What to Submit? A New Poem about Stoicism as a way of life:  From, 10/28/2023

Stoicism is based on three parts: Physics, Logic, and Ethics.

Stoicism is a philosophy of personal ethics that originated in ancient Greece and Rome in the early 3rd century BC. It's a philosophy of life that aims to:

  • Maximize positive emotions
  • Reduce negative emotions
  • Help individuals hone their virtues of character
  • Develop self-control and fortitude
  • Overcome destructive emotions
  • Understand the universal reason
  • Live with virtue
