Oh for pity's sake put some clothes on,
the bracing air will steal your breath..
and I need you to stand and stay strong.

Cold comfort thrills from your chill touch
help me recall why I adore you so...

A chin of the ages rests on my shoulder in sweet affection,
two arms encircle my world in every direction.

Redtail hawk riding a thermal looks down..
what caught its gaze I wonder..

Will the day lend a hand through a pestering cloud,
or roll its eyes in thunder?

Such a fine firebrand you've stoked,
as I shave my face and call your bluff.,

Wishing the once would last forever..
though once was more than enough.

Oh How I Adore Thee

Lord I love You for so many reasons beyond comprehension,
the way You light up my life during strife is so unbelievable.
You have brought Salvation through the gift of Ascension,
for the moments of righteousness are so unconceivable.

The way You light up my life during strife is so unbelievable,
I have found the way to Heaven’s door following Your path.
For the moments of righteousness are so unconceivable,
as You have saved me from the depths of hell’s evil wrath.

I have found the way to Heaven’s door following Your path,
You severed my ties from the devil with comfort and ease,
as You have saved me from the depths of hell’s evil wrath,
all my anguish and torment has begun to rapidly cease.

You severed my ties from the devil with comfort and ease,
You bring out the good in my life through bestowing amenity.
All my anguish and torment has begun to rapidly cease,
Lord, I pantoum You with this gift of my heartfelt poetry.

You bring out the good in my life through bestowing amenity,
delicately capturing my essence in things formed in creation.
Lord, I are You with this gift of my heartfelt poetry,
as You bring me a heartwarming and sincere sensation.

Delicately capturing my essence in things formed in creation,
You sense my weakness and make me strong when insecure,
as You bring me a heartwarming and sincere sensation,
You lifted me up from the troubling and darkened obscure.

You sense my weakness and make me strong when insecure,
I pull through without pain nor any difficult emotions.
You lifted me up from the troubling and darkened obscure,
showing me undying faith in me with intense devotion.

I pull through without pain nor any difficult emotions,
as You heal my aching wounds with Your gentle hands,
showing me undying faith in me with intense devotion,
for I know You are the only saving One that understands.

As You heal my aching wounds with Your gentle hands,
You have brought Salvation through the gift of Ascension.
For I know You are the only saving One that understands...
Lord, I love You for so many reasons beyond comprehension.

Premium Member I Adore Stunning Spring

I see pretty flowers
in gardens and bowers

Vivid gold daffodils
line the banks of deep rills

Fledgling chicks spread their wings
listen as songbirds sings

Little lambs play in fields
I love all that spring yields

These Eyes Adore You

Time after time ~ Our hearts intertwine ~ You're the shape of my Valentine

True Love Is Made Moving Forward Never Affraid

Capturing all of life's tender moments
With a beautiful lady who is going to play it smart
A rare jewel with a poetic heart
Who understands love from the very start
Becoming what every man dreams of finding
A woman whose word is binding

Your inner beauty so warm and full of life
What a wonderful wife you will be
For a man like me
The kind of woman who lightens up a room
So lovable always in full bloom

With God we stand ten feet tall
Knowing he is there to catch us when we fall
Willing to share your life with the right man
Who wants to do it hand in hand
Both of us understanding the good lord has brought us
Right where we are standing

Building our way to heavens gate
With you, my life's going to turn out so great
The good lord writing our fate
In our hearts, we have found our soulmate
Life with you is my dream come true
Finding a love as pure as my own
Definitely what you have shown

My ship has come to shore
With a woman I adore
Lifting us up so we might explore
Every bit of life and so much more
Love like ours that has rocked our inner core
Shooting to the heavens where it will truly soar
God lights the way as we come ashore

He hears us when we pray
God is the light, God is the way
That doesn't change from day to day
His love is in our hearts to stay
It's where true love is made
Moving forward never afraid
Always together so well played

Premium Member I Adore My Piles of Clothes

I am a semi-hoarder; not quite there yet, but on my way
because I love having things sit around in piles.
Piles are a comfort to me.

