The Enmity

The Enmity
Seeking justice is the only way you knew how to protect us.
As a juvenile delinquent I was too young to recognize it.
I am always trying to justify it,
Knowing the whole time you had a hold on me that only I could see.
As you continue to play tricks on me,
I was a novice but with your help no one ever noticed.
Discourage by the public, I became irrelevant.
You showed me things that were not true,
You told me that everyone was wrong but you.
They were not the enmity the enmity was you, your lies eventually grew.
Conspiracy theories I let you convince me.
I was weak, and you got the best of me.
Making me believe everyone was out to get me,
And no one could ever love me.
You said he was a cheater, and were cheating on me brought out my insecurities.
Insanity you drove me, anxiety confines me.
Vindictive was all I consisted of.
Taking my past out on everyone that crossed my path.
You controlled my laughter, you told me when I could laugh.
You held my happiness captive in a glass capsule.
Like carbon dioxide you traveled in me throughout my lifetime.
Highly poisonous colorless, and odorless you were my organic carbon.
I am panic stricken and the plot only thickens.
You are my enmity the brain that was giving to me.
My very own paparazzi my mind taking snap shots of me.
I am my worst enemy, the enmity has always been me.
As of right now you control the words that are coming out of me.
You want me to see what you see.
I see the good, the bad, and the ugly that you made me.
My mind has always been in control of me.
Telepathy of my enmity, cofounder of simply me

Paul, Peter and the Tweeter

Paul, Peter and the Tweeter
Why not choose,
a billionaire leader?
One who is not
an eloquent speaker.
Trouble rises,
he robs Paul to pay Peter.
The bold rich need tax savings,
forget about the meeker.

From a distance,
we watch the kingdom teeter.
Him smirking on high,
he thinks "What could be sweeter!"
Why oh why,
did so many choose that cheater?

Global temperature rising,
things aren't the same.
Scientific facts need hiding,
isn't that a shame?
There's new logic he's applying,
says coal dust isn't really flying.
Even though the fish are bitter
and you can't see them under the litter,
no one can turn down the heater.
"Fake News" he says,
check out T-Man's Twitter.
The Country is "Great Again",
cause he ain't no quitter!
Yet people are making less than their babysitter.
Good jobs will go with free trade,
might as well become a waiter.
Otherwise you’ll starve sooner or later.

People happy,
he wants to build a wall.
Mexico will pay,
so build it tall.
More immigrants?
You don't need them at all.
But no one left to pick the fruit,
or to be at your beck and call.
Watch it all fall,
for sure the economy will stall.
No one buying nothing at the mall.
Meanwhile
Klu Klux Klan standing tall.
If they ask him,
T-Man will let them guard his wall.

Look for all the signs,
a leader who's a hater.
Mastertweeting, flatulater.
A logic lacking debater,
self-loving,
self-promoting, congratulator!
If he pushes the button,
we might become a large crater.
He'll spin it and tell those left,
"I'm the great emancipator!"
If you don't believe him,
You’re just another disloyal traitor!

Village in the Valley

Village in the Valley left behind, and then it's a fine find
Mountain in the making...in the dark alleys of my mind

You're a flashlight
In the night
You are a friend
Till the end
Bite the bullet
You're the village in the valley
Ignite the regret
I'm the flag on the mountain that rolled into a dark alley

Talking xo
Thinking ox
Dreaming xo
Sinking ox
Walking xo

Zleep with me, make love to villainous Heros like me, you see?
Excrete your exclamation points on me -
In other words, yell at me all you want
Your words, like castles in a nightmare, haunt and taunt
I felt the gravity 69 times harder this time
I felt the gravity negative 37...I'm commuting a rhyme rhyme

Screwed up inspiration the moment someone calls me...putting up with mental and emotional silent fights
Scatterbrained the moment you tainted me with your poisonous venom of wrongs and rights...

