Hi All,

Well, I have finally read all 45 entries in to the contest I created:  Magic Words.  There are 9 poems I have selected as the winners and I hope the poets who wrote them are happy with my final decision and fantastic work, guys! However, well done to all who entered.

Congratulations to all the winners! I am sorry, due to summer visits and a houseful of company, I wasn't able to enter this one...but the poems were terrific! Well done, everyone!!

Thank you Leighann . I had just listened to a song my Leonard Cohen (inspired by Lorca) and the meter of his lyrics and the words the image created in my mind just flowed into this magical poem. Thank you for the inspiration and a wonderful contest.
