Hi, I have found that very few participants in my contest use RhymeZone to check their poems before entering them and the rhymes are not true rhymes.
As an example... (uplifting, drifting, shifting, and blurring) are not all true rhymes with each other!
I always check each poem entered for true rhymes, if rhyme is required, (I do not accept near rhyme) in my contest.
In my current contest (Fragmented Rhyme), out of 29 entries so far, only 4 poems have met the rhyming criteria...
Please, please, please, recheck your poems using (RhymeZone to verify your rhymes.
You need to remove your poems from the contest and reenter them with the proper rhyme scheme if you wish to place in my contest. I have increased the running time of this contest, (Mar.15th), so everyone has time to edit and resubmit their poems.
If anyone doesn't know how to remove a poem from a contest, soupmail me, and I will instruct you on how it is done.
