Best Decries Poems
Over The Horizon, Dedicated To Andrea
Beyond normal sight and imagination
Tho' perhaps a dear new sensation.
Hidden rainbows kiss blue skies
shall we issue cries?
Love begs not
Lies
to thus blot
out what truth decries
as life's greedy little tries
to dismiss such new titillations.
Beyond normal sight and imagination.

Amid the distress and pressure of life,
A salient soul suspires to scamper strife.
Despite bodily weakness and a lingering graze,
Unwavering strength and vitality inside amaze
Breath may be beleaguered, even as the body ails.
Flog to fatten, follow, even if fiefdom fails.
It rises beyond tough times with its optimism.
In desultory days, grasp toward agnosticism.
Nature's gentle whistle splendors serenity.
In the shades of a sunset and bird melody.
The body fails, but the spirit stays hopeful.
It speaks for drive and the resolve to be careful.
It glides amid a storm fearlessly, paving the way.
Amid agony, the soul rises, grows, and stays.
Each rebirth lends the soul wings and a slope.
Despite the gloom, there's still a glint of hope.
Allow the body to suffer and the soul to soar.
Yet it is the spirit that prevails over deplore.
Rejuvenation is the answer to physical illness.
A soaring persona that can bear on grimness
Embrace depth inside; the spirit ablaze is untamed.
Let ailments prevail; rousing spirits set us unblamed.
Despite all odds, the spirit shines brightly amid sorrow.
It climbs above, decries its path, and is never hollow.
Renewal lets you start again, fix harm, and be free.
Honor the body aches as they reveal our glee.
Rebirth lifts the soul, ruining walls and letting in light.
Hardship lends life and shows God's eternal insight.
While bones and skin plunge, souls remain.
With every harm and grief, refuse to be slain.
The probe fire speaks while the body is feeble.
It lights a bright spark that leads us to a needle.
Quote:
If there were no night, we would not appreciate the day,
nor could we see the stars and the vastness of the heavens.
We must partake of the bitter with the sweet.
There is a divine purpose in the adversities we encounter every day.
They prepare, they purge, they purify, and thus they bless.
>>>> James E. Faust

For Light Then Plants Its Invincible Seeds
In that deep darkness, no pity exists
Fate too often decries such on its list
Of destruction and sad, sorrowful woes
Those mortal man feels as hard, heavy blows
Once held within, eyes bled fast to go blind
While lost hope too, seeds a worm-wooded mind!
In that set malaise, how can love rejoice
Human soul sees life as having no choice
But to bend, bow and admit utter defeat
For evil wins and evil always cheats
Agony cries, beast on human flesh dines
Where struggling in morbid black, no light shines!
In that sepulchre no pleas can escape
This world seems but a devilish landscape
Born not for man but for deep disaster
And in it, Fate and Death are two masters
Such is the great power that darkness holds
Mankind seems to be made from broken molds!
Let one ray of Light enter that abyss
Fate then finds that its poison arrows miss
For Light then plants its invincible seeds
Tends new garden removing all the weeds
And Death, its dark-dreaded touch must then wait
For Heaven above cast Light changing Fate!

Rhyme,
( For what is man, if divine Light does not shine )
When distance circles the shoreline
Painfully , a numb breeze decries
How our lackluster glance mirrors
Frail changing of hesitant eyes.
Across night’s starkly blunt edges
Fondness dangles like threadbare reeds;
Knowing warmth is not forever
When moonless summer’s rapture bleeds.
~
My spirit homeless now admits,
This fleeting affair… love resists.