I can hold my breath under above
I can hold on to death even when I live...reviving my will to live
Number 1 thing in mind - your love
I can be bold when I want to...for if myself to give,
Not take...
Human instincts has my life at stake
I ain't fake
Take away the phantoms of the nightfall...
Break away the fall leaves of the crumbled reminders of my free-fall
Just a little busy with myself

Feeling myself
Feeling yourself
Took so much BS
I'm such a fail success

Razor blades in your eyes
Needle your way through me
Tattooing your love loath oaths on truth lies in our lives of highs
Fiddle with my strings, baby

Tear away the cheater in me
Steer away from the waters of wistful desires and errors
Acting like no one cares hehe
Munching on the chips of my despair...my secret admirers

Troublesome liar...
Put out the fire
In me heart, oh lovely life cart
Take heart or I'll shatter apart

Shrugging away the words I speak
Peace be with you, cheating death
Reap what you sow and patch up the leak
That let go of all of the Liquid of Lament in our busy lazy lives...take a breath
Into me
Into me...
Inhale destiny
Exhale reality
Beat life into me
No where to flee
We are Queen and King
Of our despondent tragedies
Give me a Middle finger ring
Because I messed it up...our temporary, blissful relationship full of happiness and miseries

Back in time my mind turns to
Up late again, sick of being apart of this corrupted crew
Stone-hard love is what you gave me...baby, don't leave me to be with me...alown with my ghosts to a certain degree
In return, I gave you black roses, splattered with my blood, my plea of free me...I'm so worthless and dainty

I acted like a bitch, I'm sorry
Fix me, I'm a backwards clock
Change my future to beat the failures of the past...that would make me dance in glee
Run the distance and be my rock

Classical music plays in my mind
Like a pingpong match all along
Pop and rock music made me blind
But, I love the ignorance...not fully understanding right and wrong
Listen to song in my heart
Listen to poetry I had in mind
Listen plea-please
Heal my-my disease

Lost the grip of the hope rope
I won't say my yes or nope
To your danger-of-peril questions
Sick of your senseless decisions
Cope with me, the reckless slut and slave of sin
Rape me with your gruesome passion...from deep within

Snarky remarks I love, but secretly hate...what is my ultimate fate? How low or high is my emotional rate? Great...
Snobby looks I undoubtably despise
Arrogance and humility are opposites that attract like fish to bate
Lately, I was looking up to the wise at least in my weary, naive eyes

Mate, look into my mirror
You'll see beauty you haven't seen yet inside and outside of you
Disdainful rain made it a blur
Sorry, sir...you don't know me and my true colors I bet! Hah, where have you been?

What doesn't harm you
Makes you last longer
What doesn't kill you
Makes you live stronger

Moving on...before the break of dawn, dusk departs from me from now on and on and on
Broken be, but God is a miracle-carver, rolling in my inner veins~~
A mender from the start to the finish line, hope is gone and seeking His ever-accepting son
I haven't been to Harvard University, but it doesn't necessarily mean that I don't have brains (€@})

It's too late to change
That's what I thought at first
Why doubt? It's time to rearrange
Beat this race of disgrace before we are assumed as the worst
Who cares what they say
This is our victory day
Hush those haters and make us look greater than good
It's all Good here, no room for fear, but of devouring faith food
Off the ground
Wings turn to ashes
I can fly without physical powers without a sound
Pockets full of cashes

Villagers vocalize their shouts and praise...we are making their days like roses that sprout in the month of May - that's bae and my heart goes cray-cray these days
Headed our direction in a single sugarcoated phrase
I'm going through a phase of confident modesty
You're going through a stage that I'm not on yet... We're on another page in sheer honesty

Shake off the stress
Shower me with alone belong
Make me feel progress
Write me a heartfelt song...dingdong someone's home - a haven you called friend all along

You're a flashlight
In the night
You are a friend
Till the end
Bite the bullet
You're the village in the valley
Ignite the regret
I'm the flag on the mountain that rolled into a dark alley

Young and free
That's what it's meant to be
Flee from me, anxiety
Embrace me, be happy
Stay, don't stray
I heard you flew with another bird
Hey, don't go away
I loved you, speaking lullabic poetry for you in every single way
I pray you return the favor
Sprinkle salt and pepper
Upon my distasteful flavor
You're a keeper, my beloved lemon pepper...I wanna hear your luv purrrr and your whispering murmur
In my keen, hu-hungry ears...
Longing to hear those words
For a couple of marvel years...
I apologize for the insults I threw at yah a while back...I heard they were absurd, but it came out as rapid as once-caged-freed-birds

Beautiful you, morning dew
Hideous me, cow's hilarious moo
We were meant to be, booboo
Shoo, hate, shoo...you too...