If you put my clothing into drawers I may not find them again.
Thus, I have a chair pile, a clothes tree pile and a bathroom pile.
Not to mention the guest room bed pile of clothing.

These are my favorite things to wear.
I am able to get them when I want them.
They are easy to find; because I can readily see them.

Someday I may have developed into a true hoarder.
I will have muskrats living in the living room
and a family of raccoons diving under the beds.

I may or not see them or the beavers in the bathroom
based on how high and deep my piles have become
Today I grab up my favorite orange sweatshirt
and celebrate my piles.

Closets and cupboard drawers are not for everyone.
Certainly not for me; I have lost more in there
than I have ever found.

Premium Member The Lady I Adore

You know I can love you,
It's happened before.
I saw in your eyes,
The lady I adore.

My heart is still with you,
Where ever you go.
I still want you to know,
You're the lady I adore.

I should have told you.
That I love you.
I told you once before.
I should have told you right then.
Before you walked out the door.

You know I still need you.
Your tender company.
I need a little bit more.
From the lady I adore.

I should have told you.
I need you.
I need you to stay.
I should have told you that day.
The day you walked out the door.

Because..you know I can love you,
It's happened before.
I saw in your eyes,
The lady I adore.

I Adore You Girl

You wonder why I so love write,
Coz’ got this so feeling that seems to be right!
Found this girl who is a figure of life.
Just love her like my well future wife.

She painted me things that I haven’t ever seen,
Her smiles are sparkles like a one fluffy scene.
I always look forward to listen to her,
She speaks really fine and I so adore her.

I always see her singing like a simple princess,
Will she notice me in me my ever cutest glances?
If she won’t talk or even stare at me? That’s fine!
She brought me so much joy and put me on this line.

Thanks for bringing out the best in me.
You are the reason why I see myself in certainty.
Though you have no idea how you changed my fate,
Forever to admire you girl and that’s my pretty faith.

                                Be His replication.
Be who we are meant to be in Him.
In Him is the fullness of Himself.
He’s purpose us for His Glory.
                     We’re His light to shine.

So shine Beloved shine

The Girl That I Adore

i cannot give you studded diamonds,
or give you fine white pearls,
nor can i give you money,
that could buy the whole wide world.

i cannot give you airplane tickets,
new fashions, trends and fame,
the only thing that i can give,
is my heart, my soul and name.

im not a man of upper class,
or a man who is well known,
my needs are very simple,
just a place to call my home.

i'll give you all i have to give,
but as i say it isnt much,
a future, land with house and kids,
and my love on hand as such.

and to know you'll always love me,
even if we're very poor,
really makes me glad found you,
the girl that i adore.

I Adore U

baby i adore u...
u are my light when i am stumbling through the night.
Blind and without sight.
Naked into this world like a newborn baby.
u came forth to clothe me...
Protect me with ya arms wrapped around my body.
long and slender like the branches on a willow tree.
u are the sustenance i require to breathe...to live...
somehow our relationship is like a barter.
together we borrow....from each others sorrow.
its like we are one...underneath his only son...u are my sun.
nurturing me and allowing me to grow...take away my sunshine and i'd have no life anymore.
u tell me i’m all u’ve wanted and more.
u only wish u can crawl inside my heart and explore...
the true emotions that lie within...i force them to stay in.
for i fear if i let them completely roam free...u’d become afraid of me.
knowing me entirely...leaves no room for u to grow to know me.
but u are my equivalent, parallel in mind, body and spirit...
purely heaven sent...

Premium Member The Demons Adore Me

They no longer sneak into my soul in the middle of the night
Whispering mean things about me, hurting my feelings.
Because that is no longer satisfying
Now they laugh as I clench my teeth in the day time
So hard that my tongue gets cut on the sharp edges

My tongue cannot leave the edges alone
Any more than the demons can leave me alone.
They slap me upside the head and make fun of my whines.
You know nothing! You are nothing! As worthless as they come.
It is difficult to ignore them and they are getting
LOUDER.

