Emile Pinet Biography

I was born in a small city, (Bathurst) New Brunswick, Canada, the third eldest of thirteen children, ten girls and three boys. I’m the product of a semi-dysfunctional family, brought up by a physically controlling father, versus a loving nurturing mother. Many of my poems reflect the uniqueness and special circumstances of my upbringing and love of nature.

As of this date Oct. 06, 2019 I have recieved 39 poems in my contest (Give Me Your Best New Poem) and out of those only 9 have met the rules requirement all the rest are N/A....

The rules are as follows:

******14 lines MIn. 24 lines max

******date your poem after Sept. 30, 2019

******do not put your name on the poem

******be true to the form you choose (Rhyme must rhyme)

All submitted poems must use :

https://www.rhymezone.com/
https://www.howmanysyllables.com
when checking for rhymes or syllable counts ...no other programs will be acceptable.

If you submitted a poem please, please, please, check the rules and correct any errors.

Your rules are clear enough to follow emile, I can understand your frustration... but with many poems not making the final cut it will make jugding the contest a lot easier:-) hugs Jan xx

Emile, I wonder why so many are not reading the rules that seem pretty straight forward to me, I could not enter because I already won a book from you but would have written you a beauty !
