My lala mal flats is skinking like that
Shimmy, Jimmy, gimme some of that hat
We're fleshing and flexing, cheek to cheek
meshing, on do-own
Shimmy, little Jimmy will ya break a my heart?
My pushaloopa swish swash skirt
gonna twirl you, swirl you, send you out a this world
Shimmy, Jimmy, don't you walk out on me,
Lay me low, down, lay me easy as pie
Shimmy, little Jimmy, got you by the tip of my nail
Oooh, baby, snickle down by my side,
shake it up, shake it down, and well shimmy
Ah, Jimmy, we skip and twirl like a pair
Your so sply, full eye, so debonair
I flutter and flatter and take to the air.
Shimmy little Jimmy, we can dance out of here
go on for ever, sasashaying praying and snicking
faster than we care. Oooh, play it blue, play it cool
Gonna wind up around you, get you all hot,
Oooh, play it baby, shimmy and skinny and dance out of here.
Santa can't shimmy down chimneys no more.
"My belly won't fit through the flue," he swore!
The reindeer hid a smirk
When Santa went berserk
Fatty Claus will have to sneak in the door

A bejeweled trumpet-playing cat?
You are putting me on, right?
Seriously, she’s in town Saturday. I have two tickets.
If I could get a sitter, I might do that.
“Sitters are easy, get one.”
If you have not guessed, my friend has no children.
It is a quirky joint, where cats shimmy down
poles, wearing brief twinkly costumes,
dancing outrageously, wiggling yellow
neon glowing tail feathers, I laugh at
the pranc-i-ness of their swishing tails.
A white cat with pink and orange
fur, wearing a silver tiara with elaborate
rhinestones on them, comes out stage left.
“It’s her!” someone shouts.
We all watch, waiting.
She pulls a bejeweled box out stage
right, and begins to play.
A bejeweled trumpet-playing cat.
Best day of my life, up ‘til now.
it is a shame
even in some
ways a sham
but i am trying
to reverse some
things like super
man flying back
wards against the
rotation of earth's
gravitational pull
so let me take
your hand but
promising to
give it back
after we
have taken
a relaxing
dip in our
genetic
pool
Elmer loved the drip drip drip sound of April rain
Under comfort of a leaf umbrella, he heard the refrain
It reminded him of his childhood, he felt loved again.
His mother would have been extremely proud of him.
He looked in the pond and saw his old Uncle Jim.
Shimmy shim shim, he sang. “Shimmy shim shim!”
