Before it ends, before it shall be yore,
Before the beating hearts shall beat no more;
Before our lives shall fade to what's in store;
Before all this, this moment, let's adore.
Sifting through the bargain clothes
At the bargain store
She was tall as the sky
Covered in marks of life
Creating her own blue song
Through poetic motion
She radiated mystery
Shining the light I need
the light I want to be
She must be a product of magic
She must see through another realm
No need for words
Her spirit is where reality blurs
Forever writing her own blue song
Through perpetual poetic motion
She radiates the mystery
She is the very light I need
the light I want to be
In the song of life
we learn to love each other
as God commanded
In the vast sky of love, only the heavens and you I adore,
I breathe a double life, loving, a paradox of yearning’s core.
In light reflects the infinite of cherished eyes,
In your gaze, the sky unfolds, boundless, like a mirage that never dies.
I gaze into the space of sky, my sight embraced by azure’s hue,
In your eyes, I find the same expanse, a time pure and true.
The depth of your gaze, the depth of the sky, a divine abyss,
I float like a swan on waves, between two infinities I exist.
Thus, cast upon the earth, we rise to the sky, in love’s ascent,
A paradox of existence, where love becomes a wind’s gentle vent.
I love you and the sky, only the heavens and you, my dear,
An eternal dance between two worlds, where dreams become a star so clear.
I adore
And you abhor
I love
And you loathe.
I love you forever
And you loathe me
Regardless of your demeanor
I will always show pity.
I love you with a passion
I adore you with devotion
Love is a panacea, a remedy.
I adore you and you abhor me
I love you and you loathe for no reasons and no grounds
Mind you, karma knows no seasons and no bounds

~ A Story You'll Surely Adore ~
('Suicide's a Pain')
As I was about to enter the store
I was smacked by a malfunctioning door
Without so much as the slightest warning
or a perfunctory good morning
Astonished more than stunned
I took off at a brisk run
to inform the manager-on-duty
of the door that had greeted me so rudely…
When I’d finished my story, to my utter surprise
the manager muttered: “Lies, lies, nothing but lies”
My jaw dropped and I exclaimed, “Why? Why? Why?”
the manager replied, “We’ve an epidemic of spies”
“Spies from our competitors,” he continued
“that’s why we smacked you upside your head”
In disbelief and rage, I said, “Well, I never” –
pivoted right back into that door ~
and keeled over dead
The sun shining so bright and the sky so blue,
There isn’t a day where I don’t adore you.
Once in a deep dark mental place,
You came outta nowhere my saving grace.
You brought my mind back to happy times,
Positive and love, it should be a crime.
I never thought I’d ever be this way again,
But here I am on life’s happy train.
There isn’t a day where I don’t think of you,
It’s like you’re stuck to me with invisible glue.
Now don’t get me wrong it’s where I want you,
Us together an inseparable two.
I can never stop adoring you.

For My Darling Little Sister, My Punky
I gave Him all thanks when she was born,
my sweet event, my newborn, babe sis.
All that she did, did my heart adorn.
Loving her when seven was valued bliss.
I brought Mom warm wash cloths each change time,
and told her when new bottles were prime.
Joy was snuggling her in bed or a chair.
My Elizabeth Jane's skin was fair,
with a cute button nose and eyes sky blue.
Five ten's have passed and my sis' love stays true.
Blood rushes behind my eyes. Ocean waves
crash as I turn my head, tilting to get a better
view of you. But that’s impossible, isn’t it? No
view is adequate. How should one look at David?
My lips are dry. I’m fainting, surely. Cells melt
and mix, transfixed as you walk by. Unknowing.
You adore the moon only when it is full and bright
across the endless expanse of the night sky.
That is why I fear your love,
like a storm approaching slowly, yet surely, in its silence.
Who can tell me that you will continue to love my shadows,
when my soul is blue and heavy,
when I do not shine under that blinding light that draws you,
when I feel like a falling star, lost in the night?
When I feel like a disappointment reflecting on the surface of a tranquil lake,
hiding the depths of my unrest,
when I doubt myself and fail to reach the heights you dream of,
when I am lost in my own insecurities?
I fear your love like a fragile flame,
that burns only when the wind is silent and the world is still,
for who can promise that you will stay when the clouds gather,
covering the moon’s light, leaving only darkness to reign?
When the brightness fades and only I remain,
with all my imperfections, as I am, without pretense or masks?
I adore
the number four.
Anywhere
you see a square,
the number four
is there.
A warm summer night
Sky filled with stars
A beautiful woman
Adored from afar
Sparking Eyes
Pearls in the ocean
Skin Silky and soft
Pure poetry in motion
Soul fill with Compassion
Heart filled with love
A friend for life
Like a gift from above
Light blue Skies
Wispy white clouds
I look in your eyes
And shout out loud
Sun sets over the ocean
A bright orange glow
My only wish
Is the world to know
This woman I adore
To the end of the earth
I absolutely love you
It's you whom I adore
There's no one else besides you
Who I'm I so crazy for
And if we ever get to
You'll see what I've in store
From day one that I met you
Since then I've wanted more
I know your challenge is a key
You, dear man, believe in me
So long my muse has
Flown from sight
Now here I sit
My challenge?
Write!
The sweetest guy
I am in awe
These poems?
The silliest I ever saw.
But challenge me, and I will write!
How many will I do tonight?
Poet friends, be patient please
As finally I'm writing! These!
A little Child is born in a poor cattle stall.
On this Christmas morn God came down to us all.
Every star in the sky looking down from above
To praise and glorify the new-born Lord of love.
Come now, let us sing
Our praises to the King.
Come, let us adore the Lord.
To shepherds out in the fields watching over their sheep
The angels came to reveal the promise God keeps.
They said, "Be not afraid, for we tell of God's birth.
In a manger is laid the King of all the earth.
Come now, let us sing
Our praises to the King.
Come, let us adore the Lord
Before the Child I fall down upon my knees.
Before the Lord of all, the Prince of peace.
To the Child I pray, come be close by my side,
Ever nearer, please stay, until the morning light.
Come now, let us sing
Our praises to the King.
Come, let us adore the Lord
