I'm in my Easter bunny outfit
fitting right in with the crowd.
If I close my eyes I hear the disco music
and blend in with the other groupies.
Life is simple as we parade our youth,
just another bunny without a care in the world.

had come. Your job. on. earth
was done. Although ill, you raised your
eaglets well. You are never really
gone; Your legacy lives on. You
brought us all together.
May your journey
find fair weather
back to nature
and your sky.
God's speed, my
Queen. Fly high.
Learn to live with adjustments,
Or quietly demise in discouragements.
Learn to accept some things and move on,
Or complain continually and die alone.
Learn, live, and love in hope of eternal life.
Reject a life filled with debate and strife.
There was one who mused of living too long.
He was sad because his money was gone.
The value of life is not predicated by money,
Nor whether the skies are cloudy or sunny.
At the end of the day, when you've had your say,
Will the world around you be sunny or grey?
Practice till it becomes natural.
I smile and everything around me changes.
The world's a better place.

Choosing to be heard honestly, the right words are crucial to
lightening the load, bandaging broken-ness as well as harboring hope.
And in addition, the voice tone, facial expression and body stance
are worth attending to in order to establish a sincere apology.
M indfulness soothes ~~ mind and soul
I t sets people free from trapped emotions
N eed for us all to practise it
D o a journal, be thankful everyday ~ for something
F or it is a road map to freedom ~
U nderstanding , to see through new eyes
L earning to tolerate the emotions we feel
N eed to alter our lives ~ altering attidudes
E ndevouring to live in the moment
S eeing to hold infinity in the palm of your hand
S oaring ~ to new heights in life
When down in the dumps, smile anyway ~

A positive outlook will always pay off.

I invite peace within my circle,
shut out the negative that's toxic.
I dwell on what's positive and
keep my distance of all that's poison.
I fill my head with thoughts that
will contribute to a better life.
I chase away any dark thoughts
that bring with them foul clouds.
