Twined as lecture
Recital of yellow
Beckon brown
Revile of green
Tustled hearth


Baby babysit looks like
It's gonna hail
Jump and jive

As sent

The beginning or The end?

The wind stood still, the stars held breath,
Two voices rose in life and death.
One whispered start, one thundered close,
Each pulled the soul where no one knows.

Beginning sang with morning light:
"Come rise with me, embrace the fight.
Your dreams are seeds; they’ve just been sown—
Why fear the path you’ve never known?"

End replied in velvet tone:
"But peace is

Peace and beauty begin the day

In morning I hear the Blue Jay speak
The rising sun leaves a bright streak
for miles through the window, I pray

amazes me repeatedly
Gratitude fills my home, I stay

Your Problems Begin with You

I heard my God say as I mowed yesterday,
It hurt me but still it was true.
"The moment you tell me someone needs to change,
I begin to start working on you!"
If you think they aren't giving or even forgiving,
Then add those to what you sometimes do.
The way you are to love, should reflect mine above,

There is friendship after love

Where do I begin to place the question that weighs upon my soul

Where do I begin to place the question that weighs upon my soul, to reveal the sin that gnaws silently,
To confess the obsession that holds me captive in chains of thoughts, seeking your wise counsel,
I walk on thin ice, with a trembling heart and uncertain steps, fearing the price I shall pay,
Will I regret this

Begin with a groove, some delicious, soulful melodies interwoven with genres including jazz, neo-soul, lo-fi hip-hop, jazz sub-genres/
 with spoken word tricks in the mix with programmed drums, turntables, looping  in Sonny Rollins, Elvin Jones, Hubert Laws, Lonnie Liston Smith/
 add some house music word with a vibrant, rhythmic pulse packin' the dance floor/ so hey, whatcha say to the DJ as he's laying down beats, experimenting

With End, We Begin

The journey we started
Is going to end
One more year we left
With some real or pretend

Some bittersweet moments
We really adore
And we packed them
That we captured in 2024

We will get everything 
'This Time'. Not sure 
But memories left in mind 
Are always pure

A Journey to Begin Again

 

I open the book of time once more and again
outside snowflakes fall and my world is full of snow
a thousand knife's stab my heart forever and ever
I see my memories scattering like dust
I have been so sad these past days with tears falling
for this part of the journey cannot be helped
at times my thoughts

most people's lives begin when they die

after the final breath, the silence of nothingness.
lies the physical husk, the shell of nobody less.
and many come around to pay attention to the deceased.
almost as if the soul is brand new and life has been released.

they recall memories of the one, hold them in high regard, lifting them.

Morning hoofs a trail of smoke,
Horsepower for modern folk,
With eyes slightly open for pay.
Watch others dive in, do backstroke.

Let's all celebrate
Motivate and innovate
Let's all have incredible fun
The one that will last more than a lifetime
Every four years, it is that time
Again and again, let's us sprint, jump, run
Like happy rabbits, like flying cheetahs
Let's us enjoy all sports and the hoopla