I'm the village in the valley
You're the flag on the mountain
You are Frankenstein in a dark, lonesome alley
And I'm the man who's weeping a fountain
For a secure foundation
For our relevant relationship
For the sake of your satisfaction
Take a dip into my waters of wistfulness and get a grip
We were once a wretched ship, sinking fast
Now we are one with our friendship, growing vast
Forget and forgive the future, present and past

Let's make sure this adequate time spent together will never last
As long as I am your valley
And you, my mountainous alley

AN IRISH JOB HUNT

Me and McGee, Both needed a job
But the Boss, only needed One man
So he gave us a test
To find who was best
It seemed like a very fair plan

We finished the quiz, we done in a wiz
As we handed them to the old Sod
Then we waited to see
Just who would it be,
The one going home with a job

Then he said right to me
It's as plain as could be
Although your tested the same
The job is all yours
You'll be running my stores
Then thanked McGee having came

So I asked the boss
Why'd you give him the toss
Since we both got the last question wrong
Then He proceeded to say
In a professional way
And explaining it didn’t take long

"Well, when, at the last question
You wrote "I don't know”
And I won’t say your friend is a cheater
But on the same question
McGee, went and wrote
A simple reply 'Me Neither"

The Cheater that He Is

Passion made its case
No time for contemplation
Full steam ahead, that new infatuation

Two bodies blended sweetly
But the body tricks the mind
Somewhere along a heart was left behind

But he was so alluring
Like magnets, his brown eyes
And a smile that could hide a million lies

And in that cheaters bottle
Was the antidote to guilt
So numb until the morning it was spilled

When the sun illuminated
The unfaithful things he did
He finally caught a glimpse of what he is

To My Super Souper Friends

Alot of you folks have been able to say what you feel this holyday season with exquisite
wording and beautiful sentiments. I can't do that. Maybe if I tell you a story about a
little kid who was raised and worked on a farm. A farm boy in a class of city kids is ridiculed
for some reason and beat up alot cause that proves to city kids that they're strong when
they beat up a farmer kid. So I did the best I could with my sense of humor, got beat up
when challenged and avoided other confrontations by learning to run real fast! When they
picked teams for basketball, I was odd kid out. Too little. I found it hard to fit in anywhere.
One fine day our 7th grade teacher gave us a homework assignment to write a poem
which we would read aloud in class the next day.The stipulation was that, on your honor, you
could have no help whatsoever. A solo project.
After chores that night, I did as she said and was surprised at how easy it was. The
next day, when it was my turn, I timidly read aloud to the class the first poem I ever wrote.
When I finished, I awaited the verdict . All was quiet. The teacher told me to sit down. I did.
She then admonished me for cheating on my assignment and getting help. Of course I did
not. I still vividly remember how it felt to have all my peers watching me as our teacher
dismissed me for a cheater with a look of disdain on her face. I was speechless, devastated
and embarrassed by what others thought.
The experience pushed me deeper into myself than I had ever been.. It's amazing to me
how these feelings are resurfacing en force as I write about it. I've written poetry on and off
since then but never taken it seriously. It was just some force that reared itself once in a
while until it was subdued by writing one.
Now, in the autumn of my life, something very strange and wonderful is happening. I
have been introduced to you, my poetry soup friends. The injustice done to my poetic soul is
every day being identified by myself, rectified and healed by your loving support. I'm no
longer throwing my poems away. You have given me in two months what has been missing
since the 7th grade. You have given me courage, confidence, encouragement and the
companionship to take up where I was left off. Because of all of you, I can grow again. I was
at a stalemate in alot of things and then this. Coincidence? More like Christ incidence. Get it?
YOU are my Christmas gift from Love come down! This is my card to you.
 GOD BLESS YOU ALL.- ROBERT

