What to Submit?
1 original, poem on the theme of ......Punny Holiday Pies
I love pies and classic holiday movies, so I've combined them into this fun contest for all us Soupers! I am listing 10 titles of some of my favorite holiday movies, but with a pie pun thrown in, so pick one title from the list and write a poem about it, minimum 5 lines, maximum 20 lines. I am looking for something whimsical, funny and heart-warming. (Also the pies could be either sweet or savory, for instance chicken pot pie, or pizza pie is acceptable!) One more note: I've included a couple of titles that are not strictly speaking 'holiday' movies, but they tend to show up on the TV around the holidays, so they are 'honorary' holiday movies for me! I tried to put in a wide range so hopefully there is something here for everyone! Oh and just to clarify, the theme you pick must also be the title.
Any form is acceptable.

Poems should be in English. Poems translated from other languages are not eligible, unless you wrote both the original poem and the translation.