It's too bad there are only English poems allowed,
For I found the most beautiful poem,
the most exact, precise, lush, and sustainable string of words.
But they are from another planet,
A separate universe,
An odd community.
But the words,
Their meaning,
Transfixes time,
Melts the moment.
Decries of new gods.
Turns the very grains of sand into jellybeans.
But, alas, I cannot share it.
Only English language poems are allowed.
Thanks.
Okay, I'll give you the first line:
dlskfh[roeihujn wepfjwpei pweifjw'efipj.
If you knew what that meant.
It would change your world forever.
yes cuddles would be very nice,
with all the sweetness, damn the price,
come sit on my lap and wait for a rise,
restrain me and enjoy me,
come join me at the table,
behind the door of green,
where i can take control of you,
and enter quite unseen,
but deeply felt ,
your touch svelte,
as wet, an yes you are,
i push within your river bend,
a happy cloud of mind descends,
a train of thoughts of love transcends
and suck them tittles, ya:)
do you tease just a bit ...
just another part of the fun...
little bit of comic wit...
still yet perhaps in one.
ah well we have these secret needs,
where love n passion intercedes,
and heat n steam decries our deeds,
just lovers in our fashion,
entitled to our ration,
yet baba yes indeed….
as trickles hum to glossy oaks and skies---
come waltz me in the symphony of rain
enshrining charms adored .... though moon decries
love gone: just let night’s movement whirl again.
Taken from the poem 'Final Dance'
GOODBYE MEANS GOODBYE
You seem to be still feeling down.
Domestic violence decries.
You dragging your feet now.
It’s time for your spirit to shine.
No need to cry.
Wipe the tears from your eyes.
The melodramatic days you have left behind.
You left that man now you want to cry.
Is he worth it Boo?
Go on with your life.
Wipe the tears from yours eyes.
Spread your wings and feel alive.
The melodramatic days are no longer around.
The arguments the volatile environments
A struggle known love took over.
You got your senses in check.
So you left.
Wipe your eyes.
Leave the crying behind and
Ease your mind.
You said goodbye.
Now live by it.

Tears fall, gone the smile so warm, the light of our day.
Where are those deep gentle brown eyes? Doe’s eyes!
Why you, so small, so innocent. Why did you have to go away?
Where do I find an answer? Why were you the one to pay?
I must know! Wrath consumes my heart! No goodbyes!
Tears fall, gone the smile so warm, the light of our day.
You said I love you daddy, on that bright morning in May,
You kissed my cheek. Never more! Where was God my heart decries?
Why you, so small, so innocent, why did you have to go away?
Oh my god I rage! Have you abandoned the people of today?
Is it by the sacrifice of innocent children that you now baptise?
Tears fall, gone the smile so warm, the light of our day.
Does pain ever find solace? When shall we rise above our naivety?
Dreams ended! Futures stolen! Their honeyed words I despise!
Why you, so small, so innocent, why did you have to go away?
These hollow people have my undying ire! A gun is made to slay!
They talk of rights, but in the cold earth my daughter now lies!
Tears fall, gone the smile so warm, the light of our day.
Why you, so small, so innocent, why did you have to go away?