Cheater Cheater

Cheater Cheater
I am sorry for you both he has an hour to live
Is there anything else you would like us to give?
Our baby boy was given a death sentence,
What could we do - this made no sense.
With pain in our hearts we handed him over,
To doctors and drips he was covered all over.
They do say miracles don’t happen today,
But how wrong they are because he’s with us this day.
The grim reaper he cheated many years ago
Twenty one years later he’s still on the go.
Meningits he cheated, it did not get him
He’s healthy and happy tall good looking and slim.
So keep your heads high and don’t give up hope,
All those with the problems, we pray you will cope.

Cheating

Cheating

Cheating means you’re telling lies,
Women, Lousy Jack, despises,
But hurtful to a lover, is,
Finding out, not hers, but his.

Cheating means you’re telling lies,
Much worse than eating flies,
Be a man, she cries and cries, Be supportive too.

Cheating means you’re telling lies,
Not hard to analyize, the creeper,
Sneaking love so hot it fries, Lover, not the leaper.

Cheating means you’re telling lies,
Sometimes self, he does despise,
Feels so bad he inward cries, Sad girl is the weeper.

The 1st Television Misogynist

He was small and portly but their leader
didn't want anyone in the club being a cheater
with everyones full attention while seated
he reiterated his drastic thoughts and feelings,

Explaining to his buddies to steer clear
of the feminine gender some held dear
saying they were just a pain in the neck
so just to ignore them he told them was best,

The meeting was adjourned and Spanky closed the door
straightening his "Women Haters Club" sign once more
with Alfalfa feeling confident he wouldn't cave in
till Darla started flirting with him once again….

The Bully

He’s so cute
I wonder if he saw me
Oh he did
He did
He wants me to be his girlfriend?
Yippie

But I’m new
I don't know hardly anyone
Maybe I should wait
Uh, sorry?

The name calling starts
Teacher’s pet
Dork Breath
Cheater
Smarty Pants

When will it end?
Please stop
You're hurting my feelings
But it continues on

No one stands up for me
Everyone just blows it off
Like it’s nothing
But it’s not nothing

It’s changing me
I can't sleep
I can’t eat
I don't want to go to school
And face the sixth grade anymore
I should've said yes
Just one little, three letter word

Can I drop out?
Oh, yeah
I can’t til I'm at least sixteen
With parental consent

It continues
Teacher’s pet
Dork Breath
Cheater
Smarty Pants

What to do
What to do
Dad, why am I so stupid?
What’s wrong with me?
Why can't he treat me like
Everyone else?

Relax, everything will be fine
Now…
He can't hurt you anymore

What would you do,
If you saw bullying?

I dont want a relationship

If you’re a liar, cheater, drama starter, a trifling ***** or don’t like me; I don’t want a relationship unless you can prove to me that not all women are the same. No your words don’t mean nothing to me. No I can't trust you. No I don’t believe you. Promises are nothing but spoken words to me. I know I’m not your one and only so don't say so. No I’m not the world. No my beauty doesn’t make your day. No my laughter isn't music. No I’m not a rebound so I’m not going to sit here and wait until you're ready. And no I won't wait on your call. No you can't see the world in my eyes. No my smile isn't magic. No I’m not too good to be true; more the less your wishes came true. I am a prince; but not yours. I don't need your money. I'm not different; trust me. Really I’m not looking for a fairytale. I don't wish to be your everything but I do want to be a major. I don't need you to be thinking about me every second of the day. Make me believe that we can forget about the world just by holding my hand. Tell me I’m beautiful, but only if you mean it. Miss me when I’m gone; so I can miss you to. Let me become your favorite guy, so you can be my favorite girl. No I’m not looking for a princess............. I want a woman that wants me to be myself. &*! With me there is no second chance so you better keep me while you got me. I think you know the rest.