I sit here among others, pretending I am good.
Bright, cultured, not refined, but at least normal.

There is no normal about me.
The demons are gut-punching me.
One is pinching the back of my neck hard.

They want me to live down to the negativity they have brought
I am swimming in the middle of Devil River, but I do not let on.
Wanting to fit in.
wondering
if
any
of
the
others
have
demons

Premium Member That Is Love

When I see a mother hold a hand,
Crossing the street –
Tenderness apparent on her heart,
That’s love.

When I see a husband looking into the eyes…
Seeing a heart, a soul –
Never seeing past the twinkling of light
Sent to show him there is more –
Than what he once believed there was,
That’s love.

When I see a grandma, smiling wistfully,
As she fondles a photo,
There – a child once three…
That’s love.

When I see a puppy’s excitement…
It barks and jumps around frantically,
When it sees it’s master arriving – it waits…
Impatiently – That’s love.

When I see a jewel…, a dewlike sign,
like glitter on a star,
Whispering across the lashes…
Beckoning to the lover’s heart –
That’s love.

When I see a family…
Gathered around a table,
Flavors abundant, as conversations
Lead to lives meant for embracing…
That’s love.

When I see the sunlight, reflecting all He gave us,
The mountains and the seas,
The laughter – and the trees, the beautiful
That agrees… this is God’s gift to us….
That’s love!

When I see the music played,
By heavy hearts, aging gracefully…
Like the Southern summers – the Autumn’s faith…
The grieving Winter burdens… who still believe,
Believe in the rhythm of a heart who sees…
That’s love!

When I see – forever emerging…
When I see – darkness breaking through the shadows,
When I see – that life is filled with tears and laughter,
When I see – there truly is an eternity, hereafter…
That’s love!

When I see Him wiping away the sadness,
When I see Him silencing the doubtful,
When I see Him reminding me that He’s my Savior…
When I see… beyond the fears that upset me,
When I see… He is the One who will remind me…
That is LOVE!

Premium Member I Adore Orchids

I’m an orchidaholic and for this there is no cure
In my eyes their delicate flowers are pure perfection
My collection numbers 25, although I cannot be too sure
For when I see a new colour I must add it to my collection!

Delicate shades of pale yellow I love
Subtle shades, different colours and hues
Pastel pink blooms sent from heaven above
I find it extremely difficult to choose!

Some blossoms are pure blocks of colour
I could stare at their beauty for hour upon hour
Blooms so unique; each plant differs from another
I carefully nurture every single leaf and flower

Being an orchid grower is incredible fun
Your world I know it will enhance
I can highly recommend it to anyone
Just buy one of these stunning plants

You Just Can'T Adore Your Mother In Law,,,,My Entry To the Wergle Flomp Humour Poetry Contest

She's got lots of money but no fooking heart
Her forked tongue could put the poison on a tribesman's dart
All the things she did to drive us apart
She talks so much **** her breath smells of fart.

All the bad she thought she saw in me
With her head up That, how could she see
She can be unkind and pretty mean
I think she's blind to reality.

Snobbies like her think they're a better class
Ideologies like that make her an ****
Be careful of stoners if your home's made of glass
Thanks to her moaning Love turns to farce.

With a coldness that makes a cadaver seem warm
Black magic stabs at my side with a prickly thorn
If truth were a fabric her clothes would be torn
Return to your coffin at the break of dawn.

She could sell Maggoty Thatcher a pitch
On how to be more of a *****
Or to hate the poor because you're rich
What to do when the mother in laws a *****?

Why does she hate me and so berate me
Way underrate me any chance to slate me
For blood she thirsted with a mind perverted
Sanity was diverted and to stereotypes she reverted.

She's mean and cold and stuffed with spite
You just can't hold or hug too tight
She's been a sold a Love that's right
It's not just gold shines so bright.

I don't think it very funny
The old hags to bent on money
  And baby, my honey
  I'm afraid your mummy
May have contaminated you inside her tummy.