Bill leave me
Hugh will cause a beloved howel
From him – the divine necromancer with magic dowel
If ambition stirs thee to make presidential bid for we Chelsea
Reverberating throughout terrestrial bowel
Analogous to former reigning supreme ringleader Muhammad Ali!
As an obedient student who crossed his t’s and affixed every “I” with a dot
Although high letter grades this older papa never got
(Undiagnosed anxiety inducing pressure cooker symptoms made me hot)
I recognize brilliance, and thus would immediately cast my lot
From the current secretary of state whose political skills right on spot!
One year hence, this democrat will cast his vote
Without doubt maintaining his party line
No matter campaigners with republican huzzahs will tote
Unable to change opinion of mine
Praying that economic maelstrom she can brazenly smote
If necessary seeking oracle of Delphi for a positive sign
Or devising my own catchy slogan to quote
Common as this generic human dust mote
Whose esprit de corps would to the stratosphere float
Like some over inflated helium filled ballooning goat
Kidding nobody that view from on high depicts sinking American boat!
Please take to heart
From this fellow (among ship of fools)
Who decries special interest groups sway to sabotage and up-end donkey cart
With extreme elephantiasis haunting white house with ghouls
With penchant to undermine sacred constitution with graffiti art!
This Joe schmoe of a lame duck nada so soup per poet
(who idolizes billy eve able applications of a cigar re: monica lewinsky)
would be in awe
And inwardly hee-haw
If this poem affected your name to be on ballot garnering cheers from this paw
And knows that in those random polls made of straw
The former forty second first lady gaga to engender revolutionary thaw!
Not all thy fight is flesh and blood
know that it's spiritual;
you cannot win against this flood
the only way out, is God for sure.
Who may they be? thou tempt to ask
do not be scared, for you shall know;
Heavenly beings, to God they task
tear up your flesh, as do the crows.
Only the Christ, turn this around
protect thy mind, thy soul, thy flesh;
we are too frail to halt this sound
we are too weak, we're in this mess.
Known as the Principalities...
they seek to tear you up whole;
my dear, that's no figure of speech
if they could, drink you from a bowl.
It's different with thy neighbour
whom you are tasked to forgive;
unnatural are "their" troubles
but man you are tasked to reprieve.
It's good to have the Armour of God
but if you don't, fret not;
his Mercy thus entails a lot
prayers to Christ, the battles fought!
So pray to Christ, His Mercies fly
keep you safe, by day and night;
spiritual evil He thus decries
the Lord, I AM, be in His Light!
Amen!
Yes modernization is here
Islamic rules have made it clear
Pick up a small stick
And beat her to the wick
Make her understand
Obey your command
Pakistan is the modern land
Live like a man and beat at command
Only though because you care
To make her subservient and thus obey
She must follow your Islamic commands
And bend over for perverted desires in your satanic land
Now death to Israel
For they have committed the crime
Of being modern in un-modern times
As they saved the wounded of Syrians blood
They embrace humanity
Pakistan grabs a small stick
And strikes fear in the sexes
My god is there no common senses?
Notes: This is not to condone or condemn any Country. Merely to show how at times biases take things way out of context. At times the world decries one death, as in humane as next door hundreds of thousands take place under the silent ones of oppression.
Secondly this is specifically about The Council of Islamic Ideology a powerful constitutional body that advises the Pakistani legislature whether laws are in line with the teachings of Islam. There interpretation is of course ludicrous and I am well aware true Muslim worshipers would never follow such violent and antiquated teachings.
This came about from the CNN article http://www.cnn.com/2016/05/28/asia/pakistan-women-light-beating/index.html on the topic. On weekends I often partake in discussions at a Middle Eastern coffee shop, people from all over the middle east, where we have lively discussions. So it’s of note that this poem was the summary and views of the Muslim mates are I was sharing tea with.
Of note, many of them in their own countries could never voice any dissenting views without being tortured or killed.
FOR GOD SO LOVED [JOHN 3:16]
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that
whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life."
***********************
The wars and troubles of today demarcate a greater determination.
We must find the time to repose our lack of togetherness.
John 3:16 decries our lack of faith.
Why do we seek decapitation of a heavenly goal?
Man was given succor by Jehovah.
Might it be a vestibule we seek to pray?
Perhaps, today is to teach all a better way.
In our plights and fights, we must cease.
If we do not, we will end up defeated.
I have been throughout America and seen the joy of hope.
It has never formed to minority groups.
I am this country origin and blood.
For God so loved the world…
In the lens of history, we are.
The aforementioned states why life was formed.
May the will of God not be questioned?
The interpretation is a base of knowledge.
Have faith sisters and brothers!
For God so love the world, he sired a son on earth and whosoever
believes in the life of Christ shall not succumb, but have eternal life.

PENNED ON AUGUST 14, 2014!
Within, without, the
sound of hope
decries,
a place so soft, so
small it begs to
live
in heart - in mind.
In sea of calm set
sail
to dream of spell so
sweet; so kind this
home,
and still this spot.
To touch this grace,
as when
we die; to rest in
sleep before this
dawn becomes
this day. And still
we are as love to
one
to join within one
soul. As if one
heart
could know its place
- inside one soul
alone.
If you could be but
one close thing, as
near
to me as GOD, in
raptured awe my
heart
would sing; to bless
your breath in
sweet, sweet psalm.

love gone: just let night’s movement whirl again.
in love’s tempo as beats far roll to sigh
of final dance-steps drenching our goodbye.
