do declare
The beautiful light simply went away
The tears are shed on this mournful night
Holding onto souls trying to find the light...............
Oh yes tho almighty One I do pray
Sweeps the mournful many night skies
Looking around searching for the lies
Waiting and searching for the fateful fright...
The deep vermillion do play
With each others hearts come what may
To measure a man at the pearly gates
Look oh look what you will undertake...
The Rose of orange they do play
The hearts of red will love to stay
The tears of yellow will come what may
each and every fateful day......

Color clings to the trees and won't let go,
though Winter has sent an early flurry.
And crimson canopies shake off the snow,
reassuring Autumn not to worry.
Jack Frost's fire excels in setting the trees
ablaze in scarlet and vermillion flames.
And though some snowflakes commandeered a breeze,
Winter's not earned the victory, She claims.
And as the snowflakes swiftly melt away,
Fall's breathtaking scenery gets restored.
And for all those wishing the snow would stay,
Winter's fun, but Autumn won't be ignored.
Brisk breezes bathe in showers of dead leaves,
and migrating geese honk as Autumn leaves.

one cold day in december
the one day that i will always remember
Cold, broken and frozzen on the side
I cant help but wonder what was going though her mine
At first sight i was speachless, nothing to say
and this was the only time i toled myself that i needed to pray
With the unknown knockin at my feet
there was noway i was gonna fine my seat
I couldnt grab ahold of what actualy went down
For that breif moment my world had stop spinnin around
Just imganing how things could of ended
the rest of my life i would of predented
This is were your visions starts to clear
your ears open up and you start to hear
Eyes widen and you start to tear
What just happended has convered every single fear
We all have our fate and there is a time
but this wasnt yours, your fate is of a diffrent kind

To the onslaught of night, daylight is retreating.
In the western horizon, the sun is receding.
Stratus clouds display a reddish hue.
A gloaming precedes the dark, which is due.
In the foreground, I see silhouettes of trees.
They bend, but never break in the breeze.
It is a rare and beautiful sight.
I see vermillion clouds before night.
They seem to signal the coming of the moon.
A silver waxing crescent makes its presence soon.

In the embers of passage across
strangled water , two by three by
seven equals, Nothing but our
imagination & an illusion of Pretence.
To give up forth hence so sweet
in memory , So Bland at present.
I'll take a stab at a month , striving
to be free of all , Yet, craving
the Constant Equation , A padded word cage
& Pitch of Supernova
held softly. Waiting for something
the Artist brushed a cloudburst to the side,
satin canvas cracking as the iron wire scratched
in His New Picture. Until the Moment is up &
wretched
comes the sun.

Forecasts call for red clouds
with a chance of fate
as the people outside
are soaked in vermillion heart-shaped water drops
unable to escape from their match
when dancing in the rain with the other half of their worlds
forming into immortal stars
in this on-ground spiritual galaxy
to carry on the love to the rest in need of light

Crunching through woodland the senses revive
From fresh pine to birdsong the soul feels alive.
Squirrels make haste to stack winter supplies
As amber-winged swallows soar up to the skies.
With persimmon sunsets the sky is suffused
And trees boast their bronze, gold and fiery-red hues.
The full harvest moon beams a warm orange glow
And winks at the smiling plump pumpkins below.
Even Matisse with his palette so bold
Would gaze on in awe to watch autumn unfold.

on a still dawn day
black sky opens a vermillion eye
changing hue to intense fuchsia
then deepest gold
before being pushed aside
by the dilating iris of white gold sun

Oh, my wondrous winter rose!
I live to see you bloom in all your charming chilling grace.
Awaiting your pearly presence to embellish my arctic stance stilled in mystic motion,
where my frosted saccharine soul craves only your ethereal embrace to cast a spell of life.
Although distance divulges myriad of yearnings in vacant vermillion veins,
yet I am willing to weave scintillating seconds in a rosary of tears upon my eyelashes,
till I see you glistening at the edge of every silver splashed storm.
I long to press velvety warmth to your glacial glazed petals with my devoted touch,
as I know how I can comfort pink pastels present somewhere deep in your snow-kissed soul.
Lost and found in each other's gaze,
you and I would tango upon twilight tinted tundras for winters to come.
I dream of us together wrapped under the blanket of icy indigo nights,
where our jasmine scented saga would hymn in our rhyming dewy breaths pouring in majestic monophony.