I'll Cry No More For You

Seems long ago - a distant time, at first when I saw you
My heart did leap within my chest; was love to spring anew?

I should have known, I couldn't see, enthralled I was with you
The guard that was upon my heart had lifted and withdrew

When from the start our passion flowed - so intimate were we
We'll stand a test of time and stay as close as two can be

Long walks beneath the twilight skies and joyous times we shared
We spoke of secrets buried deep and still our passion flared

Betrayal! sudden and complete - a knife has pierced my heart!
Your other "lover" on the phone?!? You Cheater!! It's time to part!!

Oh ache, oh heartache go away; sweet sleep, please come to me
These tears, these rolling tears must stop - I need to be set free!

How sad it is when love runs cold; Loves' flames die down and wane
The mind is filled with memories; the heart is wracked with pain

Too long I've felt this emptiness in finding you untrue
And though I'm filled with sadness now - I'll cry no more for you

The Last Chapter

Through the gap between the closed drapes
A maid peers in a daze
An ashtray upon the table
Held her undiffused gaze

Clearly there was bright red lipstick
Circles upon some butts
A golden earring lies close by
Lying cheat drives her nuts

The fog lifted revealing all
Airline ticket back home
A scoundrel, cheater, liar, creep
In the night he does roam

A teardrop fell upon the floor
As the click opened lock
He slept peacefully this last night
Gun shots silenced by the clock

An airline ticket now possessed
Swifter than that jet plane
Around the block to catch the same
Click, clack the sound mundane

Last chapter typed upon white sheets
The typewriter now still
Headlines plastered across front page
Lovers in motel were killed

Graceful Loyalty

You sounded so lovely
When you were a million miles away from me
You are the thorns on my side
My humility scratched away your pride

It’s a love-hate relationship frankly…honestly…

I still hold on to graceful loyalty
Because you make me feel this royalty
When deep down inside,
I feel like a disaster and something in me has died

I want you back in my arms…
I would never do you harm…
I wonder if you’d ever feel me next to you
When you are alone in your room of doom…I haven’t a clue…
What I’m doing here, thinking of you with tears in my eyes
I feel this sudden, familiar fear…reduced to mere lies…

We made love several times…
Sorry for these lame rhymes…

I still hold on to graceful loyalty
Because you make me feel this royalty
When deep down inside,
I feel like a disaster and something in me has died

Sorry for my negativity by and by
I’m just painfully shy…and I don’t know why
I was a cheater and I’m sorry for that
I didn’t fall in love with her…now, I’m like a homeless cat,
Hopelessly gazing at the house of cleanliness…
I’m sick of feeling this filthy distress…
I just want success –
I work hard for it – yes!
Illuminati puppets filled my eyesight on YouTube…
I didn’t mean to act insane…sorry if I act rude…

I still hold on to graceful loyalty
Because you make me feel this royalty
When deep down inside,
I feel like a disaster and something in me has died

I tried and I tried to tell you that you’re my one and only
I don’t want to be part of the crowd – I’ll remain the Lonely
I’m freezing fire to your soul…baby, I love you till the day I die
I’m drowning in my poverty pool…darling, don’t watch me cry

Give me your all and love me all night long
I bang my fist against the wall…I was wrong about you all along –
You are the best thing
You’re my everything
I miss you so much and I need you to abide by my side
I need you…I want you too…the stars above are shining bright tonight, so swallow your pride…
You’re going along with my bipolar ride…

I’m trying to get a grip…I’m swimming in the deep like a million otters
Rest in peace, sorrow
I’m like an elegant, glittery ship against the raging waters…my heart still endures
Till the end of time, so no worries – there’s always tomorrow
To make it up to me
That you’ll stick by my side at all times…
Please excuse these lame rhymes

Instead, I’ll give you my graceful loyalty in return
Hopefully, I ease our relationship’s burn – it’s my turn
To give you all of me…
To give you all of me…
Prudence lies on my lips…
Your saliva of shameless sanity will drench them with affection
Maybe, one day, you’ll give me True, Divine Direction

Thank you kindly for your prudent pride
Wait, I lied – but I forgive you…well, at least I tried
Rose pedals collapse in Your Right Hand
Then, suddenly, I understand where I stand

I gave you all of me
I gave you all of me
Because of my graceful loyalty
It was all because of your temporary freedom
Still waiting patiently for His Lovely Kingdom
Come, Kingdom, come

It’s a love-love relationship spiritually
When I’m with you, self-control is lost…physically…sensually…

Franked

Jill Johns was famous as a hot dog eater
Not a soul in the country could defeater.
But some didn’t go in her mouth
She diverted them to the south.
Now ex-fans dog her as a wiener cheater.

The Journey of a Fool

A man sits anxiously aboard his flight.
It was just months ago in full moon’s light
his wife and kids he started to betray.
The journey of a fool begins today.

That night in full moon’s bloom, he met the face
that launched his thousand ships. His fall from grace
had barely started when she went away.
The journey of a fool begins today.

So brief their fling! So little that he knew
about his lover. Yet his passion grew
till lunacy infection in him lay.
The journey of a fool begins today.

Not having knowledge of her married state,
he flies to her. Their lives he’ll devastate!
Good sense and sanity have gone astray.
The journey of a fool begins today.

Brutal Honesty

Brutal honesty I dared myself to write, so without hesitation writing brutally honest I begin. Demons control the facade of angels that surround me, I'm loved, though demented. Webs of deceit control the strands of truth I spin, sober under the constant influence of drugs. Justifying sin with the temptation of forgiveness, because only My God not yours, can judge. So vengeance erupts forth with haste, though your God forgives, mine allows to seek revenge. So within no future ado allow me to introduce, my new poem, "Who I really am". A force, a disciple, a testimony of hardships, a story needing to be told. A convict, an addict, a prisoner by law, a tainted and unsaved soul. Manipulator, manipulating my manic depression as an excuse to continue my sin. Cheater, liar, thief, praying wrongfully that some others life may come to an abrupt end. Evil intentions intended on indicting others sickness to hide my own sickness within. Plotting revenge on enemy's, not accepting apologies, refusing to forgive and forget. Brutally honest I dared myself to write, but now with hesitation I allow these words to be revealed. Yet it is up to you to believe these words are honest, or am I using them to keep my secrets concealed.

Run Rhino Run

Run rhino run, just like cousin cheater
Cheat on them
They are coming again ,now it’s against
Like brother lion fight back

Their stories are made, maiming your horn
They have been there in Bukavu and left it dry
They have been in Bujumbura, left it bloody
Run my rhino run; give them a run of their money
Run rhino run, don’t fight on their folly, just run

Run to the deep forest of Mayombe, straight to
Let them not catch you, kill you, evil
Fight to the core of you skill
Defend your skin
Run to the hut of MADIBA
Hide your horns

Remove them before you perish,
Listen it’s a fight not against you
It’s a fight against me,
I am your shepherd
I cry all the time, their
Bullets designed to eliminate you, my flock

Run rhino run, quick to me, refuge
Fight not evil by evil
Fight not greed by lies
Just run and live,
If you can fly high into the heavens of gods

Run rhino, you can run, quicker than their arsenal
The visas said kill not,
Their passport said you are none
The licenses said kill the shepherd
Spare not the sheep

Run rhino run,
Find me at the corner
Hold me, strong majesty

Broken Hearted Cheater

She stays with her unfaithful guy
The way she was raised the reason why
Living with and loving him for half her life
He in return gives her a life full of strife
She asks herself does she love him still
But, knows in her heart she always will
Her vows she honored till death did they part
Years later her unfaithful guy died of a broken heart

Entered this poem in P.D.'s contest because it seems the sponsor I had written it for
thought it needed worked on. This does happen in life but maybe I could have explained it better.(I worked so hard to get the message across)
